Abstract
A photocatalytic ultraviolet air disinfection and deodorization device for livestock and poultry houses, comprising a housing, wherein a water pump is arranged at the bottom, a fan is arranged at the top, a filter component is arranged above the fan, the water inlet of the water pump is connected with a box, and the water outlet of the water pump is connected with a water pipe; one end of the water pipe penetrates through the bottom of a funnel and extends to be provided with a nozzle, and one end of the box body is provided with a drainage component; one side of the funnel is provided with a dosing tube, one end of the dosing tube penetrates through the housing and extends out; the side of the funnel is provided with air ducts, one end of the air duct penetrates through the housing.

DESCRIPTION Photocatalytic Ultraviolet Air Disinfection and Deodorization Device for Livestock and Poultry Houses
TECHNICAL FIELD The invention relates to the field of air purification, particularly to a photocatalytic ultraviolet air disinfection and deodorization device for livestock and poultry houses
BACKGROUND In animal husbandry technology, the breeding house is isolated from the outside in varying degrees by the enclosure structure, which forms a microclimate different from that outside the house, so that livestock and poultry can be protected from the effects of severe heat, severe cold, wind and sun, and create a suitable living environment for livestock and poultry. However, in closed breeding houses, the concentration of bacteria in the air is 1100 times and 500 times higher than that outside the house in cold season and warm season, respectively, and the concentration of bacteria in the air of semi-open breeding houses is 110-580 times higher than that outside the house. 1% of these bacteria are pathogenic microorganisms, which float in the air and are easily inhaled into the lungs by livestock and poultry to cause infection. They may also fall on the ground or equipment. In closed breeding houses, due to the respiration and excretion of livestock and poultry and the decomposition of dirt, some gases harmful to people and livestock and poultry will be produced, mainly including ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide. In addition, there are dust generated by eating, activities and air circulation. These harmful gases are very harmful, which can lead to the decline of production performance and immunity of livestock and poultry, and induce respiratory diseases. In severe cases, these harmful gases can cause death of livestock and poultry. However, the current air disinfection device is not very effective, which is inconvenient for people to use. Therefore, we put forward a photocatalytic ultraviolet air disinfection and deodorization device for livestock and poultry houses.
SUMMARY The objective of the present invention 1s to provide a photocatalytic ultraviolet air disinfection and deodorization device for livestock and poultry house to overcome the shortcomings in the prior art.
The objective of the invention is realized as follows: a photocatalytic ultraviolet air disinfection and deodorization device for livestock and poultry houses comprises a housing, wherein a fan is arranged at the top of the housing, a filter component is arranged above the fan, a funnel is fixed in the housing below the fan, and a box is connected at the lower end of the funnel; a water pump is arranged at the bottom of the housing, the water inlet of the water pump is connected with the box, and the water outlet of the water pump is connected with a water pipe; one end of the water pipe penetrates through the bottom of the funnel and extends into it to be provided with a spray nozzle; one end of the box is provided with a drainage component; one side of the funnel is provided with a dosing tube, and one end of the dosing tube penetrates through the housing and extends out; a plurality of air ducts are arranged on the side of the funnel, one end of the air duct passes through the housing and extends out to be provided with a purification component.
The lamp at the bottom of the housing is provided with a plurality of supporting blocks, the lower ends of the supporting blocks are provided with foot pads, and the bottoms of the foot pads are provided with anti-skid patterns.
The filter component comprises a plurality of limiting bars arranged on the inner wall of the housing, a frame is placed above the limiting bars, a filter screen is fixed in the frame, a plurality of fixing screws are arranged on the side surface of the housing, and one end of each fixing screw penetrates through the housing and extends out to be threadedly connected with the frame.
The drainage component comprises a drainage pipe arranged at one side of the box, and one end of the drainage pipe penetrates through the housing and extends out to be provided with a valve.
The purification component comprises an activated carbon placing box arranged on one side of the housing, the bottom of the activated carbon placing box is connected with the upper ends of the air ducts, a housing cover is placed above the activated carbon placing box, and a plurality of through holes are equidistantly arranged on the housing cover.
The lower end of the funnel is connected with the box, so that the purpose of collecting medicament is achieved through the box. The water pump is started, and the liquid medicine in the box is pumped out by the water pump, and then sprayed out by the nozzle, so that the purpose of disinfecting and deodorizing the air is achieved by the liquid medicine sprayed from the nozzle. The dosing tube is convenient for adding liquid medicine into the box. After the air entering the housing is disinfected, the air enters the activated carbon placing box through the air ducts, so as to achieve the purpose of purifying the air by the placement of the activated carbon in the activated carbon placing box and facilitate people's use. Finally, the air is discharged through the through hole. The device is reasonable in design and convenient to operate, and it is convenient for people to disinfect and deodorize the air through the arrangement of the nozzle and the activated carbon placing box.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Embodiment 1, as shown in Figure 1, Figure 2 and Figure 3, a photocatalytic ultraviolet air disinfection and deodorization device for livestock and poultry houses comprises a housing 4, wherein a lamp at the bottom of the housing 4 is provided with a plurality of supporting blocks 9, a foot pad 10 is arranged at the lower end of the supporting block 9, and an anti-skid pattern is arranged at the bottom of the foot pad 10. A fan 14 is arranged at the top of the housing 4, and a filter component is arranged above the fan 14, and the filter component comprises a plurality of limiting bars 13 arranged on the inner walls of the housing 4. A frame 2 is placed above the limiting bars 13, and a filter screen 1 is fixed in the frame 2. A plurality of fixing screws 3 are arranged on the side of the housing 4, and one end of the fixing screw 3 passes through the housing 4 and extends out to be threadedly connected with the frame 2. The supporting blocks 9 are used for supporting the housing 4, and the foot pads 10 at the bottoms of the supporting blocks 9 prevents the housing 4 from moving at will. A fan 14 is installed above the housing 4, so air is sucked into the housing 4 through the fan 14. Limiting bars 13 are installed on the inner walls of the housing 4, so the frame 2 is lifted by the limiting bars 13. The frame 2 is fixed by the fixing screws 3, and the frame 2 is used for fixing the filter screen 1, so that the dust in the air can be filtered when the air passes through.
A funnel 16 is fixed in the box 4 below the fan 14, and the lower end of the funnel 16 is connected with a box 17. The bottom of the box 4 is provided with a water pump 20, the water inlet of the water pump 20 is connected with the box 17, and the water outlet of the water pump 20 is connected with a water pipe 19. One end of the water pipe 19 runs through the bottom of the funnel 16 and extends in to be provided with a nozzle 18. One end of the box 17 is provided with a drainage component, which comprises a drainage pipe 12 arranged at one side of the box 17, and one end of the drainage pipe 12 penetrates through the housing 4 and extends out to be provided with a valve 11. A funnel 16 is fixed in the housing 4, and the lower end of the funnel 16 is connected with a box 17, so as to achieve the purpose of collecting medicament through the box 17. The water pump 1s started, and the liquid medicine in the box 17 is pumped out by the water pump 20, and then sprayed out through a nozzle 18, so as to achieve the purpose of disinfecting and deodorizing the air by the liquid medicine sprayed from the nozzle 18.
One side of the funnel 16 is provided with a dosing tube 15, and one end of the dosing tube 15 penetrates through the housing 4 and extends out. The side of the funnel 16 is provided with a plurality of air ducts 8, one end of the air duct 8 penetrates through the housing 4 and extends out to be provided with a purification component. The purification component comprises an activated carbon placing box 7 arranged on one side of the housing 4, the bottom of the activated carbon placing box 7 is connected with the upper ends of the air ducts 8, a housing cover 6 is placed above the activated carbon placing box 7, and a plurality of through holes 5 are equidistantly arranged on the housing cover
6. Through the arrangement of the dosing tube 15, it is convenient to add liquid medicine into the box 17. After the air entering the housing body 4 is disinfected, the air enters the activated carbon placing box 7 through the air ducts 8, so as to achieve the purpose of purifying the air by the placement of the activated carbon in the activated carbon placing box 7 and facilitate people's use. Finally, the air is discharged through the through holes

