Abstract

Mobile autonomous sanitary shower device comprising water supply means (13), electricity supply means (15) and water drainage means (17), the device being characterized in that it comprises a single individual shower cabin (1) containing an autonomous heating unit (29) inside a technical compartment (3) that may be incorporated in a hollow compartment (7) underneath the shower cabin (1). Said heating unit (29) is connected functionally to a fuel supply (14), a battery assembly (31) and gas exhaust means (16). Said battery assembly (31) can be recharged by solar panels or solar sensors or by using the electrical mains supply.

MOBILE AUTONOMOUS INDIVIDUAL SHOWER

The present invention belongs to the fields of autonomous sanitary devices. More specifically, the invention relates to a sanitary device independent autonomous and mobile shower.

To enable permanent, temporary or mobile sanitary facilities such as toilets, showers and / or washbasins, on campsites, caravans, industrial sites or bases-lifts, leisure centers or sports stadiums. In winter, exhibitions, fairs or exhibitions, military camps or field hospitals, it is planned, sanitary cabins adapted to these various activities.

These types of devices must meet certain criteria, such as, hygiene standards, while respecting the ecology, or being resistant while being elegant, simple and discreet.

Currently, it is known systems caravans or autonomous sanitary trailers containing showers and / or washbasin. These trailers contain a module package of several showers and / or washbasins, or even toilets, as well as hydraulic and electrical connections.

These known sanitary systems are certainly practical but have the disadvantage of requiring a generator, a large capacity for the water heater (common unit of water heater) and to be very bulky.

In addition, these known devices are quite expensive and are not particularly suitable, because of their ability to contain one or more modules of showers and / or sinks, for less important purposes, such as, for example, a simple shower for a few people's camp.

The present invention overcomes the drawbacks of the prior art by providing an autonomous and mobile individual shower, which contains an integrated apparatus for supplying hot water.

In addition, the device according to the invention on the one hand allows the use of an individual shower without requiring an external generator, and on the other hand has structural means resulting in very small space, once the device folded, and therefore a reduced volume for transport or storage.

In addition, the device according to the invention makes it possible to obtain great comfort for the heating of the cabin, the temperature of the water exerted as well as the means provided.

The structural means of said device, according to the invention, also propose a quick and easy implementation.

To this end, according to the invention, the autonomous and mobile sanitary shower device comprising means for supplying water and electricity as well as means for discharging water, is characterized in that it comprises a cabin of single individual shower where is integrated a self-heating unit, and advantageously, the latter is included in a technical compartment suitable for integration into a hollow compartment under the shower enclosure. Preferably, said heating unit is operably linked to a fuel supply, a battery assembly and gas discharge means, said battery pack being recharged by solar panels or collectors or by an electrical network.

Said fuel supply means consist of a fuel container and a supply rod.

Said water supply means include a water network or a reservoir, or are connected to a body of water, river or stream.

Advantageously, said evacuation means are provided with means for recycling and reuse of wastewater.

According to a preferred embodiment, said heating unit comprises a boiler, an exchanger, a fuel pump, an exhaust rosa ^~ , a set of water pump and a set of mixer / mixer.

The device comprises an electrical box accessible on one side of said device.

For convenience, the device includes a undressing booth.

Also, protection means are provided including fastening means v, support means all around and roof.

The device advantageously comprises a removable and collapsible structure. -. The object of the invention is to have an individual shower cabin and autonomous in its operation.

The device according to the invention comprises a shower cabin 1, adjoining a stripping cabin 2 folding on a lower technical compartment 3. Cabins 1 and 2 comprise protection means associated with fastening means 5, and support means 6 such as vertical bars or uprights around the perimeter of technical compartment 3 and cabin 2.

The cabin 1 consists of two parts, lower and upper. _. . The lower part comprises a lower compartment 7 adapted to receive the technical compartment 3. Preferably, the cabin includes panels of polyester reinforced with fiberglass. On the upper part of the lower part, there is provided a shower tray 8, made of polyester reinforced with white sanitary glass fiber, for example.

There is provided, in the upper interior of the cabin 1, a shower column 9.

Alternatively, a footrest 10 pivotally mounted can be provided to facilitate the passage of the undressing cab 2 to the shower 1 adjacent.

Advantageously, the cabins 1 and 2 each have a roof 11 and 12, thus closing the top of the device.

