Description
A HARMONIA AXYRIDIS ATTRACTANT AND PREPARATION, PREPARATION METHOD AND
LU503751
APPLICATION THEREOF
The invention relates to the field of biological control of pests, and in particular involves a harmonia axyridis attractant, its preparation, preparation method and application.
Background Technique
As special chemical signals, herbivore-induced plant volatiles (HIPVs) mediate plant-insect community interactions and affect insect behavior. HIPVs are mainly divided into terpene compounds, green leaf volatile (GLV), and substances containing nitrogen and sulfur. Terpene compounds are the most abundant plant volatiles, and also the most common compounds induced after pest damage. Among them, volatile substances such as monoterpenes and diterpenes are released after pest damage and directly participate in plant defense, such as attracting natural predator insects.
Harmonia axyridis belongs to Coleoptera and Coccidae. It is widely distributed in China and can effectively control pests such as woodlice and aphids. It is also the main predatory natural enemy in the agroforestry ecosystem.
In previous studies on the formulation of natural predator attractants, synomone is the main effective component, which is the plant volatiles induced by pests, and its effect is limited by the type and concentration ratio of substances. Therefore, further improvement is needed.
Contents of the Invention
The present invention is to disclose a harmonia axyridis attractant and its preparation.
The second aim of the present invention is to disclose the preparation method of the harmonia axyridis attractant and its preparation.
The third purpose of the present invention is to disclose the application of the attractant and the attractant preparation for the harmonia axyridis.
The purpose of the present invention is achieved through the following technical solutions:
A harmonia axyridis attractant is made up of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5-8 parts of sclareol, 5-8 parts of terpilenol, 5-8 parts of eudesmol and 75-85 parts of nonanal.
In the harmonia axyridis attractant described in the above technical solution, the parts by weight of each raw material are 7.7 parts of sclareol, 7.7 parts of terpineol, 7.7 parts of eudesmol and 76.9 parts of nonanal.
In the preparation method of the attractant for harmonia axyridis described in the above technical solution, the weight parts of sclareol, terpineol, eudesmol, and nonanal are weighed and mixed evenly to obtain the attractant of harmonia axyridis. „7509757
In the harmonia axyridis attractant preparation, preparation is composed of an active ingredient which is the attractant described in the above technical solution and the diluent wherein the mass ratio of the active ingredient to the diluent is 1: (1-10).
In the attractant preparation described in the above technical solution, the mass ratio of the active ingredient to the diluent is 1: (5-10).
In the attractant preparation described in the technical solution above, the diluent is liquid paraffin.
In the preparation method of the attractant preparation described in the above technical solution, the attractant preparation is obtained by directly adding the weight parts of sclareol, terpineol, eudesmol and nonanal to the diluent and stirring evenly.
The attractant and the attractant preparation described in the above technical scheme are applied in the preparation of drugs for attracting harmonia axyridis.
The application described in the above technical solution refers to filling the attractant preparation into the slow-release materials before May to June, the summer peak of aphids in the orchard, and hanging it in the orchard.
The present invention has the following beneficial effects:
Pest-induced volatiles are generally volatile odorants released by plants in response to external stress after pest infestation. Some of these volatile substances will attract natural predator insects, which is a common system for the present research. In the process of studying this solution, Vitex negundo, a common native plant in northern China, was selected to extract the volatiles of Vitex negundo harmed by the cotton aphid. Therefore, as an environmentally friendly control technology, the attractant has a good attraction effect on the harmonia axyridis, and is harmless to other natural predators.

The beneficial effects of the present invention will be described below through specific test examples.
Test Example: Olfactory Method
In the observation box of insect behavior, a Y-type olfactometer is used to test the selection preference of the adult harmonia axyridis for Embodiments 5 to 9.
LU503751
The composition and proportion of the mixed solute are sclareol: terpineol: eudesmol: nonanal=7.7: 7.7: 7.7: 76.9, and mixed solute: solvent=1:1-10, with liquid paraffin (paraffin oil) as the solvent.
The test used a Y-type insect olfactometer, with a 15 cm Y-tube main arm, and two 10 cm tube arms and connected it to a 250 mL Erlenmeyer flask. The atmospheric sampler sent air into the activated carbon tubes, passed through the long-neck distillation flask containing distilled water, and the air entered the olfactometer through the rubber tube, at the rate of 400 mL/min.
Dropped 10 ul solution onto a rectangular filter paper (2 cm x 1 cm) and placed it in the odorant bottle, and 10 pL of paraffin oil solution was added to the filter paper in another odorant bottle, and the filter paper was changed every hour. Before the test, the adult harmonia axyridis was starved for 24 hours, and a single adult harmonia axyridis was put into the Y-tube main arm to observe its behavior reaction. When the harmonia axyridis were at the center of the main arm, the timing started. When the harmonia axyridis crossed 1/2 of the two tube arms of the Y-type tube and stayed in this area for more than 5 seconds, it was recorded as making a selective response; when the harmonia axyridis had no obvious selection tendency within 5 minutes, it is recorded as no response. In the test, each harmonia axyridis was tested only once. Each tested harmonia axyridis needed to change the position of its two arms. Y-type olfactometer would be replaced after every five harmonia axyridis were tested. Each group would test 60 female and 60 male harmonia axyridis.
The chi-square test was used for the olfactory selection results of different tests by harmonia axyridis. First, the original data of the number of harmonia axyridis who selected the two arms were weighted, and then the chi-square test of the non-parametric test was used for comparative analysis.
The results of the olfactory test are shown in Fig. 1. It shows the olfactory attraction effect of embodiments 5 to 9 on the harmonia axyridis, wherein the horizontal axis represents the selection rate of the harmonia axyridis, namely the ratio of the left embodiment and the control paraffin oil.
Olfactory test results show that embodiment 5, 6, 7 and 8 have significant attracting effect on harmonia axyridis (x°=4.282, P=0.039; x°=9.309, P=0.002; x°=6.813, P=0.009; x°=4.654,
P=0.031), while embodiment 9 has no significant effect on harmonia axyridis (x?=0.835, P=0.361).
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the invention and does not impose any formal and substantive restrictions on the invention. All technical personnel familiar with the profession, within the scope of the technical solution of the invention, make some changes, modifications and evolution equivalent changes when they can use the technical content 0375 disclosed above, which are equivalent embodiments of the invention; Meanwhile, any change, modification and evolution of the above embodiments based on the substantive technology of 5 the invention still fall within the scope of the technical solution of the invention.
