Abstract
1. Įrenginys bioanglies modifikavimui, turintis talpą su maišymo velenu, sujungtu su elektros varikliu, kietos frakcijos padavimo angą, skysčio padavimo vamzdį, paruošto mišinio pašalinimo sklendę, besiskiriantis tuo, kad turi: - talpą (12) bioanglies (20) modifikavimui H2O2 vandeniniu tirpalu su anga (9) bioanglies (20) padavimui į modifikavimo talpą (12), - horizontalų lankstų maišymo veleną (17) su šepetėliais (18), išimamai įrengtą talpoje (12) ir skirtą modifikuojamos H2O2 vandeniniu tirpalu bioanglies (20) vertikaliam maišymui talpoje (12), - H2O2 vandeninio tirpalo talpą (4), įrengtą virš bioanglies (20) modifikavimo talpos (12), su anga (2) H2O2 vandeninio tirpalo įpylimui į talpą (4), - sklendę (7), įrengtą tarp H2O2 vandeninio tirpalo padavimo kanalo (5) ir H2O2 vandeninio tirpalo purkštuvo (10) talpoje (12), - žarną (22) su filtru (21), sujungiančią modifikuojamos bioanglies talpą (12) su H2O2 vandeninio tirpalo talpa (4), - siurblį (23) nepertraukiamam H2O2 vandeninio tirpalo cirkuliavimui žarna (22) iš bioanglies (20) modifikavimo talpos (12) į H2O2 vandeninio tirpalo talpą (4), iš kur jis vėl purkštuvu (10) išpurškiamas į talpą (12); - ertmę (13) su dangčiu (14) modifikuotos H2O2 vandeniniu tirpalu bioanglies (20) pašalinimui iš talpos (12). 2. Įrenginys pagal 1 punktą, besiskiriantis tuo, kad velenas (17) yra horizontaliai įtvirtintas talpoje (12) dangčiu (14), prisukamu prie talpos (12) korpuso (11), ir įvore (19). 3. Bioanglies modifikavimo būdas, papildomai aktyvuojant jos paviršių ir tuo padidinant bioanglies adsorbcinę gebą metalams, besiskiriantis tuo, kad - 1/5 talpos (12) per angą (9) užpildo 0,2-1,0 cm frakcijos modifikavimui skirta bioanglimi (20), - atidaro sklendę (7) ir purkštuvu (10) pripila į talpą (12) su bioanglimi (20) H2 O2 10% vandeninio tirpalo santykiu su bioanglimi (20) 3:1, - įjungia elektros variklį (15) ir bioanglį (20) velenu (17) su šepečiais (18) vertikaliai maišo su H2O2 10% vandeniniu tirpalu, - nepertraukiamai siurblio (23) pagalba cirkuliuoja H2O2 vandeninį tirpalą žarna (22) iš modifikavimo talpos (12) į H2O2 vandeninio tirpalo talpą (4) ir purkštuvu (10) purškia jį ant maišomos bioanglies (20), neleisdamas viršyti bioanglies (20) ir H2O2 vandeninio tirpalo santykį 1:3, - bioanglies modifkavimo procesą tęsia apie 2 valandas, - išjungia elektros variklį (15) ir sustabdo bioanglies (20) maišymą, - užsuka sklendę (7) ir siurbliu (23) išpumpuoja H2O2 vandeninį tirpalą iš talpos (12) į talpą (4), - atidaro dangtį (14), išima veleną (17) ir per atsidariusią angą (13) pašalina bioanglį (20), modifikuotą H2O2 10 % vandeniniu tirpalu, - atidirbtą H2O2 vandeninį tirpalą pašalina iš talpos (4) per kanalą (6).