The roofs 11 and 12 are of parallelepipedal general shape, of size adapted to the cabins 1 and 2. They are made of plastic material, for example, translucent.

Alternatively, they may contain panels or solar collectors. Figures 2 and 3 are views, in perspective, three quarter back of the device according to the invention.

The device according to the invention is foldable and advantageously comprises the dimensions of an individual shower. It operates by means of a supply of water by water supply means 13, fuel by means of fuel supply 14 and electricity by means of electricity generator 15.

It is intended to include an outlet for the evacuation of gases 16 and wastewater 17.

Advantageously, it can be provided a water recycling system and filter, of a type known per se.

Advantageously, gripping means 18 or handles allow the handling of the shower enclosure, arranged on the side of the panels of the technical compartment.

The means of protection or insulation 4 or more precisely the cloths or tarpaulins are maintained by the support means 6 or tubes and by means of the fastening means 5 which are represented in the form of bungees on the lower part of the cabins 1 and 2 and eyelets on the perimeter of the upper part of cabins 1 and 2.

Advantageously, the compartment 7 comprises on its walls ventilation grids 19. These figures more specifically illustrate the supply inlets 13, 14 and exhaust outputs of gas and fluids 16 and 17 and electricity 15. Preferably, the fuel 14 is fed through a tank or jerry can 20 or other container for containing fuel. Thus, this fuel allows this device to be more compact and above all autonomous.

Alternatively, the jerry can 20 can be fixed outside the compartment 7 by means of folding pins (not shown not type in the evening), for example, to facilitate the handling of the device.

Figures 4 and 5 are respectively perspective views of three quarter front and side of the device according to the invention.

These figures illustrate the reduced size of the device according to the invention, once folded. The implementation of the installation and its folding are very easy. Indeed, it suffices to disassemble the canvases 4 via bungees, eyelets ... 5, the tubes 6 and the roofs 11 and 12. Once disassembled, these structural means are stacked on the upper part of the technical compartment 3. The step 10 is also folded by a pivot system.

Once folded, the cabin has a footprint of less than 1 m ³ . The deployed cab has a dimension of approximately 2 x 0.7 x 1.8 m.

Advantageously, the device according to the invention may comprise feet 21 or any other means allowing it to stabilize on the ground.

Figure 6 is a schematic perspective view of the device according to the invention. The shower enclosure 1 comprises, more precisely, in its hollow compartment 7, the technical compartment 3. The upper part of the hollow compartment 7 receives the shower tray 8 and the connections for the evacuation of the water (not represented but of type known per se). The tubes 6 are able to be positioned all around this lower part of the cabin 1, and thus serve as a frame for the cabin 1. The cloths 4 can then be arranged by the fastening means 5 provided.

Advantageously, the fabric 4 is plasticized and generally maintained at the four corners via the attachment and support means 6. As an example, the tubes 6 may be made of aluminum and the PVC fabric 4 may be treated to military use.

Alternatively, there are provided ventilation screens 22 (shown in Figures 8 and 9) condemned by canvas shutters 23. The roof 11 is then positioned.

The connection of the water supply is carried out via a shower column 9, which comprises a set of valve door 24.

Advantageously, the cabin 1 comprises a bar (not shown but of a type known per se) adapted to receive a shower curtain mounted for example on rings (not shown but of a type known per se).

There is provided a flap on the inner periphery (not shown but of a type known per se) for separating and protecting the projections from the cabin 1 of the undressing cabin 2. The undressing cabin 2 is mounted identically to the cabin 1. It more precisely comprises a floor 25 and tubes 6 allowing via fastening means 5 to hold the tarpaulin 4 laminated around the cabins or cabins 1 and 2.

More specifically, the floor 25 is preferably made of polyester reinforced with fiberglass. The upper part is advantageously slip-resistant.

A cloth door is disposed at the entrance of the device, according to the invention, whose locking is provided by a zipper (not shown but of a type known per se).

Advantageously, coat doors and pockets or any other type of flexible container are provided in at least one of the cabins so that the user can deposit his objects and belongings.

Once both cabins 1 and 2 deployed, the connection of the device can be realized. On the rear face of the cabin 1, there are provided connections for the supply of water 13, fuel 14 and electricity 15 (if necessary) as well as for the water 17 and gas 16 evacuations.

