Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Ziehen eines Drahtes vor dem Schweißen an einer Heckschubbasis, wobei das Verfahren die folgenden Schritte umfasst: Schritt 1. Zeichnen der Längsmittellinie FaFb, der Quermittellinie P1S1 und der Querachsenmittellinie P2S2 auf der backbordseitigen und steuerbordseitigen Heckschubbasis, und Aufprägen einer Stanzmarke; Schritt 2. Ermitteln des Mittelpunkts Oa der Heckschubwelle an Backbord und Steuerbord, wobei der Mittelpunkt Oa der Heckschubwelle an Backbord und Steuerbord und die Höhe des Mittelpunkts Oa durch eine vertikale Bezugslinie AB der Heckschubwelle an Backbord und Steuerbord bestimmt wird; Schritt 3. Bestimmen der Ebenenposition der Heckschubbasis an Backbord; Schritt 4. Wiederholen des Schritts 3, um die Ebenenposition der Heckschubbasis an Steuerbord zu bestimmen. Mit dem durch die vorliegende Erfindung bereitgestellten Verfahren ist es möglich, die endgültige Bestimmung der ebenen Position der Heckschubbasis zu erhalten, genaue Daten für die Positionierung und Verarbeitung der Basis bereitzustellen und die Erfolgsrate bei der Installation nachfolgender Antriebsausrüstung zu verbessern.
