An herbicide spray drift prevention device for vegetable fields comprises a liquid storage tank and a liquid pump arranged in the liquid storage tank, the liquid storage tank is arranged on a car, the car comprises a car body, rollers and push rods, a front upper end of the car body is obliquely provided with a supporting arm, one end of the supporting arm far from the car body is rotatably connected with a rotating arm, one end of the rotating arm far from the supporting arm is fixedly vertically connected with a cross bar, two ends of the cross bar are rotatably connected with folding rods, lower ends of the cross bar and the folding rods are fixedly provided with spray nozzles. The rotating arm, the cross bar and the folding rods are tubular; the cross bar and the folding rods are internally provided with liquid spraying pipes.

TECHNICAL FIELD The invention relates to an agricultural instrument, and particularly to an herbicide spray drift prevention device for vegetable fields.
BACKGROUND At present, when planting vegetables in a large area, it is necessary to weed vegetable fields regularly to ensure the fertility of the soil. However, existing large spraying machines are not suitable for spraying herbicides, so knapsack sprayers are mostly used as spraying equipment in vegetable fields. But the knapsack sprayers have some disadvantages of limited spraying range, time-consuming spraying process and uneven spraying effect. In addition, the atomized herbicides are easily scattered on vegetables by wind, and thereby affects weeding effect, wastes a lot of the herbicides, as well as has an adverse effect on vegetable growth.
To solve the above problems, the invention provides an herbicide spray drift prevention device for vegetable fields.

In order to achieve the above objective, the invention adopts a following technical scheme: An herbicide spray drift prevention device for vegetable fields includes a liquid storage tank and a liquid pump arranged in the liquid storage tank, the liquid storage tank is arranged on a car, the car includes a car body, rollers and push rods, a front upper end of the car body is obliquely provided with a supporting arm, one end of the supporting arm far from the car body is rotatably connected with a rotating arm, one end of the rotating arm far from the supporting arm is fixedly vertically connected with a cross bar, two ends of the cross bar are rotatably connected with folding rods, lower ends of the cross bar and the folding rods are fixedly provided with spray nozzles, wherein the rotating arm, the cross bar and the folding rods are all tubular structures; the cross bar and the folding rods are both internally provided with liquid spraying pipes, the liquid spraying pipes are connected with the spray nozzles, and are connected with an output end of the liquid pump through an infusion pipe; a lower end of the rotating arm is rotatably connected withJ502439 support rods, another ends of the support rods are inserted into a slot on a front side of the car body to fix the rotating arm, and both front sides of the car body are provided with square jacks, the square jacks are inserted with square bars matched with cross-sectional shapes of the square jacks, upper surfaces of the square bars are provided with first pin holes, top surfaces of the square jacks are provided with second pin holes corresponding to the positions of the first pin holes, wherein one pin is inserted into one first pin hole and one second pin hole, one ends of the square bars far away from the car body are connected with fog baffles, and the fog baffles are arranged vertically to the square bars.
Optionally, two rollers close to the push rods are universal wheels.
Optionally, the car body is internally provided with a cavity, the cavity is internally provided with a storage battery, and the storage battery is electrically connected with the liquid pump.
Optionally, the liquid spraying pipes and the infusion pipe are made of hoses, and the infusion pipe is connected with a spherical valve.

Effect of Invention According to the invention, the liquid storage tank filled with the herbicides is arranged on the car, and in this way, the liquid storage tank may be pushed forward during pesticide spraying, thereby saving time and labor and improving the pesticide spraying efficiency; the cross bar and the folding rods are arranged on the supporting arm at the front end of the car, the spray nozzles are arranged on the cross bar and the folding rods, and then the spray nozzles are connected with the liquid storage tank, and in this way, the spraying width may be adjusted according to the distance between two rows of vegetables when spraying herbicides; adjustable fog baffles até/502439 arranged on both sides of the car, and the distance between the fog baffles may be adjusted according to the actual spraying width; in this way, it prevents the sprayed herbicides from being blown onto vegetables by the wind, reduces the waste of the herbicides, effectively improves the weeding effect, and not affects the normal growth of vegetables.

A lower end of the rotating arm 7 is rotatably connected with support rods 12, another ends of the support rods 12 are inserted into a slot 13 on a front side of the car body 3 to fix the rotating arm 7, and both front sides of the car body 3 are provided with square jacks, the square jacks are inserted with square bars 14 matched with cross-sectional shapes of the square jacks, upper surfaces of the square bars 14 are provided with first pin holes, top surfaces of the square jacks are provided with second pin holes corresponding to the positions of the first pin holes, wherein one pin 15 is inserted into one first pin hole and one second pin hole, one ends of the square bars 14 far away from the car body 3 are connected with fog baffles 16, and the fog baffles 16 are arranged vertically to the square bars 14.

2. The herbicide spray drift prevention device for vegetable fields according to claim 1, characterized in that two rollers (4) close to the push rods (5) are universal wheels.

The herbicide spray drift prevention device for vegetable fields according to claim 1, characterized in that the car body (3) is internally provided with a cavity, the cavity is internally provided with a storage battery, and the storage battery is electrically connected with the liquid pump (2).
