Description
MULTIFUNCTIONAL STRAW CHECKERBOARD PAVING VEHICLE
LU504000
The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of agricultural machinery, and particularly relates to a multifunctional straw checkerboard paving vehicle.
As a desert control way for wind protection, sand fixation, and water conservation, the netted straw checkerboards function as inanimate mini-protective belts for a desert to be interlocked into a whole. In order to control desert with the straw checkerboards, the dry straw is required to be inserted into soil, so as to hinder sand from moving, reduce blowing sand and slow down the movement of sand. Conventionally, the straw checkerboard is manually inserted into soil and paved. À vast number of workers are needed for such manual work, resulting in a high labor intensity, a low efficiency, and a high overall cost. Moreover, the desert is generally wide in area, resulting in a long paving time. Lasting exposure to the windy and sunny desert will also affects the workers’ physical health upon inhalation of plenty of sand. Although an automatic straw checkerboard paving machine has been invented, it is likely to slip and work inefficiently because of inferior drivability in the desert and an extremely high slippage rate. In the case of steep slopes and sand pits, it gets stuck and hardly moves. The machine works only after straw is pre-made into straw curtains, which is complicated. Without a ditching function, the straw is rolled with tremendous pressure. In the presence of hard soil, the depth of the rolled straw curtain will be insufficient. Without a sand backfill device and a sand compacting device, the rolled straw checkerboard will not solid enough, and accordingly, the straw checkerboard will be low-quality. With a complex structure, a large number of transmission shaft devices will be utilized, resulting in a heavy maintenance workload and a high maintenance cost.
The objective of the present disclosure is to provide a multifunctional straw checkerboard paving vehicle, so as to integrate multiple functions of ditching, straw paving, straw rolling, sand backfill, and compacting.

The present disclosure has the following beneficial effects:
According to the present disclosure, the plough blade, the straw rolling wheel, the sand backfill device, and the sand compacting device are sequentially mounted at the bottom end of the vehicle body, the two straw shifting rollers in the straw storage bin rotate in a direction close to each other, so as to drop the straw to the ground through the opening in the straw storage bin, and thus the multiple functions of ditching, straw paving, straw rolling, sand backfill, and compacting are integrated. The second electric motor and the third electric motor drive the driving wheels on two sides of the vehicle body, respectively, and the driving wheels and the driven wheels perform transmission through the rubber crawler belt, so that the vehicle body may move and steer in the desert. Owing to a large traction force on the sandy ground, the rubber crawler belt is unlikely to idle and capable of stably travelling on a complex terrain of the desert, and is light in weight, so as to reduce an entire weight of the vehicle. The telescopic hydraulic cylinder drives the plough blade, the straw rolling wheel, the sand backfill device, and the sand compacting device to increase or decrease their heights.
