Abstract

The present invention relates to an odor control device for a stocked refuse exploitation operating surface, including: a deodorization module box and an air duct mounted on a side of the deodorization module box, and an odor capture hood mounted on an end of the air duct. The odor control device for a stocked refuse exploitation operating surface further includes a dust-proof part mounted inside the odor capture hood and a cleaning part mounted on a side of the dust-proof part. In the odor control device for a stocked refuse exploitation operating surface in the present invention, the deodorization module box can be provided to transform and treat odor absorbed by the odor capture hood, and the dust-proof part is mounted inside the odor capture hood. Providing the dust-proof part can prevent dust from blocking the odor capture hood, and prevent affecting a deodorization effect of the odor capture hood. Furthermore, the cleaning part is provided on a side of the dust-proof part so that the dust-proof part can be cleaned to prevent dust from accumulating on the dust-proof part and affecting odor absorption, so the overall deodorizing effect and the internal cleanliness of the odor capture hood can be improved.

BACKGROUND
[0002] Stocked refuse is refuse that has been landfilled or piled up informally, or refuse, though landfilled in a sanitary landfilling manner, that needs to be treated due to environmental problems of varying degrees developed in landfill piles. Stocked refuse treatment is an important task encountered in China now. Refuse exploitation and off-site disposal is a main method for stocked refuse treatment, in which odor control in a refuse exploitation process is a major problem.
[0003] Currently, in exploitation of refuse, it generally needs an odor absorption device for absorbing odor, to prevent odor spreading and polluting the environment. However, usually the odor is mixed with much dust, which is liable to block the odor absorption device, thus affecting odor absorption of the odor absorption device.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0020] As shown in Figs. 1 to 7, an odor control device for a stocked refuse exploitation operating surface includes: a deodorization module box 1 and an air duct 2 mounted on a side of the deodorization module box 1, and an odor capture hood 3 mounted on an end of the air duct 2, wherein the odor control device for a stocked refuse exploitation operating surface further includes a dust-proof part 4 mounted inside the odor capture hood 3 and a cleaning part mounted on a side of the dust-proof part 4.
The deodorization module box 1 can be provided to transform and treat odor absorbed by the odor capture hood 3, and the dust-proof part 4 is mounted inside the odor capture hood 3. As the odor capture hood 3 1s around a refuse exploitation operating surface, and the odor is mixed with much dust and light floating materials during exploitation, providing the dust-proof part 4 can prevent the dust from blocking the odor capture hood 3, and prevent affecting a deodorization effect of the odor capture hood 3. Furthermore, the cleaning part 5 is provided on a side of the dust-proof part 4 so that the dust-proof part 4 can be cleaned to prevent dust from accumulating on the dust-proof part 4 and affecting odor absorption, so the overall deodorizing effect and the internal cleanliness of the odor capture hood 3 can be improved.

When the dust-proof net plate 43 swings left and right, the dust-proof net plate 43 impacts the support rod 413 on the left side, such that the support rod 413 pushes a connecting rod to rotate, and the second gear 55 at the bottom of the connecting plate 56 causes the first gear 54 to rotate, thereby causing the water storage column 51 to rotate, which can achieve an effect of rotational cleaning of the dust-proof net plate 43, allowing to save water while achieving a large spraying range, and the sprayed water is discharged through the long strip hole 31 directly to the outside of the odor capture hood 3, which is convenient for water discharge and can implement dust fall at a position of the bottom of the odor capture hood 3.

A bottom end of the dust-proof net plate 43 passes through the long strip hole 31 and is located outside the odor capture hood 3, such that the dust-proof net plate 43 can swing left and right. When the odor capture hood 3 moves, the support wheel 42 at the bottom rotates, and the support wheel 42 intermittently squeezes the bottom of the dust-proof net plate 43 while rotating, such that the dust-proof net plate 43 swings, shaking off dust that stays on the dust-proof net plate 43.
Moreover, the cleaning part 5 is used to clean the filter net 432 and the inner wall of the odor capture hood 3. Water from an external water pipe is injected into the water storage column 51, and is sprayed to the dust-proof net plate 43 by means of the nozzles 53. When the dust-proof net plate 43 swings left and right, the dust-proof net plate 43 can drive the water storage column 51 to rotate to achieve rotational cleaning of the dust-proof net plate 43. Finally, the fan 23 draws the odor through the positive pressure pipe 21 to the interior of the deodorization module box for treatment.

