The anchor rod structure for fixing the water-rich karst tunnel surrounding rock is characterized by comprising a protection pipe (2) inserted into a drill hole and an anchor assembly inserted into the protection pipe (2); the protection pipe (2) is arranged in a penetrating manner, and the anchoring assembly comprises an expansion shell type anchoring head (1), an anchor rod (3) and a sealing assembly; one end of the anchor rod (3) is provided with an expansion shell type anchoring head (1); wherein the expanding shell type anchoring head (1) is contacted with the surrounding rock at the inner side of the drill hole through the protection pipe (2); the other end of the anchor rod (3) is provided with a sealing component for sealing the drilling hole and the protection tube (2); the sealing component is inserted with a grouting guide pipe (11), cement mortar is injected into the protection pipe (2) through the grouting guide pipe (11), and the protection of the protection pipe (2) on the anchoring component and the enhancement of the fixed strength of the surrounding rock drilling are achieved.

The anchor rod structure for fixing water-rich karst tunnel surrounding rock according to claim 1, wherein the expanding-shell type anchor head (1) comprises an anchor head slider (12), an expanding-shell anchor member (13) and a expanding-shell anchor member (14); one end of the rising shell anchoring piece (13) is connected with one end of the falling shell anchoring piece (14) through a connecting rod (15); the anchor head sliding part (12) is provided with a sliding groove, the rising shell anchoring part (13) and the rising shell anchoring part (14) are driven to move along the anchor head sliding part (12) when the rising shell anchoring part (13) and the rising shell anchoring part (14) move in the sliding groove through the connecting rod (15), and the anchor rod (3) is propped against the connecting rod (15) through the anchor head sliding part (12) and is used for pushing the connecting rod (15) and driving the rising shell anchoring part (13) and the rising shell anchoring part (14) to move along the anchor head sliding part (12).

The anchor rod structure for fixing the water-rich karst tunnel surrounding rock of claim 2, wherein the side of the rising shell anchoring member (13) and the rising shell anchoring member (14) contacting the surrounding rock side wall is respectively provided with a plurality of rising shell locking plates (16) for increasing the friction force between the rising shell anchoring member (13) and the rising shell anchoring member (14) and the inner surrounding rock side wall of the drill hole.

A rock bolt structure for fixing water-rich karst tunnel surrounding rock according to claim 1, characterized in that the sealing assembly comprises a washer (5), a nut (6) and a grout stop plug (9); the grout stopping plug (9) and the gasket (5) are sequentially sleeved into the tail end of the anchor rod (3), wherein the grout stopping plug (9) is tightly plugged in an outer port of the protection pipe (2), the gasket (5) is covered on the outer port of the protection pipe (2), the nut (6) is in threaded connection with the tail end of the anchor rod (3), and the top of the nut is tightly arranged on the gasket (5).
5. A bolt structure for fixing water-rich karst tunnel surrounding rock according to claim 4, characterized in that the outward extension of the washer (5) is fixedly provided with a backing plate (7).
6. The anchor rod structure for fixing the water-rich karst tunnel surrounding rock according to claim 4, characterized in that the anchor rod (3) is provided with a stress meter (10), and the stress meter (10) is arranged around the nut (6).
7. A bolt structure for fixing water-rich karst tunnel surrounding rock according to claim 4, characterized by further comprising an exhaust pipe (8), wherein the exhaust pipe (8) is inserted into the protection pipe (2) through a gasket (5) and a grout stop plug (9).

The anchor rod structure for fixing the water-rich karst tunnel surrounding rock according to claim 1, wherein the pipe orifice of the grouting guide pipe (11) is arranged along the pipe body of the protection pipe (2) to extend into one end of the inner side of the protection pipe (2), and cement mortar is filled from one end of the inner side of the protection pipe (2) to one end of the outer side of the protection pipe (2).
9. A bolting configuration for fixing water-rich karst tunnel surrounding rock according to claim 1, characterised in that said protective tube (2) is provided with a number of mortar outlet holes (4) along the tube.
10. Use method of a bolt structure for fixing water-rich karst tunnel surrounding rock, based on any one of claims 1-9, characterized by comprising the following steps:
arranging holes at the surrounding rock of the fixed water-rich karst tunnel, drilling, checking the holes, cleaning the holes and leveling the hole openings; inserting the protection tube (2) into the drill hole, inserting the anchoring assembly into the protection tube (2), and enabling the expansion-shell type anchoring head of the anchoring assembly to be in contact with the inner side surrounding rock of the drill hole, so that the friction force between the expansion-shell type anchoring head and the side wall of the inner side surrounding rock of the drill hole is increased; the sealing assembly seals the drilling hole and the protection pipe (2); and grouting the inside of the drill hole through the sealing assembly until the drill hole is filled with the slurry, and finishing the work.
