Abstract

The present disclosure discloses a measuring and setting-out device for culvert conical slope, wherein: a lower end of a rotation axis is connected to a base, and an upper end of the rotation axis and a mounting plate are connected via a bearing; a total station body is mounted on an upper surface of the mounting plate, so as to facilitate the measuring and setting-out operation during the process of culvert conical slope construction; a magnetic ring is provided on a lower surface of the mounting plate, a fixed rod is fixed to a left side of the upper surface of the base, a sleeving is provided to movably sleeve an outer side of the fixed rod, and a spring is provided to sleeve the outer side of the fixed rod; an upper end and a lower end of the spring are respectively connected to a lower end of the sleeving and the upper surface of the base, and an upper end of the sleeving is connected to a magnetic sheet matching with the magnetic ring; under the elastic action of the spring, the sleeving can be easily pushed upwards, which brings the magnetic sheet to be adsorbed onto the magnetic ring so as to fix the mounting plate, thereby ensuring the stability of measurement and facilitating the measuring and setting-out operation.

Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to the technical field of culvert conical slope construction, in particular to a measuring and setting-out device for culvert conical slope.
Background Art
During the process of culvert conical slope construction, a total station is needed for measurement and setting-out. When it is in use, the total station is often supported by an ordinary tripod; however, during the measuring process, it is not convenient to fix the total station when the total station is adjusted to rotate, and the accuracy of data measuring may be affected. Therefore, we are now providing a measuring and setting-out device for culvert conical slope.

Specification 0. bearing, a total station body 4 is mounted to an upper surface of the mounting plate 3, and a magnetic ring 5 is provided on a lower surface of the mounting plate 3; a fixed rod 6 is fixed to a left side of an upper surface of the base 1, an outer side of the fixed rod 6 is sleeved by a movable sleeving 7, a spring 8 is provided to sleeve the outer side of the fixed rod 6, and an upper end and a lower end of the spring 8 are respectively connected to a lower end of the sleeving 7 and the upper surface of the base 1; an upper end of the sleeving 7 is connected with a magnetic sheet 9 that 1s matching with the magnetic ring 5; a plurality of upper supporting legs 10 are hinged at the circumference of the lower surface of the base 1, and lower supporting legs 11 are provided to slide inside the upper supporting legs 10.
A total station body 4 facilitates the measurement and setting-out during the process of culvert conical slope construction, wherein: due to the rotation matching of the rotation axis 2 with the mounting plate 3, the total station body 4 can be easily adjusted to rotate, thereby ensuring the accuracy of data measuring; meanwhile, due to the sliding matching of the sleeving 7 with the fixed rod 6, and under the action of the spring 8, the magnetic sheet 9 can be easily adjusted to move up and down; with the matching of the magnetic sheet 9 with the magnetic ring 5, the base 1 and the mounting plate 3 are fixed with each other, thereby ensuring the stability of the total station body 4 and facilitating the measurement.
A balancing weight 13 is provided on the lower surface of the base 1, wherein: a circumferential side surface of the balancing weight 13 is provided with a plurality of clamping grooves 14 matching with the upper supporting legs 10, and an inner wall of the clamping groove 14 is provided with a magnet 15 close to an inner side surface of the upper supporting leg 10; by virtue of the balancing weight 13, it 1s ensured that the center of gravity of the device is always in the central position, which guarantees the stability of the device; the matching of the clamping groove 14 with the upper supporting leg 10, together with the magnetic action of the magnet 15, makes it easy to attach the upper supporting legs 10 into the 7

During the process of culvert conical slope construction, when a measuring and setting-out operation is needed, the device is first carried to the construction site, and the lower supporting legs 11 are adjusted and stretched to a suitable length and are fixed via the matching of the positioning bolt 18 with the positioning hole 17 according to actual necessities; and then the fixing cones 12 are adjusted and inserted into the ground so as to fix the device, wherein the balancing weight 13 ensures that center of gravity of the device is always at the center position, thereby further ensuring the stability of the device; meanwhile, since the sleeving 7 movably matches with the fixed rod 6, it 1s adjusted to press downwards along the fixed rod 6 so as to press the spring 8; by virtue of the rotation matching of the rotation axis 2 with the mounting plate 3, the mounting plate 3 is adjusted to rotate, thereby driving the total station body 4 mounted on the upper side thereof to rotate, which facilitates adjustment of the total station body 4 and ensures the accuracy of data measuring; after the adjustment, the sleeving 7 is loosened and is pressed upwards under the elastic action of the spring 8, and thus brings the magnetic sheet 8

A measuring and setting-out device for culvert conical slope, comprising: a base; a rotation axis, which is vertically connected to an upper surface of the base; a mounting plate, which is in rotation connection to a top end of the rotation axis via a rotating shaft; a total station, which is fixed to an upper surface of the mounting plate; a magnetic ring, which is fixed to a lower surface of the mounting plate; at least one fixed rod, which is fixed to the upper surface of the base; a sleeving, which is provided to movably sleeve the fixed rod; a spring, which sleeves the fixed rod, one end of the spring being connected to the upper surface of the base and the other end being connected to a bottom end of the sleeving; a magnetic sheet, which is fixed at a top end of the fixed rod and is aligned with the magnetic ring; a balancing weight, which is fixed to a lower surface of the base; a plurality of upper supporting legs, which are hinged to the lower surface of the base; and a plurality of lower supporting legs, which are supported on a culvert conical slope, the lower supporting legs being retractable and being in sliding connection inside the upper supporting legs.
2. The measuring and setting-out device for culvert conical slope according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of the fixed rods are centro-symmetrically distributed on the upper surface of the base with the rotation axis as a center.
3. The measuring and setting-out device for culvert conical slope according to claim 1, wherein a lower end of the lower supporting leg is provided with a fixing cone.
