Abstract
Išradimas susijęs su valdomomis mechaninėmis platformomis videokameroms. Įrenginys leidžia valdyti pasukimą ir stabilizuoti kameros padėtį trijuose plokštumuose. Aprašyta konstrukcija leidžia padidinti platformos stabilumą. Sumažinamas, perduodamų iš nestabilaus pagrindo į stabilizuojamą platformą, svyravimų lygis. Pagrindinė pritaikymo sritis - kilnojami stabilizatoriai operatoriams, kamerų įrengimas ant transporto priemonių, kameros kranuose ir ant trosų, bepiločiai aparatai.
Description
Išradimas yra susijęs su stovais videokameroms, kurie įgalina sukimąsi keliomis kryptimis kai sukimosi ašys susikerta viename taške.
Videokameros valdymui ir stabilizavimui naudojamos platformos, kuriose stabilizuojamos dalies masės centras sutampa su sukimosi ašimis. Patentuose US2010188479 ir CN102996984 aprašyti įrenginiai, kuriuose videokamera įrengta sukamojo mazgo centre, o ašių fiksatoriai ir servopavaros išdėstyti šone. Ašis įrengtos ant rėmų, kurie apjuosia kamerą ir todėl rėmo dydis yra didelis. Padidinto rėmo trūkumai: konstrukcijos kietumo sumažėjimas, netikslumų padaugėjimas gaminimo ir eksploatacijos metu, padidėja guolių apkrova. Naudojant teleobjektyvą svarbu sumažinti kameros svyravimų amplitudę. Tam reikia sumažinti trinties jėgą sukimosi mazguose. Tam svarbu padidinti gaminamų ašių mazgų tikslumą ir sumažinti guolių apkrovą.
Išradimo tikslas - sumažinti trinties jėgą sukimosi mazguose tarp nestabilaus pagrindo ir stabilizuojamos platformos, padidinti konstrukcijos kietumą.
Iškeltam tikslui pasiekti reikia naudoti kompaktinį sukimosi mazgą, o videokamera įrengti šone ir subalansuoti atsvara iš kitos ašies bloko pusės.
Fig. 1 yra pateiktas stabilizuojamos platformos pavyzdys, vaizdas iš priekio. Fig. 2 pateiktas ašių blokas, vaizdas iš viršaus.

Pažymėtos pozicijos : 1 - stovas; 2 - korpusas; 3 - videokamera; 4 - ašis; 5 horizontaliai sukamas mazgas; 6 - servomechanizmas; 7 - ašys; 8 - skersai palenkiamas rėmas; 9 - servomechanizmas; 10 - servomechanizmas; 11 - išilgai palenkiamas rėmas; 12 - ašys; 13 - tvirtinimo lizdai; 14 - reguliuojama platforma.
Įrenginys tvirtinamas prie nestabilaus pagrindo per vertikalų stovą (1). Stovas (1) gali būti nukreiptas j viršų arba j apačią. Stove (1) įrengta panoraminio sukimosi ašis (4). Sukamame horizontalioje plokštumoje mazge (5) pritvirtintas servomechanizmas (6) ir skersinio pasvirimo ašis (7). Palenkiamame skersinėje plokštumoje rėme (8) pritvirtinti antros (9) ir trečios (10) ašių servomechanizmai. Prie šio rėmo (8) taip pat tvirtinamas išorinis įrenginio korpusas (2). Palenkiamame išilginėje plokštumoje rėme (11) pritvirtintos išilginio pasvirimo ašys (12) ir padaryti lizdai stabilizuojamos įrangos tvirtinimui (13). Stabilizuojamos įrangos platforma (14) leidžia įrangos poslinkį trimis kryptimis, tikslaus sukamosios masės balanso pasiekimui. Naudojami servomechanizmai su įrengtais sukimo momento davikliais. Sukimo momento daviklių duomenys parodomi išoriniame indikatoriuje, kas palengvina balansavimo procesą. Iš vienos įrenginio pusės pritvirtinta videokamera (3). Iš priešingos pusės pritvirtinta ši įranga: stabilizuojamos platformos padėties daviklis, servomechanizmu valdymo kontroleris, maitinimo baterija. Papildomai stabilizacijai gali būti įrengtas mechaninis giroskopas. Dviejų kamerų įrengimas priešinguose pusėse leidžia vykdyti stereoskopinį filmavimą.
Aprašyta įrenginio sukimosi ir videokameros stabilizacijos konstrukcija leidžia pagaminti padidinto kietumo ir tikslumo ašių bloką. Sukamosios masės centras yra arčiau guolių, tokiu būdu yra sumažinamas jėgos petys ir sumažinta guolių apkrova. Trinties jėgų sumažinimas reiškia, kad ne stabilaus pagrindo svyravimai mažesniu lygiu perduodami į stabilizuojamą platformą. Stabilizuojamos įrangos masių centrai yra nukelti į priešingas puses ir tai padidina papildomos inercinės stabilizacijos efektą.
Pritaikymo sritis: kilnojami stabilizatoriai operatoriams, kamerų įrengimas ant transporto priemonių, kameros kranuose ir ant trosų, bepiločiai aparatai.
Claims (1)
1. Stabilizuojama platforma videokamerai, turinti kardaninę pakabą su trimis valdomomis sukimosi ašimis, kurioje panoraminė ašis sujungta su nestabiliu pagrindu, o stabilizuojama dalys užfiksuota ant išilginio pasvirimo ašies, besiskiriantis tuo, kad išilginio pasvirimo ašyje priešinguose pusėse įrengti lizdai stabilizuojamos įrangos tvirtinimui tokiu būdu, kad ašių blokas horizontalėje yra tarp subalansuotų stabilizuojamos įrangos elementų.
