A top end of the second slider 11 is connected to the third slider 12 and the fourth slider 13 through driving rods 14 respectively. As shown in FIG 5 which illustrates the connection relation between the second slider 11 and the driving rods 14, the two driving rods 14 are hinged to the top end of the second slider 11, and free ends of the two driving rods 14 are hinged to one end of the third slider 12 and one end of the fourth slider 13 respectively.
[0041] The working principle of the components in the fire-proof box is as follows: when a fire breaks out, the airbag 10 is heated by the fire to expand so as to drive the second slider 11 to rise, and the third slider 12 and the fourth slider 13 are driven by the driving rods 14 to slide towards two sides.
[0042] As shown in FIG 1, a string 15 is fixed at the free end of the third slider 12, the other end of the string 15 is connected to the dry powder fire extinguishing device, and the string 15 can stretch and retreat to control the dry powder fire extinguishing device to work or not to work.
[0043] A rod-shaped slot is integrally formed in the fourth slider 13, as shown in FIG 2, a conducting strip 18 is elastically connected into the rod-shaped slot, a conducting rod 18 opposite to the conducting strip is installed and fixed at an end of the third sliding slot, the other end of the conducting rod is connected to the alarm 7, the alarm 7, the conducting strip 17, and the conducting rod 18 are electrically connected, and the fourth slider can slide to
8 002012P-WOLU drive the conducting strip to move to be in contact with the conducting rod or away from the LU502852 conducting rod, so as to control the alarm to work or not to work. When the conducting strip is in contact with the conducting rod, the alarm 7 is turned on to give an alarm.
[0044] Referring to FIG 1 which illustrates the structure of the dry powder fire extinguishing device, the dry powder fire extinguishing device comprises a dry powder box 8, a valve assembly 6, and a nozzle 5, wherein the valve assembly 6 is connected to the dry powder box 8 and the nozzle 5 through a connecting tube and is opened or closed to control dry powder in the dry power box 8 to be allowed or not allowed to be released into the nozzle 5 to extinguish a fire, and the other end of the string 15 is connected to the valve assembly 6 to control the valve assembly 6 to be opened or closed.
[0045] With reference to FIG. 3 which illustrates the structure of the valve assembly, the valve assembly 6 comprises an outer fixing ring 601, an inner fixing ring 606, and an openable door 607 formed by multiple fan-shaped blades, wherein one end of each of the blades ofthe openable door 607 1s hinged to the inner fixing ring 606 through a fixing pin.
[0046] In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the openable door 607 is composed of four fan-shaped blades.
[0047] A guide slot is integrally formed in the outer fixing ring 601 in a circumferential direction, spacers, the number of which is equal to the number of the blades of the openable door 607, are regularly disposed in the guide slot in the circumferential direction, and divide the guide slots into multiple fourth sliding slots corresponding to the blades of the openable door, a first slider 602 is arranged in each fourth sliding slot and is able to slide along the fourth sliding slot, the adjacent first sliders 602 are connected through a ring rod 603 penetrating through the spacers, a spring 605 is connected and fixed between one end of the first slider 602 in each fourth sliding slot and the corresponding spacer, and the other end of each first slider 602 is connected to the corresponding blade of the openable door 607 through a hinge rod 604. A pull rod 609 is installed and fixed on one of the first sliders 602,
9 002012P-WOLU and is fixedly connected to the string 15. LU502852
[0048] The working principle of the valve assembly is as follows: the string 15 stretches or retreats to drive the pull rod 609 to move so as to drive the first sliders 602 to slide forward or backward, and when moving, the first sliders 602 drive the blades of the openable door 607 to rotate around the fixing pins through the hinge rods, so that the openable door 607 is opened or closed.
[0049] The working principle of the security monitoring device for an IOTIPS is as follows: when a fire breaks out, the airbag 10 is heated by the fire to expand to drive the second slider 11 to rise, which in turn drives the third slider 12 and the fourth slider 13 to slide towards two sides through the driving rods 14; when the third slider 12 slides, the string 15 is released, and the first sliders 602 are pulled by the springs 605 to slide to drive the openable door 607 to be opened, so that dry powder is released from the dry powder box 8 and is sprayed out by the nozzle 5 to extinguish the fire; when the fourth slider 13 slides, the conducting strip 17 contacts the conducting rod 18 to turn on the alarm 7 to inform workers of the fire.
[0050] Embodiment 2
[0051] Based on Embodiment 1, this embodiment is further improved in that balls 16 are slidably embedded in a lower surface of the third slider 12 and a lower surface of the fourth slider 13, so that the frictional resistance of the third slider 12 and the fourth slider 13 during the sliding process is reduced.
[0052] Further, to increase the release rate of dry powder, a fan 9 is installed and fixed on the dry powder box 8, and the fan 9 blows air to the dry powder box to increase the release rate of dry powder.
[0053] Further, to improve the spraying effect, as shown in FIG. 4 which illustrates the structure of the nozzle, dry powder channels 20 are integrally formed in the nozzle 5 and are arc-shaped, and dry powder is sprayed all around along the dry powder channels. Under the
10 002012P-WOLU action of dry powder channels 20, dry powder can be sprayed out within a scope without dead LU502852 angles.
[0054] Further, to prevent the outer fixing ring 601 from applying frictional resistance to the string 15, a fixed pulley 608 is installed and fixed on the outer fixing ring 601, and is in sliding fit with the string 15.
[0055] The security monitoring device for an IOTIPS can detect a fire happening to device lines of the IOTIPS in time, and, when detecting a fire, can give an alarm and extinguish the fire in time.
[0056] The invention and its implementations are illustratively described above, but the above description is not restrictive, the structures shown in the figures are merely possible implementations of the invention, and the actual structures are not limited to these illustrated in the figures. So, structures and embodiments, similar to the technical solution of the invention, designed by those ordinarily skilled in the art under the enlightenment of these illustrated structures without creative labor and without departing from the creative purpose of the invention should also fall within the protection scope of the invention.
[0057] Moreover, it should be understood that, although the invention has been described with reference to several embodiments in this specification, not each embodiment includes only one independent technical solution, and the way of description in this specification is merely for the purpose of clarity. Those skilled in the art should regard the specification as a whole, and the technical solutions in different embodiments may be properly combined to form other embodiments that can be understood by those skilled in the art.
