Abstract
Provided is a multifunctional cell culture device comprising a chamber, a controller and an oxygen meter, wherein an upper end of the chamber is provided with a cover, inside the chamber are provided a plurality of culture dishes from top till bottom, on an axis of each of the culture dish is arranged a rotating shaft, on the rotating shaft is provided with stirring rods and an end of each stirring rod extends into the culture dish; an upper end of the rotating shaft is provided with a drive gear, a bottom end of the rotating shaft is provided with socket teeth cooperated with the drive gear and the rotating shaft at the bottom is connected with a drive motor; on the side wall and the bottom wall of the chamber is provided an insulation cavity.
Description
DESCRIPTION Multifunctional cell culture device Technical Field The present invention discloses a multifunctional cell culture device.
Background Technology Cells in different parts of an animal require different oxygen concentrations when they are cultured.
Normal oxygen content required is generally lower than oxygen content in the air and hypoxic culture plays an important role in medical researches.
In a cell culture process, sometimes it is necessary to put a magnetic bar covered with PTFE in the culture dish, and the culture dish then needs to be put into a thermo tank, and cells could be cultured while stirring the magnetic bar in a magnetic stirrer, consequently following problems may occur: 1. the culture dishes can only be cultured individually and each magnetic stirrer can only be stirring one culture dish, which is inefficient; 2. the magnetic bar is attached to the bottom wall of the culture dish, which is liable to crush cells during stirring process.
Therefore, it is urgent and promising to invent a multifunctional cell culture device which is easy to take, capable of heat preservation and a large amount of cultivation.
Summary of invention
In view of the shortcomings of the above existing technologies, the present invention provides a multifunctional cell culture device which is easy to take, and able to preserve the heat and be cultivated in large quantities.
The technical solutions adopted by the present invention to solve its technical problems are as follows: A multifunctional cell culture device comprises a chamber, a controller and an oxygen meter, wherein an upper end of the chamber is provided with a cover, inside the chamber are provided a plurality of culture dishes from top till bottom, on an axis of each culture dish is arranged a rotating shaft, on the rotating shaft is provided stirring rods and an end of each stirring rod extends into the culture dish; an upper end of the rotating shaft is provided with a drive gear, a bottom end of the rotating shaft is provided with socket teeth cooperated with the drive gear; the rotating shaft at the bottom is connected with a drive motor; on a side wall and a bottom wall of the chamber is provided an insulation cavity respectively, the upper end of the insulation cavity is connected with a water inlet, the bottom end of the insulation cavity is connected with a water outlet, and on both the water inlet and the water outlet is provided a valve; and
On the bottom wall of the chamber are provided with two limit posts, and correspondingly, on a side wall of each of the culture dishes are provided with two mounting holes.
Further, an inside of the culture dish is arranged to be a structure of a circular groove, the rotating shaft is sleeved with a bearing, an inner ring of the bearing is fixedly connected to the rotating shaft, and an outer ring of the bearing is fixedly connected to the culture dish.
Further, at the bottom of the stirring rod is provided a ball-shaped head.
Further, the controller is provided with a drive motor control button and a display screen.
The present invention has following advantageous effects: By means of vertically arranging a plurality of culture dishes in the chamber, a large amount of cells could be cultivated simultaneously; the rotating shaft is provided with a drive gear at its upper end and socket teeth at its bottom end so that all the culture dishes could be connected by the drive gear and socket teeth, thereby realizing stirring all culture dishes simultaneously while achieving mass culture of cells, moreover, it is necessary to install only one drive motor at the bottom of the chamber;
the insulation cavity arranged in the side and bottom walls of the chamber enables that hot water could be injected into the insulation chamber for insulation while using; and the display screen arranged on the controller enables that the content of oxygen in the chamber could be observed time to time.

Embodiments In order to better understand the present invention, the embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail in combination with the attached drawings below.
As shown in Figs.1-2, a multifunctional cell culture device comprises an oxygen meter and a chamber 1, wherein the an oxygen meter is used for detecting oxygen content in the chamber, the detection head of the oxygen meter is arranged in the chamber 1, an upper end of the chamber 1 is provided with a cover 2 for sealing, and connection between the chamber and the cover could be realized in a screw joint or a cup lid structure like a lid of a vacuum cup connected to its cup body; inside of the chamber 1 are vertically arranged a plurality of culture dishes 3, the number thereof is three in the attached drawings and actually it could be changed according to actual needs; on an axis of each culture dish 3 is arranged a rotating shaft 31, an inside of the culture dish 3 is arranged to be a structure of a circular groove, the rotating shaft 31 is sleeved with a bearing 32, (P.S. in order for a better presentation, in the Fig.2, the culture dish 3 connected to the rotating shaft at the bottom is omitted; and in the Fig.1, the bearing 32 and the culture dish 3 connected to the rotating shaft at the bottom are omitted) an inner ring of the bearing 32 is fixedly connected to the rotating shaft 31, and an outer ring of the bearing 32is fixedly connected to the culture dish 3.
