Abstract
The present disclosure provides a cold-chain logistics transportation system device and a method capable of killing novel coronavirus. With a simple structure and easy implementation, the cold-chain logistics transportation system device provided by the present disclosure can effectively cut off the transmission route of the novel coronavirus on cold-chain food transportation tools, cold-chain food itself in the transportation tools and surfaces of cold-chain food packages.

CAPABLE OF KILLING NOVEL CORONAVIRUS
[0001] The present disclosure relates to the technical field of cold-chain transportation, in particular to a cold-chain logistics transportation system device and a method capable of killing novel coronavirus.
[0002] In 2020, many epidemic cases showed that negative nucleic acid testing of novel coronavirus was found from some cold-chain food itself and/or cold-chain food packages and/or cold-chain food transportation tools. The cold chain keeps food fresh, but also becomes a viral transmission route. Once cold-chain food itself and/or cold-chain food packages and/or the cold-chain food transportation tools are infected with the novel coronavirus during production, processing and circulation links, and a low temperature and high humidity environment of the traditional cold chain is also conductive to long-term vitality of the virus, therefore an epidemic may be caused. It is very important to scientifically and effectively cut off the transmission of the novel coronavirus on the cold-chain food itself, the cold-chain food packages and the cold-chain food transportation tools, and to strengthen supervision over the cold chain food and various links in circulation. Therefore, an effective sterilizing device and a method for the cold-chain logistics transportation tools are required, in order to cut off the transmission route of the novel coronavirus on the cold-chain food itself and/or the cold-chain food packages and/or the cold-chain food transportation tools.
[0003] A first technical problem to be solved by the present disclosure is to provide a cold-chain logistics transportation system device capable of killing novel coronavirus. With a simple structure and easy implementation, the system device can effectively cut off the transmission route of the novel coronavirus on cold-chain food transportation tools, cold-chain food itself in the transportation tools and surfaces of cold-chain food packages.
[0004] A second technical problem to be solved by the present disclosure is to provide a method for killing novel coronavirus in a cold-chain logistics transportation system.
[0005] In order to solve the first technical problem, the present disclosure adopts the technical solution below:

[0007] The transportation tool is provided with a refrigerated box, which is a confined space for containing a cold-chain material;
[0008] The refrigerated box includes a gas inlet and a gas outlet, and valves are arranged on the gas inlet and the gas outlet;
[0009] The ozone supply device is connected to the gas inlet and the gas outlet of the refrigerated box through a pipeline, and the the refrigerated box may be full of ozone through the ozone supply device;
[0010] The evacuating device is connected to an outlet of the refrigerated box through the pipeline, and the the refrigerated box may be pumped through the evacuating device.
[0011] In one implementation mode, the cold-chain logistics transportation system device further includes a coding device. The coding device is used for coding and recording on a sterilized transportation tool.
[0012] In one implementation mode, the cold-chain logistics transportation system device further includes a central control system, which is connected to the evacuating device, the ozone supply device and the coding device through a data transmission line; and the central control system controls the evacuating device, the ozone supply device and the coding device to run and be closed.
[0013] In one implementation mode, the evacuating device is an evacuating pump.
[0014] In one implementation mode, the ozone supply device includes an ozone generator and an ozone pump.
[0015] In one implementation mode, the refrigerated is an enclosed cuboid box, which can contain the cold-chain food.
[0016] In one implementation mode, the refrigerated box is provided with a refrigerated box door, through which the cold-chain food may get in and out.
[0017] In one implementation mode, the gas inlet and the gas outlet on the refrigerated box may be arranged separately, the gas inlet is connected to the ozone supply device, and the gas outlet is connected to the evacuating device.
[0018] In order to solve the second technical problem, the present disclosure adopts the technical solution below:
[0019] A method for killing novel coronavirus in a cold-chain logistics transportation system device, including the following steps of:
[0020] S1: storing a cold-chain material in a refrigerated box of a transportation tool, and sealing the refrigerated box;
[0021] S2: opening valves of a gas inlet and a gas outlet on the refrigerated box, and 2

