Abstract

The invention concerns the food industry. The aim of the invention is to improve the quality of milk mixtures without side-effects to the system of the baby. Goat's milk consists of the following components (kg): goat's milk - 10-100, grits decoction - 100-10 and sugar (lactose, sucrose or fructose) compounding 3-6% of goat's milk and grits decoction mass. The grits decoction is made of rice, buckwheat, barleycorn or oat flakes or the mixture thereof. The composition of the decoction is as follows (kg): grits decoction 30-250, water 1,000.

Description

The invention relates to the food industry, namely to infant formulas.

Infant formulas for infant formulas contain 1 or 2 parts milk and 1 part wheat (rice, oats, or buckwheat). The mixture contains 5% sugar (by weight of the mixture), (see P. Simul. Child Care and Nutrition, Vilnius. "Science", 1981, p. 21).

Known cow's milk formulas are more difficult to digest and absorb in the baby's body. In addition, cow's milk protein causes allergies.

The object of the invention is to improve the quality of milk formulas without causing adverse effects on the baby's body.

The essence of the invention is that infant formulas contain the following components, kg:

Goat Milk 10 - 100

Decoction of groats 100 - 10

Sugar (lactose, sucrose or fructose) or sugar syrup 3-6% by weight of goat's milk and grits.

The essence of the invention is that the decoction is made from rice, buckwheat, oats, barley or oatmeal, or a mixture thereof.

Decoction of groats 30 - 250

Water 1000.

The invention is illustrated by the following examples.

example. 10 kg of rice groats are washed in water and brewed for 1-2 hours. The defatted rice groats fill with 125 kg of water and boil for 0.5-1 h. Filter the resulting decoction. Dilute 50 kg of filtered rice decoction with 50 kg of goat milk, add 2 kg of sugar syrup, mix well and heat for 10 minutes. This gives goat milk mixture. Sugar syrup is obtained by dissolving sugar in water.

Goat milk mixtures are poured into tightly sealed, sealed containers of polymeric material.

Examples 2-8. Similarly, Example 1 obtains goat milk mixtures using decoctions of rice, buckwheat, barley, oatmeal or oatmeal or mixtures thereof (see Table l).

Studies on goat milk mixtures were performed and organoleptic indices (see Table 2), physicochemical indices (see Table 3) and nutritional and energy value (see Table 4) were determined.

Goat milk formulas are significantly more nutritious than cow's milk formulas. They are easily absorbed by the baby's body and do not cause side effects.
