Abstract

This method for painting ceramics, wood or metal items is implemented in several phases. The items are dried after each phase. In the first phase, items are dipped into an acrylic paint water solution. In the second phase, they are dipped into a mordant solution diluted with organic solvents and they are mechanically processed in the third phase, e.g. sprayed with organic solvents compounding mordant. The surface of the items is secured using a solution of silicon organic polymer and water.

Description

Išradimas skirtas keramikos, medžio ar metalo gaminių dažymo būdui arba gaminių paviršiaus dekoravimui, suteikiant jiems įvairius dekorus. The invention relates to a method of painting ceramic, wood or metal articles or to decorating the surface of articles by providing them with various decorations.

Žinomi įvairūs literatūroje aprašyti keramikos gaminių dažymo būdai (Φ.Η. BonKOBa. Obinaa τβχΗοποπίΑ KepaMMMecKnx M3flejimži, - MocKBa, ΟτροΜΗδββτ, 1989, 63 - 65 pusk). Be to, gaminiai dekoruojami rankiniu būdu, poligrafiniu bei ėsdinimo ir kitais būdais. Atlikus visus šiuos gaminių dekoravimo būdus, gaminiai papildomai degami krosnyse 600 - 900 °C temperatūroje 8-10 min.Various methods of painting ceramic articles are known in the literature (Φ.Η. BonKOBa. Obinaa τβχΗοποπίΑ KepaMMMecKnx M3flejimži, - MocKBa, ΟτροΜΗδββτ, 1989, pp. 63-65). Dried and scorched ceramic products are manually or mechanically immersed in glaze solution or sprayed in special chambers with glaze-air mixtures. This method is used for glazing products of both simple and complex configurations and sizes. In addition, the products are decorated by hand, polygraphy, etching and other techniques. After all of these product decorations, the products are additionally fired in furnaces at 600 - 900 ° C for 8-10 minutes.

Visi šie gaminių dekoravimo būdai yra sudėtingi, nes reikalauja papildomos gaminių degimo operacijos, kuri atliekama specialiose krosnyse, esant aukštai temperatūrai. Naudojama energija padidina gaminių savikainą, o pakartotinis gaminių degimas duoda nemažai technologinio broko (gaminiai suskyla, sutrūkinėja ir t.t.).All of these product decoration techniques are complex because they require additional product combustion, which is carried out in special furnaces at high temperatures. The energy used increases the cost of the products and the re-combustion of the products gives rise to a number of technological defects (products break down, crack, etc.).

The object of the invention is to simplify the technological process of dyeing products, to lower the cost price of the products, and most importantly to expand the color gamut of the products and to diversify their decor.

Norint pasiekti šį tikslą, dažoma keliais etapais, po kiekvieno dažymo etapo gaminius nusausina, o gaminių dažymui naudoja akrilinių dažų vandeninį tirpalą, atskiestą santykiu 1:2, ir kandiko (beico) atskiestą organiniais skiedikliais tirpalą, o gaminius sutvirtina silicio organinių polimerų vandeniniu tirpalu. To achieve this goal, dyeing is carried out in several steps, after each dyeing step, the products are dehydrated, using an aqueous acrylic paint diluted 1: 2 and a solution of mica (organic) diluent, and the products are fixed with an aqueous solution of organic silicon polymers.

Pirmame dažymo etape keramikos, medžio ar metalo gaminį panardina į akrilinių dažų vandeninį tirpalą, išlaiko 1 - 90 s, o ištraukus nuvarvina, užmauna ant specialaus įtaiso ir džiovina 18 - 50 °C temperatūroje. In the first stage of painting, the ceramic, wood or metal product is immersed in an aqueous solution of acrylic paint, retained for 1 to 90 s and, after extraction, drained, placed on a special device and dried at 18-50 ° C.

