TECHNIKOS LYGISSTATE OF THE ART

Phosphogypsum, which basically consists of hemihydrate calcium sulfate with a small admixture of phosphates, is formed in the production process of phosphoric acid by treating apatites with sulfuric acid. Recently, AB "Lifosa" has accumulated more than 50 million tons of phosphogypsum waste. tons, waste mountains occupy 85 ha of land, some waste mountains are up to 60 m high. and more, the landfill of non-recyclable phosphogypsum waste increases by several hectares every year. Phosphogypsum waste pollutes the environment and groundwater, so their processing into technical products is a promising matter.

Nufiltruotą fosfogipso masę dega sukamojoje krosnyje 500-550 °C temperatūrojeThere is a known way to make an ecological mineral filler from phosphogypsum, which basically consists of calcium sulfate dihydrate, which would replace natural ground chalk in the production of technical rubber products, artificial leather, paints, polymer products, construction mixtures and other products (2019 03 25 patent No. . 6605). Phosphogypsum waste is excavated at the landfill with a single-bucket excavator, loaded onto dump trucks or railway platforms and transported to the workshop for processing. In order to separate coarse mechanical impurities, phosphogypsum waste is sieved with a vibrating sieve. The sieved phosphogypsum is fed into the sewage basin and washed with water. Pulp from the cesspool is pumped into a sand settler, then into a reactor containing a lime slurry. The phosphogypsum pulp is kept in the reactor until the pH of the pulp rises to 7.0-7.5. The pulp neutralization process is controlled by a pH meter. The neutralized phosphogypsum pulp is pumped into a ball mill, where the phosphogypsum is ground to the required fineness. The ground phosphogypsum pulp is pumped into the vacuum filter. The filtered phosphogypsum mass is burned in a rotary kiln at a temperature of 500-550 °C

IŠRADIMO ESMĖESSENCE OF THE INVENTION

Siūlome iš fosfogipso iki rišimosi pradžios atliekų, kurias iš pagrindų sudaro pushidratis kalcio sulfatas, gaminti ekologišką mineralinį užpildą. Pushidratis kalcio sulfatas dėl medžiagos kristalo gardelėje esančio kristalizacinio vandens, pasižymi rišimosi savybe. Eliminuoti pushidračio kalcio sulfato rišimosi savybę siūlome suardant šilumos/ karščio poveikiu medžiagos kristalo gardelę, tai yra iš medžiagos kristalo gardelės pašalinant kristalizacinį vandenį.We offer the production of organic mineral filler from phosphogypsum waste, which basically consists of hemihydrate calcium sulfate, before the beginning of binding. Hemihydrate calcium sulfate has a binding property due to the water of crystallization in the crystal lattice of the material. We propose to eliminate the binding property of hemihydrate calcium sulfate by destroying the crystal lattice of the material under the influence of heat, that is, by removing the water of crystallization from the crystal lattice of the material.

Ekologiškas mineralinis užpildas pakeistu natūralią maltą kreidą, maltą kalkakmenį, maltą marmurą statybinių mišinių, sausų statybinių glaistų, techninės gumos kaštus. Ekologišką mineralinį užpildą siūlome gaminti pagal šią technologinę schemą:Ecological mineral filler would replace the costs of natural ground chalk, ground limestone, ground marble for construction mixes, dry construction putties, and technical rubber. We offer the production of ecological mineral filler according to the following technological scheme:

Fosfogipso iki rišimosi pradžios atliekos,Waste phosphogypsum before the beginning of setting,

Neutralizavimas,neutralization,

Šilumos/ karščio poveikis,Effects of heat/heat,

Fosfogipso atliekos iki rišimosi pradžios transportavimo įrenginiu paduodamos į maišytuvą, į kurį fosfogipsui neutralizuoti paduodamos ir negesintos maltos kalkės. Fosfogipso atliekos iki rišimosi pradžios maišytuve neutarlizuojamos iki pH 7,5-8,5. Fosfogipso iki rišimosi pradžios neutralizavimo procesas kontroliuojamas automatiniu pH-metru, matuojant ir užrašant fosfogipso neutralizavimo pH diagramą. Neutralizuotos fosfogipso atliekos iki rišimosi pradžios paduodamos į sukamąją krosnį, kurioje 25-30 min. 550-600 °C šilumos/karščio poveikyje suardoma medžiagos kristalo gardelė, taip eliminuojant pushidračio kalcio rišimosi savybę. Pagamintas ekologiškas mineralinis užpildas ataušinamas iki 40-50 °C temperatūros standartiniame sukamosios krosnies aušintuve. Ataušintas ekologiškas mineralinis užpildas standartiniu ištaravimo-sukrovimo ant padėklų įrenginiu ištaruojamas po 25 kg. J popierinius maišus, sukraunamas ant padėklų į rietuves ir sandėliuojamas uždaroje patalpoje. Before binding, phosphogypsum waste is fed into a mixer by a transport device, into which slaked lime is also fed to neutralize phosphogypsum. Phosphogypsum waste is neutralized to pH 7.5-8.5 in the mixer before binding. The process of neutralization of phosphogypsum before the beginning of binding is controlled by an automatic pH meter, measuring and recording the pH diagram of neutralization of phosphogypsum. Neutralized phosphogypsum waste is fed to a rotary kiln, where it is heated for 25-30 min. 550-600 °C heat/heat destroys the crystal lattice of the material, thus eliminating the binding property of hemisphere calcium. The produced organic mineral filler is cooled to a temperature of 40-50 °C in a standard rotary kiln cooler. The cooled organic mineral filler is packed in 25 kg units with a standard palletizing-stacking device. J paper bags, stacked on pallets and stored in a closed room.
