Abstract
The present invention relates to the technical field of chemical mechanical equipment manufacture, and in particular to an efficient barrel overturning tool. The tool is composed of an upper fixing clamp, a lower fixing clamp and a steel wire rope connected with the upper fixing clamp and the lower fixing clamp; the upper fixing clamp is composed of upper clamping rings and a U-shaped clamping base with an opening towards the right side; the U-shaped clamping base is composed of two clamping arms and a connecting arm; the upper end face of the upper clamping arm is provided with the upper clamping rings vertically connected with the clamping arm; the lower fixing clamp is composed of a side clamping ring and a U-shaped clamping base with an opening towards the right side; the U-shaped clamping base is composed of two clamping arms and a connecting arm; the left end of the upper clamping arm is provided with the horizontally-connected side clamping ring, one end of the steel wire rope is connected with the side clamping ring on the lower fixing clamp through a connecting ring, and the other end of the steel wire rope penetrates the upper clamping ring of the upper fixing clamp to be connected with a lifting hook disposed on a crane. The efficient barrel overturning tool has the advantages of being convenient to manufacture and simple to operate, saving trouble and time, being safe and reliable and integrating overturning and lifting and the like.

EFFICIENT BARREL OVERTURNING TOOL
BACKGROUND
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the technical field of chemical mechanical equipment manufacture, and in particular to an efficient barrel overturning tool.
Related Art
It is well known that chemical containers are the general term of pressed devices in the fields of chemical engineering and petrochemical engineering. Frequently-used reaction containers include a reaction kettle, a tower and a heat exchanger, etc., and an overwhelming majority of productive processes in the chemical industry are implemented in chemical devices. Among these devices, some are used for storing materials, and some are utilized to implement the physical process. Though these devices are different in sizes and shape structures and more diversified in internal structures, these devices all have a casing, and this casing is referred to a container. The container is generally composed of a barrel, a seal head and other parts (such as a flange, a support, a connecting pipe, a manhole, a hand hole, a sight glass and a liquidometer). There are various classification methods according to different applications, construction materials, manufacturing methods, shapes, stress conditions, assembly modes, installation positions and container wall thicknesses. The key classification methods are as follows: according to the shapes, the containers can be divided into cylindrical containers, spherical containers and rectangular containers; according to pressure-bearing conditions, the containers can be divided into containers bearing internal pressure and containers bearing external pressure; according to the container wall thicknesses, the containers can be divided into thin-wall containers and thick-wall containers; and according to the materials, the containers can be divided into steel containers, cast iron containers, aluminum containers, graphite containers, plastic containers, etc.
At present, these chemical containers inevitably need to be hoisted and overturned in the machining process, where the two ends of a barrel structure of a container need to turn around and be overturned in the machining process. In the process of turning around and overturning, since no appropriate clamp is available, spot welding of temporary lifting lugs needs to be performed on the outer wall of the barrel; as a result, it wastes time and labor and easily lead to the damage to surface of a barrel plate. Cr-Mo steel and the like need to be preheated before being welded, and magnetic particle testing further needs to be carried out when the temporary lifting lugs are eliminated, so that the complex working process increases workers’ labor intensity and also reduces working efficiency.
Summary
In order to solve the aforementioned problems, the objective of the present invention is to provide an efficient barrel overturning tool.
In order to achieve the aforementioned objective, the following technical solution is adopted according to the present invention: an efficient barrel overturning tool, comprising an upper fixing clamp, a lower fixing clamp and a steel wire rope connected with the upper fixing clamp and the lower fixing clamp; the upper fixing clamp is composed of upper clamping rings and a U-shaped clamping base with an opening towards the right side; the U-shaped clamping base is composed of two clamping arms and a connecting arm; the upper end face of the upper clamping arm is provided with the upper clamping rings vertically connected with the clamping arm; the lower fixing clamp is composed of a side clamping ring and a U-shaped clamping base with an opening towards the right side; the U-shaped clamping base is composed of two clamping arms and a connecting arm; the left end of the upper clamping arm is provided with the horizontally-connected side clamping ring, one end of the steel wire rope is connected with the side clamping ring on the lower fixing clamp through a connecting ring, the other end of the steel wire rope penetrates the upper clamping ring of the upper fixing clamp to be connected with a lifting hook disposed on a crane, and the upper fixing clamp, the lower fixing clamp and the steel wire rope are lifted in a tense state by the crane.
According to a preferred embodiment, the upper clamping arm of the upper fixing clamp is provided with the at least two upper clamping rings, and the upper clamping rings are vertically connected with the upper clamping arm respectively.
According to a preferred embodiment, the lower clamping arms of the U-shaped clamping bases of the upper fixing clamp and the lower fixing clamp are provided with locating holes with internal threads respectively, locating compaction bolts are arranged in the locating holes, the upper ends of the locating compaction bolts penetrate the locating holes and are provided with locating plates, the lower ends of the locating compaction bolts are provided with rotating handles; and the locating compaction bolts are driven to move by rotation of the rotating handles to fix the locating plates to the barrel wall of a to-be-overturned barrel.
By adoption of the aforementioned solution, in the present invention, the upper clamping arm of the upper fixing clamp is provided with the at least two upper clamping rings, and the upper clamping rings are vertically connected with the upper clamping arm respectively, so the connective stability of the steel wire rope is improved.

Description of Embodiments
Embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below by combination with accompanying drawings, but the present invention can be implemented by multiple different modes limited and covered by the claims.
