Abstract

The portable mobile shower consists of a frame (9) that can be placed in a suitcase (13), walls and ceiling (10) that can be closed with a zipper (16), a tray (12), clean and dirty water chambers (12a) and (12b) and a rubber hose with a shower handle (11). Description

The invention is a portable mobile shower intended for use at campsites or during car trips, as well as during construction or repair work when sanitary facilities are not available.

Campsites often have sanitary areas where sanitary facilities can be installed. Many people use these facilities, which often raises questions about sufficient hygiene safety. On the other hand, when traveling by car and camping in areas where there are no sanitary facilities, there is no possibility to wash. There are many professions in the world where thousands of people work without the possibility of showering, for example, truck drivers. Only a few TIR parking lots have stationary showers, and when there are more than 100 drivers in such lots at the same time, the hygienic condition of the showers in such lots raises many questions. In addition, during construction or renovation work, when sanitary facilities are not yet available or are inaccessible, the need for convenient washing also arises.

Simple technical solutions for a mobile shower are known. The most common is a small cabin installed on a foldable lightweight frame, analogous to small tourist tents. A lightweight cover with a closable entrance hole is attached to the frame. Such a shower cabin is without a tray. Bathing is done by pouring water from a container placed inside, or in a more advanced version, water is supplied by a pump to the end of a hose. In both cases, the problem of used water arises. In cabins that do not have a tray, used water with washing agent flows out and pollutes the environment. If the cabin is with a tray, the problem is even greater, because the water must be removed from the inside of the cabin, at the same time polluting the environment. This type of cabin is easy to disassemble and fold, it takes up little space, but you cannot wash in it with heated water and there is no possibility of environmentally friendly disposal of used water. If you would like to use such a shower, it is impossible to do this in a truck cabin.

From the description of the Chinese utility model CN211796086U, a portable mobile shower is known, which consists of a folding tent, a shower head, a hot and cold water faucet, a water pump assembly, an electrical control unit, a water bucket, a water heat protection bucket, a waste water bucket, a tent support, a ceiling, a side fence, a waste water tank, a water filter plate, a water pump installation base and three water pumps. The folding tent consists of a tent support, a ceiling, a side fence, a waste water tank and a water filter plate. The roof is placed on the outer part of the upper side of the tent support, and the side fence is placed on the outer part of the lower side of the tent support. The side fence is connected to the ceiling by a zipper, and the waste water tank is installed at the bottom of the tent frame and is located on the inside of the side fence. The walls and ceiling are rigidly attached to the frame and are zip-fastened. A water pump is installed in the clean water chamber, to which a hose is connected, at the end of which there is a shower handle with a water pump switch. A water heater with a thermostat is installed in the clean water chamber. A drain plug is installed in the dirty water chamber. Both chambers have inlet and outlet openings.

The portable shower according to W.131947 is of even simpler construction and more convenient to use, but there remains a need to further improve the shower design so that it takes up even less space both when folded and when disassembled and at the same time its weight is reduced.

The essence of the invention is that a portable mobile shower consists of a frame that can be placed in a suitcase, lockable walls and ceiling, a tray, a rubber hose with a shower handle, and clean and dirty water chambers, where the frame is made of foldable tubes of elastic material, on which four interconnected air chambers filled with compressed air are installed, the walls and ceiling are locked with a zipper, a water pump is installed in the clean water chamber, to which a hose is connected, at the end of which there is a shower handle with a water pump switch, a water heater with a thermostat is installed in the clean water chamber, the dirty water chamber has a drain plug, and both chambers have inlet and outlet openings.

What is new is that the clean water chamber and the dirty water chamber are arranged in a tray next to each other or one after the other. In the variant where the chambers are arranged one after the other, the dirty water outlet is connected to an intermediate sleeve through which dirty water flows through the clean water chamber. In another variant where the chambers are arranged one after the other, the clean water chamber and the dirty water chamber are connected by one wall in the shower tray. The fact that the clean water and dirty water chambers are arranged in a tray next to each other or one after the other allows for a reduction in the dimensions and weight of the portable mobile shower.

The portable mobile shower consists of a frame 9, a tray 12, walls and a ceiling 10 and a rubber hose with a shower handle 11. The frame 9 is rigidly attached to the walls of the tray 12. The shower walls and ceiling 10 and the tray 12 are made of a waterproof material. Then it is only necessary to switch the water pump 3 manually or electrically using the switchable two-way valves 17. The water is directed by the water pump 3 to the quick connector 18, from which the water flows to the external instantaneous heater 19 and then to the shower handle 11. The shower, placed in the suitcase 13, has wheels 8 and a handle, so it can be driven to the clean water tank and poured into the filling opening of the clean water chamber 12a. Then, in order to heat the water in the clean water chamber 12a, the heater 1 or the instantaneous water heater 19 is connected to an available power source and the desired temperature is set using the thermostat 2 knob. When the water has been heated to the desired temperature, a lighted control lamp or an audible signal will signal this. Then the external zipper 16 is unfastened, the manual air pump is connected to one of the chamber valves of the tray 12, thus inflating the air chambers of the frame 9. The side walls and the ceiling 10 are interconnected. An internal zipper 16 is attached to one of the walls, after unfastening which it is possible to enter the interior of the shower cabin. Upon entering the room, the water pump 3 button located on the shower handle 11 is turned on. The water pump 3 starts pumping the heated water. Heated water starts flowing from the shower handle 11, the temperature of which is set on the thermostat 2. The dirty water chamber 12b located at the bottom of the shower opens by pressing the “click-clack” plug of the drain hole 4 located on the tray 12. The dirty water spills onto the floor and is discharged by gravity into the dirty water chamber 12b. After showering, the “click-clack” plug of the drain hole 4 should be pressed, which closes the dirty water drain hole 4. After leaving the shower, the shower should be left to dry. Then, the air is released from the chambers of the frame 9 by unscrewing the inlet/outlet valves of the frame 9, the wall and ceiling material is folded into a suitcase (13) with two chambers for clean water 12a and dirty water 12b and the external zipper 16 is fastened. The assembled shower is taken to a place where there is a running water outlet, the drain plug 7b of the dirty water chamber 12b is unscrewed and the contents of this chamber are discharged into the sewer. The same procedure applies if the frame 9 is in the form of pipes, and the pipes are inserted into each other, packed in a suitcase and closed with a zipper 5.