Antrame dažymo etape keramikos, medžio ar metalo gaminį panardina į kandiko (beico) tirpalą, išlaiko 1 - 75 s, nuvarvina, užmauna ant specialaus įtaiso ir džiovina 18 - 50 °C temperatūroje. In the second stage of painting, the ceramic, wood or metal product is immersed in a mica solution, held for 1 - 75 s, drained, placed on a special device and dried at 18 - 50 ° C.

iš Trečiame dažymo etape keramikos, medžio ar metalo gaminių paviršių papildomai apdoroja mechaniniu būdu, pavyzdžiui, purškimu organiniais skiedikliais, kuriuose ištirpintas kandikas (beicas). Keramikos, medžio ar metalo gaminių paviršių dažo dažais, turinčiais metalo (aukso, vario, sidabro) atspalvio, o gaminius pastoviai mechaniškai varto įvairiomis kryptimis.from the third stage of painting, the surface of ceramic, wood or metal products is further treated by mechanical means, for example, by spraying with organic solvents in which the mica has been dissolved. Ceramic, wood or metal products are painted with metal (gold, copper, silver) tint, and are constantly mechanically used in various directions.

Ketvirtame etape keramikos, medžio ar metalo gaminių paviršių sutvirtina silicio organinių polimerų vandeniniu tirpalu, gaminį panardina 1 - 70 s, ištraukia, išžiovina 18 - 50 °C temperatūroje. Kandiko (beico) tirpalai yra įvairių spalvų bei sodrumo. In the fourth step, the surface of ceramic, wood or metal products is reinforced with an organic solution of silicon organic polymers, the product is immersed for 1 - 70 s, extracted, dried at 18 - 50 ° C. Bitter solutions are available in a variety of colors and saturations.

The process of painting ceramic, wood or metal products consists of several stages. This painting method uses ceramic products after the first burn, not covered with any liquid, paint or glaze. Wood products must also be natural, dried, unpainted, and metal products may be rusted. At the start of painting, the products are inspected to be dry, clean and not cracked.

Pirmame dažymo etape keramikos, medžio ar metalo gaminiai panardinami į akrilinių dažų vandeninį tirpalą. Gaminiai išlaikomi 1 - 90 s, io ištraukiami, nusausinami ir užmaunami ant specialaus įtaiso išdžiovinimui. In the first stage of painting, ceramic, wood or metal products are immersed in an aqueous solution of acrylic paint. The products are kept for 1 - 90 s, then they are extracted, drained and put on a special device for drying.

Džiovinama 18 - 50 °C temperatūroje. Akrilinių dažų vandeninis tirpalas yra įvairių spalvų, sodrumo bei koncentracijos.Drying at 18 - 50 ° C. An aqueous acrylic paint solution is available in a variety of colors, saturations and concentrations.

Antrame etape nusausinti gaminiai panardinami j kandiko (beico) 15 organinių skiediklių tirpalą. Gaminiai išlaikomi 1 - 75 s, ištraukiami, nusausinami ir užmaunami ant specialaus įtaiso džiovinimui. Gaminiai džiovinami 18 - 50 °C temperatūroje. Kandiko (beico) organinių skiediklių tirpalas yra įvairių spalvų, sodrumo bei koncentracijos. In the second step, the drained products are immersed in a solution of 15 organic solvents in the mouthpiece. The products are stored for 1 - 75 s, extracted, drained and put on a special device for drying. The products are dried at 18-50 ° C. Bitter Organic Solvent Solution is available in various colors, saturations and concentrations.

Trečiame dažymo etape gaminiai, užmauti ant specialaus įtaiso, papildomai apdorojami kandiko (beico) tirpalu mechaniniu būdu, pavyzdžiui, nupurškiami, nutaškomi. Be to, gaminiai dažomi dažais, turinčiais metalo (aukso, sidabro, vario) atspalvio. Paviršius nudažomas sodriau arba silpniau, suteikiant gaminiams įvairius raštus. Nudažyti gaminiai išdžiovinami 18 - 50 °C temperatūroje. In the third stage of painting, the articles applied to a special device are further treated with a mucous membrane solution by mechanical means, for example, by spraying or spotting. In addition, the products are painted with metallic paint (gold, silver, copper). The surface is deeper or weaker, giving the products a variety of patterns. The painted articles are dried at 18 - 50 ° C.

In the fourth step, ceramic, wood or metal products are reinforced to prevent water or other liquid. Aqueous solution of organic silicon polymers is used for reinforcement. The products are immersed in this solution, held for 1 - 70 s, extracted and dried at 18 - 50 ° C.

The presented new technological process for painting ceramic, wood or metal products enables to produce products of various colors and patterns. This painting mimics the image of vintage products and is original.
