Abstract

Disclosed is an anchor rod and an application method thereof. The anchor rod comprises: one end of an anchor rod body is open, the other end is closed, and overflow holes are formed in the side wall of the anchor rod body; the closed end of the anchor rod body is limited in the hole; two packers are sleeved on the anchor rod body; each of the packers comprises an annular capsule with a grouting hole, and the annular capsule is sleeved on the anchor rod body; and the two annular capsules can be used for separating the hole into two annular sealing zones. In the present invention, the hollow anchor rod body and the packers are arranged, and the overflow holes are formed in the anchor rod body, so as to ensure that the bottom zone of the hole can be filled fully, and the anchoring effect of the anchor rod body can be improved; and since the two packers are arranged, the anchoring capability of the anchor rod body can be further improved, and therefore, the anchor rod body can maintain good axial tensile force.

The present invention relates to the field of tunnel construction, and more particularly relates to an anchor rod and an application method thereof.
Background
Due to the influence of own pressure of a covering layer and a surrounding rock plastic zone, part of mountain tunnels are deformed and damaged all the year round. Therefore, related personnel usually select an anchor rod as a supporting measure. However, the existing structure of the anchor rod cannot be reliably fixed with a soil body, cannot relieve and improve the damage to the surrounding rock plastic zone and has a limited prevention effect on tunnel deformation.
Therefore, how to provide an anchor rod and an application method thereof which can solve the above problems is a problem to be solved urgently by those skilled in the art.

In view of this, the present invention provides an anchor rod and an application method thereof.
In order to achieve the above purposes, the present invention adopts the following technical solution:
The anchor rod inserted into a hole comprises: an anchor rod body, wherein the interior of the anchor rod body is hollow, one end of the anchor rod body is open, and the other end is closed; overflow holes are formed in the side wall of the anchor rod body; and the closed end of the anchor rod body is limited in the hole; packers, wherein two packers are installed on the anchor rod body; each of the packers comprises an elastic annular capsule, a grouting hole is formed in the annular capsule, and the annular capsule is sleeved on the anchor rod body; the two annular capsules can be used for separating the hole into two annular sealing zones along the length direction of the anchor rod body; and the overflow holes are limited between the closed end of the anchor rod body and the annular capsule which is closest to the closed end of the anchor rod body.
It can be known from the above technical solution that, compared with the prior art, the present invention discloses and provides the anchor rod; in the present invention, the hollow anchor rod body and the packers are arranged, and the overflow holes are formed in the anchor rod body, so as to ensure that the bottom zone of the hole can be filled fully, and the anchoring effect of the anchor rod body can be improved; and since the two packers are arranged, the anchoring effect of the anchor rod body can be further improved, and therefore, the anchor rod body can maintain good axial tensile force.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and fully described below. Apparently, the described embodiments are merely part of the embodiments of the present invention, not all of the embodiments. The present invention discloses an anchor rod and an application method thereof. In the present invention, a hollow anchor rod body 1 and packers are arranged, and overflow holes 10 are formed in the anchor rod body 1, so that the bottom zone of a hole can be ensured to be filled fully; and since expansive grout is adopted, and the expansive grout expands when in hardening, the full filling is realized further, and the anchor rod body 1 can be reliably anchored in the hole.

Each of the packers comprises an elastic annular capsule 2, the annular capsule 2 in the embodiment is a leather capsule, and the annular capsule 2 is hollow and elastic; a grouting hole is formed in the annular capsule 2, and the annular capsule 2 is sleeved on the anchor rod body 1; the two annular capsules 2 can be used for separating the hole into two annular sealing zones along the length direction of the anchor rod body 1; and the overflow holes 10 are limited between the closed end of the anchor rod body 1 and the annular capsule 2 which is closest to the closed end of the anchor rod body 1.
Further, specifically, each of the packers further comprises a casing pipe 3, and the casing pipe 3 is coaxially fixed on the anchor rod body 1 in a sleeving manner; the annular capsule 2 is fixed on the outer side of the casing pipe 3 in a sleeving manner; and the outer wall of the annular capsule 2 can be closely abutted against the wall of the hole.
Further, specifically, the anchor rod further comprises a grouting pipe 14, a grouting pipe II 5 and a grouting pipe lll 6; one end of the grouting pipe 14 is limited at the outer part of the hole, and the other end is communicated with the grouting hole in the annular capsule 2 which is close to the orifice of the hole; one end of the grouting pipe Il 5 is limited at the outer part of the hole, the other end thereof is limited between the bottom of the hole and the annular capsule 2 which is closest to the bottom of the hole, and a hole is formed in the side wall of the grouting pipe II 5 and is communicated with the grouting hole in the annular capsule 2 which is closest to the bottom of the hole; and one end of the grouting pipe Ill 6 is limited at the outer part of the hole, and the other end thereof is limited between the two annular capsules 2.

The high polymer foundation material in the embodiment is formed by mixing water, cement, quartz sand, polymer water soluble rubber powder, a water reducing agent, an early strength agent, an expansive agent and an anti-segregation agent.
The expansive grout in the embodiment is formed by mixing expansive cement, quartz sand and water.
The expansive grout is filled in the zone || corresponding to the stabilized soil layer 8, the expansive grout expands when in hardening, and the packers are matched to closely seal the hole, so as to ensure that the anchor rod body 1 corresponding to the position of the zone Il can be reliably anchored with the stabilized soil layer 8; and the high polymer foundation material is filled in the zone | corresponding to the surrounding rock plastic zone 7, and the high polymer foundation material can further reinforce the surrounding rock plastic zone 7, so as to improve the overall anchoring effect.

An anchor rod, inserted into a hole, comprising: — an anchor rod body (1), wherein — the interior of the anchor rod body (1) is hollow, — one end of the anchor rod body is open, and the other end is closed; — overflow holes (10) are formed in the side wall of the anchor rod body (1); and — the closed end of the anchor rod body (1) is limited in the hole; — packers, wherein — two packers are installed on the anchor rod body (1); — each of the packers comprises an elastic annular capsule (2), — a grouting hole is formed in the annular capsule (2), and — the annular capsule (2) is sleeved on the anchor rod body (1); — the two annular capsules (2) can be used for separating the hole into two annular sealing zones along the length direction of the anchor rod body (1); and — the overflow holes (10) are limited between the closed end of the anchor rod body (1) and the annular capsule (2) which is closest to the closed end of the anchor rod body (1).
2. The anchor rod according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of overflow holes (10) are formed.

The anchor rod according to claim 1, wherein — each of the packers further comprises a casing pipe (3), and the casing pipe (3) is coaxially fixed on the anchor rod body (1) in a sleeving manner, — the annular capsule (2) is fixed on the outer side of the casing pipe (3) in a sleeving manner; and — the outer wall of the annular capsule (2) can be closely abutted against the wall of the hole.
