Claims (12)

PTO8009LU LU501119 Revendications :
1. Filament (36) pour une application de fabrication additive ou une application de tissage, le filament (36) comprenant des fibres de carbone (38) noyées dans une résine thermoplastique réactive (40) comprenant un polymère (méth)acrylique, un monomère (méth)acrylique et des peroxydes organiques, ledit filament (36) comprenant en outre une couche de liaison (44) enrobant la résine thermoplastique réactive (40), la couche de liaison (44) étant constituée d'un mélange d'au moins un polyamide et d'un polymère (méth)acrylique.
2. Filament (36) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le polyamide est le polyamide 6 ou le polyamide 12 ou un mélange de ceux-ci, ledit polyamide constituant à 80 % en poids de la couche de liaison (44).
3. Filament (36) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le polymère (méth)acrylique comprend du poly(méthacrylate de méthyle).
4. Filament (36) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le rapport pondéral des particules de polyamide aux particules de polymère (méth)acrylique est de 0,25:1 à 4:1 et de préférence de 1,5:1.
5. Filament (36) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les particules de polymère (méth)acrylique ont un diamètre moyen (D50) de 0,1 um à 10 um, de préférence de 2 um à 8 um.
6. Utilisation du filament (36) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5 pour la fabrication d'un produit final (60) par un procédé de fabrication additive ou par une technique de tissage.
7. Utilisation selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que préalablement à un dépôt du filament (36) pour former le produit final (60), le filament (36) est enroulé dans un matériau d'enveloppe (62) en polyamide.
8. Utilisation selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que le polyamide du matériau d'enveloppe (62) est le polyamide 6 ou le polyamide 12 ou un mélange de ceux-ci, ledit polyamide formant au moins 90 % en poids du matériau d'enveloppe (62).
9. Produit (60) obtenu par l'utilisation du filament (36) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 8.

Procédé (100) de fabrication d'un filament (36) destiné à une application de LU501119 fabrication additive ou a une application de tissage, le procédé comprenant : (S102) fournir un filet de fibres (38) ; (S104) imprégner le filet avec une résine thermoplastique réactive liquide (40) principalement composée de polymère (méth)acrylique, de monomère (méth)acrylique et de peroxydes organiques ; et (S106) coextrusion d'une couche de liaison (44) d’un matériau thermoplastique autour du filet imprégné (42) ; dans lequel le matériau est constitué par un mélange d’au moins un polyamide et d'un polymère (méth)acrylique.
11. Procédé (100) selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le matériau thermoplastique comprend un compatibilisant en une teneur de 1 à 20 % en poids dans la couche de liaison (44), ledit compatibilisant est en poly(styrène-co-glycidyl méthacrylate) ou poly(éthylène-co-acrylate de méthyle-co-méthacrylate de glycidyle).
12. Procédé (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 ou 11, caractérisé en ce que le matériau thermoplastique est coextrudé à une vitesse d'environ 10 mètres par minute.
