Abstract

The present invention discloses a construction isolating device used for urban traffic. A recyclable counterweight piece is arranged in a detachable support seat; drill holes extending into the bottom surface are formed in the bottom of the fixed position of the detachable support seat; the recyclable counterweight piece is an on-site grouting solidification piece during isolation for urban traffic, and the recyclable counterweight piece can be recycled for paving a foundation of a traffic construction position or paving a foundation of a building after being detached; and when the construction isolating device used for urban traffic is detached, fixed pieces are cut along the ground by utilizing a certain distance between the lower end surface of a recyclable base component and the ground. A construction isolating device used for urban traffic, comprising a recyclable base component, positioning and locking components (23), a cushion block and an isolating plate (1), wherein the positioning and locking components (23) are arranged at two ends of the upper end surface of the recyclable base component; a stabilizing support leg (7) at each of the two ends of the isolating plate (1) can be detachably locked and fixed on the corresponding positioning and locking component (23); and the cushion block (24) is arranged at each of the two ends of the bottom of the recyclable base component, so that a certain distance is formed between the lower end surface of the recyclable base component and ground (28), and a warning surface is arranged on the isolating plate (1). The construction isolating device used for urban traffic is characterized in that: the recyclable base component comprises a detachable support seat, a recyclable counterweight piece (27) and fixed pieces (25), wherein the recyclable counterweight piece is arranged in the detachable support seat; drill holes extending into the bottom surface are formed in the bottom of the fixed position of the detachable support seat; and the fixed pieces (25) are integrally formed with the recyclable counterweight piece and extend into the drill holes; the recyclable counterweight piece is an on-site grouting solidification piece during isolation for urban traffic, and the recyclable counterweight piece can be recycled for paving a foundation of a traffic construction position or paving a foundation of a building after being detached; and when the construction isolating device used for urban traffic is detached, fixed pieces (25) are cut along the ground by utilizing a certain distance between the lower end surface of a recyclable base component and the ground, so that the detachment is simple and convenient.

The construction isolating device used for urban traffic according to claim 3, characterized in that each of the positioning and locking components (23) comprises positioning and locking seats (29), locking plates (30) and connecting shafts (31), wherein the lower end surfaces of the positioning and locking seats (29) are fixed to the top of the base cover box (21); a mounting and positioning cavity with an opening in the upper part is arranged on each of the positioning and locking seats (29); the stabilizing support legs (7) adopt a T-shaped structure; the stabilizing support legs (7) can extend into the mounting and positioning cavity and are located in the mounting and positioning cavity; a plurality of mounting slots are formed inthe periphery of the opening located on each of the positioning and locking seats (29); each | 01257 of the connecting shafts is vertically arranged in the corresponding mounting slot; one end of each of the locking plates (30) is hinged to each of the connecting shafts (31) in a sleeving manner, so that each of the locking plates (30) can rotate around the central axis of the corresponding vertical connecting shaft; when each of the locking plates (30) rotates into the mounting and positioning cavity, the lower parts of the stabilizing support legs (7) can be justly locked by the locking plates (30), so that the stabilizing support legs (7) can be locked; and when each of the locking plates (30) rotates out of the corresponding mounting and positioning cavity, the lower parts of the corresponding stabilizing support legs (7) can be unlocked by the locking plates (30), so that the corresponding stabilizing support leg (7) can be detached.

The construction isolating device used for urban traffic according to claim 3, characterized in that the concave-convex strips (2) are arranged on the front surface of the isolating plate (1), a magnetic metal face (3) is welded near the upper parts of the concave-convex strips (2) on the front surface of the isolating plate (1), a reflective warning coating face (8) is stuck near the lower parts of the concave-convex strips (2) on the front surface of the isolating plate 1; extension plugs (12) are welded onto one side of the isolating plate (1); an upright rod (6) is arranged on the other side of the isolating plate (1); an opening (13) is formed in the bottom end of the upright rod (6); the stabilizing support legs (7) are clamped into the opening (13); a controller (19) is mounted on the front surface of the upright rod (6) in an embedded manner; and inner grooves (5) are formed in one side of the upright rod (6).

The construction isolating device used for urban traffic according to claim 5, characterized in that the isolating plate (1) comprises a first scratch-proof layer (9), a packing layer (10) and a second scratch-proof layer (11), wherein the second scratch-proof layer (11) is stuck to thefront side of the packing layer (10); the first scratch-proof layer (9) is stuck to the rear side of U101257 the packing layer (10); and the area of the first scratch-proof layer (9), the area of the packing layer (10) and the area of the second scratch-proof layer (11) are the same.

The construction isolating device used for urban traffic according to claim 5, characterized in that three of the six extension plugs (12) in one group are distributed on the two sides of the isolating plate (1) from top to bottom; three of the six inner grooves (5) in one group are distributed on the two sides of the upright rod (6) from top to bottom; and the extension plugs (12) are matched with the inner grooves (5) for use.

The construction isolating device used for urban traffic according to claim 5, characterized in that the upright rod (6) comprises a clamping column (14), a bump (15) and a rust-proof base (16), wherein the bump (15) is mounted on the front surface of the clamping column (14) in an embedded manner; the opening (13) is connected with the outer wall of the clamping column (14) in a sleeving manner; the rust-proof base (16) is welded to the bottom of the clamping column (14); and the area of the clamping column (14) is smaller than that of the rust-proof base (16).

The construction isolating device used for urban traffic according to claim 5, characterized in that each of the illumination device (4) comprises a transparent lampshade (17) and an adjustable lamp (18); the adjustable lamp (18) is mounted at the top end of the upright rod (6) in an embedded manner; and the transparent lampshade (17) is arranged above the adjustable lamp (18).

The construction isolating device used for urban traffic according to claim 5, characterized in that the length of the reflective warning coating face (8) is the same as that of the magnetic metal face (3), and the height of the reflective warning coating face (8) is greater than that of the magnetic metal face (3).