[0022] S3: a central control system controlling to open the evacuating device so as to pump the refrigerated box;
[0023] S4: the central control system controlling to close the evacuating device so as to close the valves of the gas inlet and the gas outlet;
[0024] S5: connecting the ozone supply device to the gas inlet and the gas outlet of the refrigerated box, and opening the valves of the gas inlet and the gas outlet;
[0025] S6: the central control system controlling to open the ozone supply device and to inject ozone into the refrigerated box, so that gaps of the cold-chain material itself, the cold-chain material package and the inner wall of the refrigerated box are full of ozone;
[0026] S7: injecting an ozone pressure till 0.8-1.2 barometric pressure;
[0027] S8: maintaining the ozone in the refrigerated box for 3-60 s;
[0028] S9: closing the valves of the gas inlet and the gas outlet, separating the ozone supply device from the gas inlet and the gas outlet of the refrigerated box, and connecting the evacuating device to the gas inlet and the gas outlet of the refrigerated box;
[0029] S10: opening the valves of the gas inlet and the gas outlet, and the central control system controlling the evacuating device to pump out the ozone in the refrigerated box; and
[0030] S11: closing the valves of the gas inlet and the gas outlet, separating the evacuating device from the gas inlet and the gas outlet of the refrigerated box, and completing the killing of the novel coronavirus in the transportation tool.
[0031] In a preferred implementation mode, in S10, after the evacuating device pumps out the ozone, the ozone is conveyed to an ozone storage for recycling.
[0032] In a preferred implementation mode, in S11, after completing the killing of the novel coronavirus in the transportation tool, the central control system controls the coding system to code and record on the transportation tool.
[0033] Any scope recorded in the present disclosure includes end values and any value among the end values as well as any sub scope composed of the end values and any value among the end values.
[0034] Unless otherwise specified, various raw materials in the present disclosure may be purchased from the market, and the equipment used in the present disclosure may adopt the conventional equipment in the art or refer to the prior art in the art.

[0039] In short, the present disclosure may effectively cut off the transmission route of the novel coronavirus on the cold-chain food itself, the cold-chain food packages and the cold-chain food transportation tools.

[0043] As a first aspect of the present disclosure, referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, a cold-chain logistics transportation system device capable of killing novel coronavirus, including a transportation tool 900, an evacuating device 100 and an ozone supply device 200;
[0044] The transportation tool 900 is provided with a refrigerated box 901, which is a confined space for containing a cold-chain material;
[0045] The refrigerated box 901 is provided with a gas inlet and a gas outlet, on which valves are arranged. Preferably, the gas inlet 902 and the gas outlet 903 on the refrigerated box 901 may be arranged separately, the gas inlet and the gas outlet is provided with the valve separately, the gas inlet 902 is connected to the ozone supply device 200, and the gas outlet 903 is connected to the evacuating device 100.

[0056] S2: opening valves of a gas inlet and a gas outlet on the refrigerated box, and communicating an evacuating device with the refrigerated box;
[0057] S3: a central control system controlling to open the evacuating device so as to pump the refrigerated box;
[0058] S4: the central control system controlling to close the evacuating device so as to close the valves of the gas inlet and the gas outlet;

In the present disclosure, the sterilized transportation tool may be coded, so the transportation tool may be traced; and the high concentration oxygen of the ozone after reaction may keep the cold-chain material fresh.

Claims (8)
1. À cold-chain logistics transportation system device capable of killing novel coronavirus, comprising a transportation tool, an evacuating device and an ozone supply device; the transportation tool is provided with a refrigerated box, which is a confined space for containing a cold-chain material; the refrigerated box comprises a gas inlet and a gas outlet, and valves are arranged on the gas inlet and the gas outlet; the ozone supply device is connected to the gas inlet and the gas outlet of the refrigerated box through a pipeline; and the evacuating device is connected to the gas inlet and the gas outlet of the refrigerated box through the pipeline.
2. The cold-chain logistics transportation system device according to claim 1, wherein the cold-chain logistics transportation system device further comprises a coding device.
3. The cold-chain logistics transportation system device according to claim 1, wherein the cold-chain logistics transportation system device further comprises a central control system, which is connected to the evacuating device, the ozone supply device and the coding device through a data transmission line; and the central control system controls the evacuating device, the ozone supply device and the coding device to run and be closed.
4. The cold-chain logistics transportation system device according to claim 1, wherein the evacuating device is an evacuating pump.
5. The cold-chain logistics transportation system device according to claim 1, wherein the ozone supply device comprises an ozone generator and an ozone pump.
6. The cold-chain logistics transportation system device according to claim 1, wherein the refrigerated is an enclosed cuboid box, which is capable of containing cold-chain food.
7. The cold-chain logistics transportation system device according to claim 1, wherein the refrigerated box is provided with a refrigerated box door, through which the cold-chain food gets in and out.