Figures 7, 8 and 9 show respectively a lower inner part and two upper inner parts of the device according to the invention.

Column 9 comprises, for example, an anodized aluminum panel, a timed tap or push button 26, a shower 27 and its hose 28. The hose 28 passes inside the column 9 which is, in fact, the support of the shower 27 and the push button 26 for water supply.

Advantageously, the supply hose 28 is connected to a heating unit 29 in the hollow compartment 7 below the receiver. shower 8. In this space (air gap between the hollow compartment 7 and the shower tray 8) is also disposed the waste water discharge system 17 or means for recycling water and its filter (not shown but of known type).

Alternatively, an attachment bar may be provided in order to adjust the shower head 27 upwardly thereto.

Advantageously, a soap dish can be provided.

Figure 10 is a perspective view from behind of the device according to the invention.

The technical compartment 3 is comparable to a container, for example, glass-fiber reinforced polyester, comprising the heating unit 29 ready, to be arranged in the hollow compartment 7 of the cabin 1.

In order to obtain an individual and autonomous sanitary device, I heat water is realized thanks to this integrated heater unit 29. This unit is powered by fuel 14 and avoids the use of a generator or the need for a connection to a permanent electrical network. The device is powered. fuel and preferably fuel, diesel or XP 63, for example. The fuel can be stored in a jerrycan or tank 20, for example. A supply rod 30 is provided at the end of the fuel supply hose 14.

When not connected to the mains, two batteries 31 slow discharge to ensure its ignition and power pumps used. These batteries allow an autonomy of about 200 showers.

The batteries 31 are recharged via an electrical network system, or sensors or solar panels for recharging them.

FIGS. 11 to 14 diagrammatically illustrate the heating means of the device according to the invention.

More specifically, the technical compartment 3 consists of a set of batteries 31 held by supports 32 and a boiler 33.

The boiler 33 operates, for example with diesel fuel, an exchanger (water heater) 34, a fuel pump 35, an exhaust escutcheon 16, a water pump assembly 36 and a mixer / mixer assembly 37, for example. example. Alternatively, to avoid jolts, there is provided a buffer tank or bladder 38 to provide pressure and improve the life of the pump 36.

In order to ensure the safe operation of the fuel-operated boiler 33, an expansion vessel 39 is provided to place a coolant therein.

Obviously, it is also provided all connections, connections or any other connection means for the pumps and the necessary flow inputs and outputs mentioned above.

Advantageously, an electrical box 40 is provided on one side of the device to easily access a circuit breaker 41 and a control switch 42 for turning the device on or off.

It may also be provided a battery charger 43.

This heater unit 29 can feed the shower enclosure 1 in hot water continuously. The device of the invention is therefore an autonomous system requiring only a source of cold water. The diesel fuel consumption is 0.251 / hour advantageously to take 4Oh shower with 10 liters of fuel for example.

The electric autonomy is about 200 shower cycles for a temperature rise of the water for example 27 ⁰ C to give the user a constant temperature of 37 ⁰ C. When both cabins 1 and 2 are fully installed and the connections are made, the start-up is carried out as follows.

First, the boiler 33 must be turned on via the on / off switch 42 operating via the circuit breaker 41 and the batteries 31 (when the device is not connected to the electrical network).

There is provided a thermostat probe for regulating the temperature of the water.

The water pumps 36 and diesel 35 are turned on to obtain the water supply and ensure the pressure to the plate heat exchanger 34 to increase the temperature of the water.

It may be necessary to wait a few minutes before obtaining complete warming of the water.

Then, simply press the push button 26 of the timed tap of the shower column 5 to run the water. The water is regulated in temperature thanks to an integrated mixer 37.

Maintenance and maintenance operations can easily be carried out by taking precautionary safety precautions such as disconnecting the batteries 31. Access to the heating unit occurs when the cabins are dismantled, by lifting the cab 1 after having disconnected the water supply means or inlet pipes 13 and water discharge means 17. Extension cords, power cables or water drain are provided.

The internal heating of the booths 1 and 2 is ensured by the release of the heat generated by the heating unit 29.

Advantageously, the device according to the invention comprises lifting means.

The device according to the invention thus makes it possible to obtain a folding individual cabin comprising an integrated integrated boiler: It therefore has, compared with the devices of the prior art, a certain advantage in terms of its size, comfort, handling and installation.