A photocatalytic ultraviolet air disinfection and deodorization device for livestock and poultry houses, comprising a housing, which is characterized in that a fan is arranged at the top of the housing, a filter component is arranged above the fan, a funnel is fixed in the housing below the fan, a box is connected at the lower end of the funnel, a water pump is arranged at the bottom of the housing, the water inlet of the water pump is connected with the box, and the water outlet of the water pump is connected with a water pipe; one end of the water pipe penetrates through the bottom of the funnel and extends into it to be provided with a spray nozzle; one end of the box is provided with a drainage component; one side of the funnel is provided with a dosing tube, and one end of the dosing tube penetrates through the housing and extends out; a plurality of air ducts are arranged on the side of the funnel, one end of the air duct passes through the housing and extends out to be provided with a purification component.

The photocatalytic ultraviolet air disinfection and deodorization device for livestock and poultry houses according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: a lamp at the bottom of the housing is provided with a plurality of supporting blocks, a foot pad is arranged at the lower end of each supporting block, and an anti-skid pattern is arranged at the bottom of the foot pad.

The photocatalytic ultraviolet air disinfection and deodorization device for livestock and poultry houses according to claim 1, which is characterized in that the filter component comprises a plurality of limiting bars arranged on the inner wall of the housing, a frame is placed above the limiting bars, a filter screen is fixed in the frame, and a plurality of fixing screws are arranged on the side of the housing, and one end of each fixing screw penetrates through the housing and extends out to be threadedly connected with the frame.

The photocatalytic ultraviolet air disinfection and deodorization device for livestock and poultry houses according to claim 1, which is characterized in that the purification component comprises an activated carbon placing box arranged at one side of the housing, the bottom of the activated carbon placing box is connected with the upper ends of the air ducts, a housing cover is placed above the activated carbon placing box, and a plurality of through holes are equidistantly arranged on the housing cover.
