Claims (8)
1. A stacking type disinfection device for cold chain materials is characterized by comprising a closed sealing box, a vacuumizing device, an ozone providing device, a punching device and a central controller;
the closed sealing box is a sealable space capable of accommodating cold chain materials to enter and exit, the closed sealing box is provided with a material inlet and a material outlet, and the closed sealing box is also provided with a gas inlet valve and a gas outlet valve;
a cold chain material placing support and a punching device are arranged in the closed sealing box, and the punching device is fixed on the cold chain material placing support; the punching device is used for punching the cold chain material outer package to enable the cold chain material packing box to form a through hole;
A supporting device is arranged between the packaging box body of the cold chain material and the cold chain material placing bracket; the cold chain material packing box is used for supporting cold chain materials and ensuring a gap between the cold chain material packing box bodies;
the punching device comprises a punching head;
an outlet valve on the closed sealing box is connected with a vacuumizing device; the vacuumizing device can vacuumize the closed sealing box;
the inlet valve on the closed sealing box is connected with the ozone supply device; the ozone supply device can fill the closed sealing box with ozone;
the central controller is connected with an inlet valve and an outlet valve on the closed sealing box, a vacuumizing device, an ozone providing device and a punching device through data transmission lines;
the punching device also comprises an eccentric cam, a roller follower, a spring and a frame; the roller driven piece is fixedly connected with the punching head; a spring is arranged between the punching head and the frame, and the roller driven piece and the punching head are reset through the spring; the rotation of the eccentric cam drives the roller follower and the punching head to pass through the frame to reciprocate.
2. The stacked disinfection apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the stacking type disinfection device further comprises a code printing device, and the central controller is connected with the code printing device through a data transmission line.
3. The palletized disinfection device as in claim 1, wherein: the vacuum pumping device is a vacuum pumping pump.
4. The stacked disinfection apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the ozone supply device comprises an ozone generator and an ozone pump.
5. The stacked disinfection apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the closed sealing box is a closed square box body, and the cold chain materials can be contained in the square box body.
6. A method of sterilising a palletized sterilisation device for cold chain supplies according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that it comprises the following steps:
s1, conveying cold chain materials into the closed sealing box through the material inlet;
s2, stacking cold chain materials on the supporting device on the cold chain material placing support;
s3, closing the material inlet and the material outlet of the sealed box to seal the sealed box;
s4, the central controller controls the punching device to open, and the punching device punches holes on the packaging box body of the cold chain material; after punching is finished, the punching device is separated from the punched hole on the packaging box body;
s5, the central controller controls to start the vacuumizing device to vacuumize the sealed box; closing the gas outlet valve after the vacuum pumping is finished;
S6, the central controller controls to start the ozone supply device to fill ozone into the closed sealing box; so that the gaps between the cold chain materials and the cold chain material packaging box body in the closed sealing box are filled with ozone;
s7, injecting ozone to 0.8-1.2 atmospheric pressure;
s8, closing the gas inlet valve, and sealing the ozone pressure in the seal box for 1-60 seconds;
s9, opening a material outlet of the closed sealing box; transporting the cold chain materials out of the enclosed containment box; closing the material outlet;
and S10, the central controller controls to open the material inlet of the closed sealing box, the next batch of cold chain materials enters, and the steps are circularly performed.
7. A sterilization method for a palletized sterilization device according to claim 6, comprising: and step S8, opening the gas outlet valve, and controlling the vacuumizing device to pump out the ozone in the sealed box by the central controller, wherein the vacuumizing device pumps out the ozone and conveys the ozone to the ozone storage for recycling.
8. A sterilization method for a palletized sterilization device according to claim 6, comprising: in step S9, before the cold chain materials are transported out of the sealed box, the central controller controls the code printing device to print a code record on the packaging box of the cold chain materials.
