Description
BL-5667
PUNCTURE STERILIZING DEVICE AND METHOD FOR NOVEL CORONAVIRUS 0%
ON COLD-CHAIN MATERIAL
[0001] The present disclosure relates to the technical field of cold-chain transportation, in particular to a puncture sterilizing device and a method for novel coronavirus on a cold-chain material.
[0002] To prevent and control major communicable diseases, public health measures are more important than medical treatment. With a certain survival time outside the human body, novel coronavirus can absorb the surface of an object, resulting in contact transmission. Negative nucleic acid testing of novel coronavirus is found from some cold-chain food itself and/or cold-chain food package. The cold chain keeps food fresh, but also becomes a viral transmission route. Once the cold-chain food itself and/or the cold-chain food package are infected with the novel coronavirus during production, processing and circulation links, and a low temperature and high humidity environment of the traditional cold chain is also conductive to long-term vitality of the virus, therefore an epidemic may be caused. It is very important to scientifically and effectively cut off the transmission of the novel coronavirus on the cold-chain food itself and/or cold-chain food package, and to strengthen supervision over the cold chain food and various links in circulation. Therefore, an effective stacking sterilizing device and a method for the cold-chain material are required, in order to cut off the transmission route of the novel coronavirus on the cold-chain food itself and/or cold-chain food package.
[0003] A first technical problem to be solved by the present disclosure is to provide a puncture sterilizing device for novel coronavirus on a cold-chain material. With a simple structure and easy implementation, the device is particularly suitable for injecting ozone into a packaging box for the cold-chain material on an assembly line, so as to effectively cut off the transmission route of the novel coronavirus on the cold-chain food itself and cold-chain food package.
[0004] A second technical problem to be solved by the present disclosure is to provide a method for sterilizing novel coronavirus on a cold-chain material by using a puncture sterilizing device.
[0005] In order to solve the first technical problem, the present disclosure adopts the technical solution below:
[0006] A puncture sterilizing device for novel coronavirus on a cold-chain material, including 1
BL-5667 an evacuating device, an ozone supply device, a punching device and a central controller; 504024
[0007] The punching device is provided with a punching head, which is a hollow structure;
[0008] The evacuating device is communicated with the punching head through a first pipeline;
[0009] A sealing rubber ring that is arranged in a surrounding form is arranged at a lower part of the punching head;
[0010] The ozone supply device is communicated with the punching head through a second pipeline;
[0011] The central controller is connected to the evacuating device, the ozone supply device and the punching device through a data transmission line; and the central controller can control the punching device to run and be closed, control the evacuating device to be opened and closed, and control the ozone supply device to be opened and closed.
[0012] In order to solve the second technical problem, a method for sterilizing novel coronavirus on a cold-chain material by using a puncture sterilizing device provided by the present disclosure, including the following steps of:
[0013] S1: packaging the cold-chain material with a sealed packaging box, and then placing the packaged cold-chain material on a support turnover device of an assembly line;
[0014] S2: stopping running the assembly line when the sealed packaging box for the cold-chain material runs just below the punching head;
[0015] S3: the central controller controlling the punching device to be opened, the punching device punching on the sealed packaging box for the cold-chain material, and stopping the punching head in the sealed packaging box for the cold-chain material;
[0016] S4: the central controller controlling the evacuating device to be opened, and pumping out air in the sealed packaging box through the punching head and the evacuating device;
[0017] SS: the central controller controlling the evacuating device to be closed, and the ozone supply device injecting ozone into the sealed packaging box, so that the cold-chain material itself in the sealed packaging box and gaps of small packages of the cold-chain material are full of ozone, and then sterilizing the interior of the sealed packaging box and the cold-chain material,
[0018] S6: injecting an ozone pressure till 1.0-1.2 barometric pressure;
[0019] S7: maintaining the ozone pressure in the sealed packaging box for 1-60 s;
[0020] S8: the central controller controlling the punching device, extracting the punching head from the sealed packaging box, and sealing the hole, punched by the punching head, on the sealed packaging box;
[0021] S9: the central controller controlling the running of the assembly line, a support turnover device turning the sealed packaging box that is sealed, so that some surfaces, stacked together, are loosened, implementing the contact between all surfaces and the ozone, and killing the novel 2
BL-5667 coronavirus completely; and 17000086
[0022] S10: the central controller controlling the running of the assembly line, moving the next sealed packaging box just below the punching head, and circularly punching the sealed packaging box on the assembly line.
[0023] Compared with the prior art, the present disclosure has the following beneficial effects:
[0024] 1) The present disclosure may effectively kill the novel coronavirus in the sealed packaging box of the cold-chain material on the assembly line, the cold-chain material itself and the small cold-chain material package;
[0025] 2) In the present disclosure, the sterilized cold-chain material may be coded, so the cold-chain material may be traced; and
[0026] 3) In the present disclosure, the high concentration oxygen of the ozone after reaction may keep the cold-chain material fresh.
[0027] In short, the present disclosure may effectively cut off the transmission route of the novel coronavirus on the cold-chain food itself and cold-chain food package.