As shown in FIGs. 1 to 2, an efficient barrel overturning tool comprises an upper fixing clamp, a lower fixing clamp and a steel wire rope 4 connected with the upper fixing clamp and the lower fixing clamp; the upper fixing clamp is composed of upper clamping rings 2 and a U-shaped clamping base 1 with an opening towards the right side; the U-shaped clamping base 1 is composed of two clamping arms and a connecting arm; the upper end face of the upper clamping arm is provided with the upper clamping rings 2 vertically connected with the clamping arm; the lower fixing clamp is composed of a side clamping ring 3 and a U-shaped clamping base with an opening towards the right side; the U-shaped clamping base is composed of two clamping arms and a connecting arm; the left end of the upper clamping arm is provided with the horizontally-connected side clamping ring 3, one end of the steel wire rope 4 is connected with the side clamping ring 3 on the lower fixing clamp through a connecting ring 8, the other end of the steel wire rope 4 penetrates the upper clamping ring of the upper fixing clamp to be connected with a lifting hook disposed on a crane, and the upper fixing clamp, the lower fixing clamp and the steel wire rope 4 are lifted in a tense state by the crane.
The upper clamping arm of the upper fixing clamp is provided with the at least two upper clamping rings 2, and the upper clamping rings 2 are vertically connected with the upper clamping arm respectively, so the connective stability of the steel wire rope is improved; the lower clamping arms of the U-shaped clamping bases of the upper fixing clamp and the lower fixing clamp are provided with locating holes with internal threads respectively, locating compaction bolts 5 are arranged in the locating holes, the upper ends of the locating compaction bolts 5 penetrate the locating holes and are provided with locating plates 6, the lower ends of the locating compaction bolts 5 are provided with rotating handles 7; and the locating compaction bolts 5 are driven to move by rotation of the rotating handles 7 to fix the locating plates to the barrel wall of a to-be-overturned barrel. Thus, the practicality of the overturning tool is improved, and the overturning tool can be suitable for barrels of different thicknesses.
The barrel is adjusted to be of a vertical type from a horizontal type or adjusted to be of a horizontal type from a vertical type, first the upper fixing clamp and the lower fixing clamp are connected with two ends of a workpiece respectively, lifting auxiliary tools such as the steel wire rope are connected to the upper fixing clamp and the lower fixing clamp, the steel wire rope is installed on the outer side of the upper end of the workpiece, and a lifting machine is utilized to slowly lift the workpiece; due to the effect of gravity, an angle is formed naturally between the workpiece and the steel wire rope; the upper fixing clamp and the lower fixing clamp clamp the workpiece, the lower end of the workpiece comes into contact with the ground to serve as a supporting point, and the workpiece is slanted and overturned through the travelling by a crane; in the overturning process of the overturning tool, the upper fixing clamp and the lower fixing clamp are in a clamped state under effects of the steel wire rope and the workpiece to achieve lifting and clamping effects, the upper clamping rings on the upper fixing clamp and the side clamping ring of the lower fixing clamp have effects of being connected with the steel wire rope to cooperate with the upper fixing clamp and the lower fixing clamp to lift and overturn the workpiece, the lower clamping arm of the upper fixing clamp and the lower clamping arm of the lower fixing clamp are provided with clamping mechanisms which move through the locating compaction bolts 5 to drive the locating plates 6 to clamp the workpiece barrels, and the barrels of different thicknesses can be used, so the tool is convenient and applicable.
The tool is composed of the upper fixing clamp, the lower fixing clamp and the steel wire rope 4 connected with the upper fixing clamp and the lower fixing clamp; the upper fixing clamp is composed of the upper clamping rings 2 and the U-shaped clamping base 1 with the opening towards the right side; the U-shaped clamping base 1 is composed of the two clamping arms and the connecting arm; the upper end face of the upper clamping arm is provided with the upper clamping rings 2 vertically connected with the clamping arm; the lower fixing clamp is composed of the side clamping ring 3 and the U-shaped clamping base with the opening towards the right side; the U-shaped clamping base is composed of the two clamping arms and the connecting arm; the left end of the upper clamping arm is provided with the horizontally-connected side clamping ring 3, one end of the steel wire rope 4 is connected with the side clamping ring 3 on the lower fixing clamp through the connecting ring 8, the other end of the steel wire rope 4 penetrates the upper clamping ring of the upper fixing clamp to be connected with the lifting hook disposed on the crane; the upper fixing clamp, the lower fixing clamp and the steel wire rope 4 are lifted in a tense state by the crane. The upper clamping arm of the upper fixing clamp is provided with the at least two upper clamping rings 2, and the upper clamping rings 2 are vertically connected with the upper clamping arm respectively, so the connective stability of the steel wire rope is improved; the lower clamping arms of the U-shaped clamping bases of the upper fixing clamp and the lower fixing clamp are provided with locating holes with the internal threads respectively, the locating compaction bolts 5 are arranged in the locating holes, the upper ends of the locating compaction bolts 5 penetrate the locating holes and are provided with locating plates 6, and the lower ends of the locating compaction bolts 5 are provided with rotating handles 7; and the locating compaction bolts 5 are driven to move by rotation of the rotating handles 7 to fix the locating plates to the barrel wall of a to-be-overturned barrel. Thus, the practicality of the overturning tool is improved, and the overturning tool can be suitable for barrels of different thicknesses. The efficient barrel overturning tool has the advantages of being simple in structure, convenient to manufacture and simple to operate, saving trouble and time, being safe and reliable and integrating overturning and lifting and the like.
