Claims (8)
1. Fin Verfahren für ein grünes Recycling und eine umfassende Nutzung eines Rotschlammabfalls und eines Ligninabfalls, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es die folgenden Schritte umfasst: 1) Extraktion und Abtrennung des Lignins aus land- und forstwirtschaftlichen Abfällen, Rückständen mit hohem Lignin-Matrix-Gehalt, erzeugt aus einer Papierindustrie oder einer biologischen Raffinationsindustrie, um hochreines Lignin zu erhalten; 2) Durchführung einer unschädlichen Modifizierungsbehandlung des Rotschlamms durch eine Säureauflôsungs-Alkaliwiederausscheidungs-Kopplungsrôstmethode; 3) Herstellung von kohlenwasserstoffreichem Bioël, Biokohle und Synthesegas durch eine katalytische Pyrolyse des Lignins unter Verwendung des modifizierten Rotschlamms und eines Molekularsiebkatalysators; und 4) weitere Anwendung des modifizierten Rotschlamms nach einer Reaktion auf Bereiche von Adsorptionsmaterialien und Baumaterialien.

Das Verfahren für das grüne Recycling und die umfassende Nutzung des Rotschlammabfalls und des Ligninabfalls nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Schritt 1) die Ligninextraktions- und -trennverfahren ein Klason-Verfahren, ein Verfahren mit organischen Lösungsmitteln, ein Verfahren mit ionischen Flüssigkeiten oder ein enzymatisches Hydrolyseverfahren umfassen.

Das Verfahren für das grüne Recycling und die umfassende Nutzung des Rotschlammabfalls und des Ligninabfalls nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Schritt 2) bei der Säureauflôsungs-Alkaliwiederausscheidungs-Kopplungsrôstmethode für den Rotschlamm eine anorganische Säure mit einer Konzentration von 5-7 mol/l für eine saure Auflôsungsbehandlung verwendet wird, und die anorganische Säure Salzsäure, Schwefelsäure oder Phosphorsäure ist; bei der Alkaliausfällungsbehandlung werden 30-40 Massenprozent Ammoniakwasser verwendet, und eine Temperatur der Rôstbehandlung beträgt 635-660°C.

Das Verfahren für das grüne Recycling und die umfassende Nutzung des Rotschlammabfalls und des Ligninabfalls nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Schritt 2) eine bei der Modifikationsbehandlung erhaltende Abfallflüssigkeit zur Entfernung von im Lignin selbst enthaltenen anorganischen Verunreinigungen, einschließlich Alkali- und Erdalkalimetallen, verwendet werden kann.
5. Das Verfahren für das grüne Recycling und die umfassende Nutzung des Rotschlammabfalls 502 470 und des Ligninabfalls nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Schritt 3) der Molekularsiebkatalysator einer oder mehrere von HZSM-5, Hß und H-USY ist.

Das Verfahren für das grüne Recycling und die umfassende Nutzung des Rotschlammabfalls und des Ligninabfalls nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Schritt 3) die fiir die katalytische Pyrolyse des Lignins verwendete Anlage ein Festbett-Pyrolysereaktor mit einer Reaktionstemperatur von 450-650°C ist, der modifizierte Rotschlamm und der Molekularsiebkatalysator in Schichten angeordnet sind, ein Massenverhältnis zwischen dem modifizierten Rotschlamm und dem Molekularsiebkatalysator 1:0,7-1,5 beträgt, und das Verhältnis der Ligninmasse zur Summe aus modifizietem Rotschlamm und Molekularsiebkatalysator 1:1,5-2,2 beträgt, und Stickstoff verwendet wird, um eine inerte Atmosphäre für die Pyrolyse zu gewährleisten.
7. Das Verfahren für das grüne Recycling und die umfassende Nutzung des Rotschlammabfalls und des Ligninabfalls nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das kohlenwasserstoffreiche Bioël raffiniert, abgetrennt und in aromatische Verbindungen extrahiert wird, um die Oktanzahl von Benzin oder Diesel zu verbessern; die Biokohle wird zur Herstellung von Aktivkohle-Materialien oder kohlenstoffbasierten Mehrnährstoffdüngern verwendet, nach der Abtrennung und einer Reinigung wird das Synthesegas als Reaktionsrohstoff der Fischer-Tropsch-Synthese verwendet.

Das Verfahren für das grüne Recycling und die umfassende Nutzung des Rotschlammabfalls und des Ligninabfalls nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Adsorptionsmaterialbereiche einen Abwasserreinigungsbereich, einen Abfallfärbeflüssigkeitsbereich und einen Schwermetalladsorptionsbereich umfassen; die Bereiche der Baumaterialien umfassen einen Bereich der Betonzubereitung, einen Bereich der Mauersteine und einen Bereich der durchlässigen Steine.
