Abstract
The invention discloses a height-adjustable tire embryo storage vehicle for tires with the same diameter, belonging to storage equipment in the process of tire production. The height- adjustable tire embryo storage vehicle comprises a transport vehicle capable of moving, a tire embryo holding mechanism for holding a steel ring on a tire embryo mounted on a bottom plate, and a height-adjustable tire placing mechanism, wherein the tire embryo holding mechanism comprises a supporting frame fixed to the center of the bottom plate; mechanical hands respectively extending forwards and rearwards are mounted on the supporting frame; the height-adjustable tire placing mechanism comprises jacks mounted on the bottom plate in correspondence to the two mechanical hands and tire embryo storage plates fixedly mounted on the jacks; and the center of the tire embryo storage plates and the center of the mechanical hands are on the same perpendicular line. The height-adjustable tire embryo storage vehicle has the beneficial effects as follows: the quantity of storage vehicles can be greatly reduced to lower the cost and save the storage space; and the level of mechanization is high, the tire loading and unloading operations are convenient, the tire transportation process is convenient, and the labor intensity is also greatly reduced.

A height-adjustable tire embryo storage vehicle for tires with the same diameter, comprising a transport vehicle capable of moving, wherein a bottom plate (1) is installed with a tire embryo holding mechanism for holding the steel ring on the tire embryo, and a height-adjustable tire placing mechanism; the tire embryo holding mechanism comprises a supporting frame (6) fixed to the center of the bottom plate (1); mechanical hands (5) respectively extending forwards and rearwards are mounted on the supporting frame (6); the height-adjustable tire placing mechanism comprises jacks (3) mounted on the bottom plate (1) in correspondence to the two mechanical hands (5) and tire embryo storage plates (4) fixedly mounted on the jacks (3); the center of the tire embryo storage plates (4) and the center of the mechanical hands (5) are on the same perpendicular line.
2. The height-adjustable tire embryo storage vehicle for tires with the same diameter according to claim 1, wherein the two mechanical hands (5) are respectively mounted on the supporting frame (6) through a bearing (9) and fixed by a closing nut (8).

The height-adjustable tire embryo storage vehicle for tires with the same diameter according to claim 1, wherein the tire embryo storage plate (4) is in the shape of a downwardly curved pot bottom, the diameter of which is matched with the diameter of the tire embryo, and the width thereof is not greater than the width of the bottom plate (1).
4. The height-adjustable tire embryo storage vehicle for tires with the same diameter according to claim 1, wherein the supporting frame (6) is provided with tire embryo specification identification lines (11).
5. The height-adjustable tire embryo storage vehicle for tires with the same diameter according to claim 1, wherein the fully opened diameter of the mechanical hand (5) is matched with the diameter of the tire embryo.