On the rotating shaft 31 is provided with stirring rods 311 and an end of each stirring rod 311 extends into the culture dish 3, at a bottom of the stirring rod 311 is provided a ball-shaped head 311a; an upper end of rotating shaft 31 is provided with a drive gear 312, an bottom end of the rotating shaft is provided with socket teeth 313 cooperated with the drive gear 312; the rotating shaft 31 at the bottom is connected with a drive motor 33 which is fixed to the bottom of the chamber 1, the output shaft of the drive motor 33 extends vertically upward into the chamber 1 after passing a through-hole at the bottom of the chamber 1 (diameter of the through-hole is larger than that of the output shaft, or a bearing is arranged between the output shaft and the through-hole) and at the top of the output shaft is arranged a drive gear cooperated with socket teeth; and a bottom edge of the chamber 1 is further fixed with four landing legs 14. In actual use, inside of chamber 1 are successively provided a plurality of culture dishes 3, the socket teeth 313 at the bottom of the rotating shaft 31 of each culture dish is sleeved onto the drive gear 312 of another rotating shaft 31 below it so that the rotating shafts of the plurality of culture dishes are connected, then all rotating shafts are driven by the drive motor 33 at the bottom and all stirring rods are driven to stir.
On the side wall and the bottom wall of the chamber 1 is provided an insulation cavity 11, specifically, an interlayer could be arranged in the side wall and the bottom wall of the chamber 1, the upper end of the insulation cavity 11 is connected with a water inlet 111,
the bottom end thereof is connected with a water outlet 112, and on both the water inlet 111 and the water outlet 112 is provided a valve 113, during use, hot water could be injected from the water inlet 111 into the insulation cavity 11 so as to ensure the hypoxic culture apparatus could be carried out at a suitable temperature. In the Fig. 1, in order to clearly present the insulation cavity 11, the connecting end of the upper end of the chamber and the cover 2 is not shown, and the upper end of the insulation cavity 11 is sealed. And the connecting end could be arranged to be a structure of existing thermal insulation water cup, and is provided with threads, through which the upper end of the chamber is matched with the cover 2.
At the bottom of the chamber 1 are provided two limit posts 12, and correspondingly, on the side wall of each culture dish are provided with two mounting holes. In use, the mounting holes on the culture dishes 3 are successively sleeved onto the limit posts so as to prevent the culture dishes from following the rotation of the rotating shafts. On the cover 2 are provided an air inlet 21 and an air outlet 22, preferably, both the air inlet 21 and the air outlet 22 adopt switch valves, and the air inlet 21 and the air outlet22 are respectively connected to a sucking pump and an injection pump.
On the side wall of the chamber 1 is arranged a controller 14, the controller 12 is provided with a drive motor control button 131 and a display screen 132 so that the drive motor control button 131 could control start or stop of the drive motor, and oxygen content detected by the oxygen meter could be observed by the display screen 132 in a real time basis.
The culture dishes could be stacked in the chamber according to the required number while using, and when it comes to be taken out, the culture dishes could be taken out from top to bottom one by one.
Claims (4)
1. A multifunctional cell culture device comprises a chamber, a controller and an oxygen meter, wherein an upper end of the chamber is provided with a cover, inside the chamber are provided a plurality of culture dishes from top till bottom, on an axis of each culture dish is arranged a rotating shaft, on the rotating shaft is provided stirring rods and an end of each stirring rod extends into the culture dish; an upper end of the rotating shaft is provided with a drive gear, a bottom end of the rotating shaft is provided with socket teeth cooperated with the drive gear; the rotating shaft at the bottom is connected with a drive motor; on a side wall and a bottom wall of the chamber is provided an insulation cavity respectively, the upper end of the insulation cavity is connected with a water inlet, the bottom end of the insulation cavity is connected with a water outlet, and on both the water inlet and the water outlet is provided respectively a valve; and on a bottom wall of the chamber are provided with two limit posts, and correspondingly, on a side wall of each of the culture dishes are provided with two mounting holes.

The multifunctional cell culture device according to claim 1, wherein an inside of the culture dish is arranged to be a structure of a circular groove, the rotating shaft is sleeved with a bearing, an inner ring of the bearing is fixedly connected to the rotating shaft, and an outer ring of the bearing is fixedly connected to the culture dish.
3. The multifunctional cell culture device according to claim 1, wherein at a bottom of the stirring rod is provided a ball-shaped head.
4. The multifunctional cell culture device according to claim 1, wherein the controller is provided with a drive motor control button and a display screen.