An odor control device for a stocked refuse exploitation operating surface, comprising: a deodorization module box (1) and an air duct (2) mounted on a side ofthe deodorization module box (1), and an odor capture hood (3) mounted on an end of the air duct (2), wherein the odor control device for a stocked refuse exploitation operating surface further comprises a dust-proof part (4) mounted inside the odor capture hood (3) and a cleaning part (5) mounted on a side of the dust-proof part (4); the dust-proof part (4) comprises a dust-proof net plate (43) and cushioning members (41) mounted on two sides of the bottom of the dust-proof net plate (43), and a support wheel (42) mounted at the bottom of the odor capture hood (3); the odor capture hood (3) is provided with a long strip hole (31) at the bottom, the bottom of the dust-proof net plate (43) extends through the long strip hole (31) to the outside of the odor capture hood (3), and the top of the dust-proof net plate (43) is hinged to an inner top wall of the odor capture hood (3), wherein when rotating, the support wheel (42) squeezes the dust-proof net plate (43) to swing left and right, shaking dust off the dust-proof net plate (43); the cleaning part (5) comprises a water storage column (51) mounted on a left side of the dust- proof net plate (43) and a water inlet (52) formed at the top of the odor capture hood (3), the top and bottom of the water storage column (51) being rotatably mounted inside the odor capture hood (3), and a plurality of nozzles (53) being mounted on a side of the water storage column (51), wherein the dust-proof net plate (43) swings left and right so that the water storage column (51) rotates left and right to spray the dust-proof net plate (43).

The odor control device for a stocked refuse exploitation operating surface according to claim 1, wherein each cushioning member (41) comprises a support rod (413) and a support head (411) fixed to an end of the support rod (413), and a telescopic spring (412) sleeved on an outer surface of the support rod (413); the support rod (413) located on a right side of the dust-proof net plate (43) is fixed to an inner 12

The odor control device for a stocked refuse exploitation operating surface according to claim 2, wherein support holes (431) are formed on two sides of the bottom of the dust-proof net plate (43), and the support heads (411) are located in the support holes (431), wherein the dust-proof net plate (43) swings left and right to squeeze the telescopic springs (412) to extend and contract.

The odor control device for a stocked refuse exploitation operating surface according to claim 3, wherein a plurality of legs (421) are provided on the outer periphery of the support wheel (42), and a guide wheel (422) 1s provided at an end of each leg (421); the bottom of the dust-proof net plate (43) 1s a semi-circular arc, wherein when the support wheel (42) rotates, the guide wheels (422) touch a side wall of the dust-proof net plate (43) so that the dust-proof net plate (43) swings left and right.

The odor control device for a stocked refuse exploitation operating surface according to claim 4, wherein a filter net (432) is mounted inside the dust-proof net plate (43); clamping slots (434) are provided on an inner peripheral side of the dust-proof net plate (43), and clamping buckles (433) are provided on an outer peripheral side of the filter net (432); and the clamping buckles (433) are clamped in the clamping slots (434).

The odor control device for a stocked refuse exploitation operating surface according to claim 5, wherein a strip slot (435) is formed at the top the dust-proof net plate (43), and a cleaning rod (436) is hinged at the bottom of a side of the strip slot (435), the top of the cleaning rod (436) extending to a side of the strip slot (435); an arc-shaped slot (437) is formed on a side of the filter net (432), and a castor (438) is mounted on a side of the cleaning rod (436), the castor (438) being adapted to slide left and right along the arc-shaped slot (437); a swing rod (57) is mounted on the top of a side of the water storage column (51), and the swing rod passes through the strip slot (435), wherein 13

The odor control device for a stocked refuse exploitation operating surface according to claim 7, wherein a first gear (54) is mounted at the bottom of the water storage column (51), and a second gear (55) is mounted on a side of the first gear (54), the first gear (54) being engaged with the second gear (55); a connecting plate (56) is fixed at the top of the second gear (55); and an end of the support rod (413) is fixed to a side of the connecting plate (56).
9. The odor control device for a stocked refuse exploitation operating surface according to claim 8, wherein a corrugated hood (32) is mounted on a side of the odor capture hood (3), and a wind direction sensing controller (33) is mounted on the top of the odor capture hood (3).

The odor control device for a stocked refuse exploitation operating surface according to claim 9, wherein the air duct (2) comprises a positive pressure pipe (21) and a negative pressure pipe (22); the positive pressure pipe (21) is mounted on a side of the deodorization module box (1), a fan (23) is mounted on a side of the positive pressure pipe (21), an air collection bellows (24) is mounted on a side of the fan (23), the negative pressure pipe (22) is mounted on a side of the air collection bellows (24), and a side of the negative pressure pipe (22) is mounted on a side of the odor capture hood (3). 14
