Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:

Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention refers to the accompanying drawings, which illustrate in further detail.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the generator set connection housing mounting tool vehicle comprises a base 1, an engine rack and a generator rack; the engine rack and the generator rack are arranged on a base, the base is of a flat plate structure, four universal rollers are arranged below the base, and an armrest 2 is arranged at one end of the base.
The engine bench 3 comprises a stand 301 and an engine bedplate 302 for supporting and positioning an engine, the engine bedplate is arranged on the stand through a rotating structure 303, the engine bedplate is rotatable at the top of the stand, the stand is arranged on a base, the generator bench comprises a supporting bench and a generator bedplate for supporting and positioning a generator, the generator bedplate is arranged on the supporting bench in a lifting manner, and the supporting bench is arranged on the base in a movable manner relative to the engine bench.
A pair of guide wheel grooves 101 are arranged on the surface of the base side by side, rollers are arranged at the bottom of the supporting rack, and the rollers are located in the guide wheel grooves, so that the whole translation of the generator rack is realized.
The upright post 301 is of a cylindrical structure, the lower end of the upright post is fixed on the base, the rotation of the engine bedplate is controlled by a worm, and the engine bedplate is prevented from rotating randomly by utilizing the self-locking performance of worm transmission.
The engine platen is provided with an engine bracket 304 and a pair of engine support blocks 305 that are slidable, and the engine bracket and the engine support blocks are each provided with a positioning pin 306 for positioning the engine.
The engine bedplate is provided with a sliding groove, the lower part of the engine supporting sliding block is arranged in the sliding groove, the engine bedplate is provided with a moving groove, the sliding groove and the moving groove are vertically arranged, and the lower part of the engine bracket is movably arranged in the moving groove. The generator bedplate is provided with a generator bracket 603 and a pair of slidable generator support sliders 604, and the generator bracket and the generator support sliders are provided with positioning pins for positioning the generator.
The lower part of the generator support sliding block is arranged in the sliding groove, the generator bedplate is provided with a moving groove, the sliding groove and the moving groove are vertically arranged, and the lower part of the generator bracket is movably arranged in the moving groove.

The front end of the engine table top is provided with an engine bracket, the bracket can be lifted and lowered by rotating the handle according to the structural principle of the trapezoidal screw rod, and the engine bracket can move back and forth so as to meet the requirements of engines with different sizes.
The generator table top comprises a primary table top, a secondary table top and a tertiary table top, wherein the primary table top is responsible for moving along the long shaft of the base, four guide wheels are arranged on four feet of the base, the guide wheels are embedded in the guide wheel groove of the base, the primary table top moves forwards and backwards, the ball screw structure is used, and the operation is accurate and stable. The secondary table top is arranged on the primary table top and is responsible for moving up and down, a lifting structure is arranged in the middle of the secondary table top, four guide posts are arranged around the secondary table top by applying the principle of lifting a screw rod, and smooth running is ensured, and the tertiary table top is arranged on the secondary table top. The working principle of the three-stage table top is the same as that of the engine table top, and the three-stage table top is not repeated here, but a degree of freedom is newly added, and the three-stage table top can incline left and right around the axis of the hinge and adopts a worm drive structure.

The engine and the generator are fixedly connected in a butt joint way, the coaxiality is an important parameter, the engine table top and the generator table top are provided with controllable degrees of freedom, the engine and the generator are fixed at a certain angle through special structural design, the required coaxiality can be quickly found out to finish assembly operation, and the fixing points of the generator table top and the engine table top can be adjusted, so that the butt joint of the generators with different volumes and sizes and the engine can be finished on one tooling trolley, the multi-purpose of one machine is realized, the principle of flexible production is embodied, and the cost of additional tooling development is reduced.
