Abstract
The present invention discloses a fully-automatic poultry manure fermentation and biochemical treatment device, including a feeding assembly, a discharging assembly, a cylinder body assembly, a heating system, a pedestal assembly and a control system, wherein the feeding assembly is configured to measure a temperature of a poultry raw material and transport the poultry raw material into the cylinder body assembly after the temperature meets a set temperature; the cylinder body assembly is configured to perform fermentation and biochemical treatment on the poultry manure raw material and can still maintain an appropriate temperature; and after fermentation is completed, the discharging assembly measures a temperature of the fermented material and transport the material out of the cylinder body assembly after the temperature meets the set temperature. According to the present invention, the automatic processes of feeding, fermentation and biochemical treatment of the poultry manure, and discharging after fermentation can be realized after parameters are preset, and manual feeding and discharging work is not needed, so that the labor intensity of workers is reduced and the working efficiency of poultry manure fermentation and biochemical treatment is improved.

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a fermentation device, and in particular, to a fully-automatic poultry manure fermentation and biochemical treatment device.
BACKGROUND Existing fermentation equipment is basically to realize the fermentation of poultry manure. However, in the actual fermentation process, the feeding and discharging of poultry manure is mostly done manually, which not only increases the labor burden of employees, but also greatly reduces work efficiency.
The poultry manure fermentation and biochemical device can perform fermentation and biochemical treatment, which reduces manual operation and can achieve the expected goal, so the device has been more and more widely applied. However, the existing poultry manure fermentation and biochemical devices have the problem that the sealing property of feeding and discharging is low, or the sealing property is high, but parts for sealed contact are easily damaged due to too much extrusion. Furthermore, the existing poultry manure fermentation and biochemical devices can complete the fermentation step, but cannot perform feeding and discharging by itself, and requires a large number of workers to perform filling, so the automation degree is not high. Moreover, the existing feeding device is always blocked by poultry manure in the feeding process.
SUMMARY For the above problems in the prior art, the present invention provides a fully-automatic fermentation and biochemical treatment device. An operator can realize the automatic processes of feeding, fermentation and biochemical treatment of the poultry manure, and discharging after fermentation by an electric control method, and manual feeding and discharging work is not needed, so that the labor intensity of workers is reduced and the working efficiency of poultry manure fermentation and biochemical treatment is improved.

Compared with the prior art, the present invention adopts a mode of combining the feeding assembly, the discharging assembly, the cylinder body assembly, the heating system, the pedestal assembly and the control system, and has the following advantages:
1. According to the present invention, the cylinder body does not need to rotate and a stirring device is arranged inside, so that incomplete fermentation of part of the poultry manure caused by non-uniform and insufficient stirring during stirring of the cylinder body is improved.
2. The operator may realize the whole process of feeding, fermentation and biochemical treatment and discharging through electronic control and through the control system, leading to simple operation and saving manpower.
3. The present invention has an automatic mode, and by setting some parameters in advance, the control cabinet can automatically realize the whole process of feeding, fermentation, biochemical treatment and discharging.
