Abstract
Description
Išradimo sritis - statybinių medžiagų, būtent, termoizoliacinių statybinių medžiagų pramonė. Paraiška šios medžiagos pavadinimui “Ekovata” (prekės ženklui) ZP 13401 paduota Lietuvos valstybiniam patentų biurui 1993 11 17.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to the building materials industry, namely, the thermal insulation building materials industry. The application for the name of this material "Ekovata" (trade mark) ZP 13401 was filed with the Lithuanian State Patent Bureau on 17.11.1993.
There is a known technical solution "Device and method of production of a thermally insulating board containing natural fibers" (DE application OS 3641464, 1986), in which the thermally insulating board is made from newsprint, which is cut into strips of 1 to 5 mm which are processed with anti-rot additives. Adhesives and / or catalysts may be used in the manufacture of panels. The main disadvantage of this solution is the complexity of the production as the paper is cut into strips and the plates are pressed.
The closest known technical solution is "Composition of a Thermal Insulating Filler" (SU patent No. 1795959, 1991), according to which the thermal insulating filler comprises 65-70% of crushed cellulose fiber and 30-35% of erlite. In the patent, erlite is called a mixture of salts having a content of 10.8 - 12.6% of sodium bichromate, 11.4 - 13.3% of copper sulphate and 7.8 - 9.1% of ammonium tetrafluoroborate in cellulose fiber content. Thermal insulation filler is prepared by mixing 30-35 parts by weight of erlite with 65-70 parts by weight of crushed or non-crushed waste paper for 2-3 hours. by immersion in an aqueous solution of erlite at a concentration of 30 to 35%, and the resulting mass dried to 10 to 11% moisture and ground. The thermal conductivity of this material is 0.039 - 0.040 W / m K. The main disadvantage of this known technical solution is that the aqueous erlite solution contaminates wastewater, the production technology is quite complicated, and cellulose in the finished thermal insulation material does not exceed 2/3 of the total weight.
Išradimo tikslas - statybinių medžiagų asortimento išplėtimas, gamybos technologijos supaprastinimas, energetinių resursų taupymas ir aplinkos užterštumo mažinimas, atliekų sunaudojimas. The purpose of the invention is to expand the range of construction materials, simplify production technology, save energy resources and reduce environmental pollution, and waste.
Known thermal insulating material from cellulose pulp and additives utilizes 75-85% by weight of newsprint, 5-10% borax and 10-15% boric acid or its salts in the total weight of the present invention.
Thermal insulation material "Ekovata" is applied freely in the building insulation or fixed by spraying with water or aqueous glue solution. To reduce the collapse of the "Ekovata", a metal mesh is built into the masonry walls at certain distances.
The patented thermal insulation material is similar to wool, it uses environmentally polluting paper waste and, compared to its analogous production of asbestos, glass or stone wool, is ecologically much cleaner, which is why it has been branded "Ekovata".
Naudojamos žaliavos:Raw materials used:
laikraštinė MG-10 markės makulatūra, boraksas - GOST 8429-77, boro rūgštis - GOST 18704-78.MG-10 newsprint, borax - GOST 8429-77, boric acid - GOST 18704-78.
Gali būti naudojama ir mažiau vertinga makulatūra, kurios negali būti daugiau kaip 20 % bendrame makulatūros kiekyje.Less valuable waste paper may also be used, which may not exceed 20% of the total waste paper volume.
Additives included in the thermal insulation material, borax and boric acid, have anti-inflammatory, anti-rot, fungal and rodent properties. Thermal insulation materials are known, in which the main component is cellulose pulp, but its content does not exceed 70%. Chemicals (30% or more) are used to improve the properties of the material and the amount of boron compounds is small (e.g. 0.005-1% boric acid or its salts in DE application 4016979, 1990). In the patented case, the optimum amount of components is selected, which allows more waste paper to be used, and additives do not exceed 25%. The non-flammable and thermal conductivity characteristics of the thermal insulation material are sufficient and comply with the requirements of the building codes of the Republic of Lithuania.
Patentuojama termoizoliacinė medžiaga “Ekovata” gaminama taip:The patented thermal insulation material “Ekovata” is manufactured as follows:
Vanduo ar vandeniniai tirpalai nenaudojami, todėl gruntiniai vandenys neteršiami.the main raw material for newsprint waste paper, which is usually pressed, goes into a coarse mill. Borax and boric acid in powder form are loaded into the dispensers. From coarse shredding, the waste paper is loaded into a small shredder, where feeders are evenly fed through the dispensers and mixed with the waste paper. The manufactured "Ekovata" goes into the packing unit and is packed in special bags. The dust generated during the technological process enters the dust collectors and is returned to production. The air is cleaned in special filters. The production cycle is closed and ecologically clean. No water or aqueous solutions are used, so the groundwater is not polluted.
Gatavos termoizoliacinės medžiagos savybių tyrimo metodai: tūrio masė (tankis) - GOST 17177 - 87, šilumos laidumas - GOST 7076 - 87, drėgmė - GOST 17177 - 87, degumas - GOST 12.1.044 - 89.Methods of investigation of the properties of the finished thermal insulation material: volume (density) - GOST 17177 - 87, thermal conductivity - GOST 7076 - 87, humidity - GOST 17177 - 87, flammability - GOST 12.1.044 - 89.
Išradimo esmė iliustruojama pavyzdžiais. The invention is illustrated by the following examples.

pavyzdys. Žinoma termoizoliacinė medžiaga (SU patentas Nr. 1795959) sudaryta iš 65 % susmulkinto popieriaus celiuliozės ir 35 % erlito (1 kg sauso erlito sudaro 0,36 kg natrio bichromato, 0,38 kg vario sulfato ir 0,26 kg amonio tetrafluorborato). Šios medžiagos savybės:example. Known thermal insulating material (SU patent No. 1795959) consists of 65% pulp paper pulp and 35% erlite (1 kg dry erlite consists of 0.36 kg sodium bichromate, 0.38 kg copper sulfate and 0.26 kg ammonium tetrafluoroborate). Properties of this material:

Ši medžiaga yra sunkiai deganti. This material is difficult to burn.
Respublikinio higienos centro radiologinėje laboratorijoje buvo patikrinatas termoizoliacinės medžiagos “Ekovata” užterštumas radioaktyviomis medžiagomis ir nustatyta, kad šis rodiklis neviršyja leistinų statybinėms medžiagoms lygių.Radioactive contamination of the thermal insulation material "Ekovata" was checked in the radiological laboratory of the Republican Hygiene Center and it was determined that this indicator does not exceed the permissible levels for building materials.
Galimi keli patentuojamos medžiagos panaudojimo variantai:"Ecowool" is used for insulation of buildings or their individual constructions (pitched roofs, attics, external walls, floors, etc.). There are several ways to use the patented material:
“Ekovatos” sluoksnis tarp apšiltinamų konstrukcijų gali būti supilamas laisvai. Tam tikrais atstumais (kas 5 - 6 plytos) sienų tarpuose gali būti įdedamas metalinis tinklelis (pvz., GOST - 80 “Pintas viengubas metalinis tinklelis”), kuris neleidžia termoizoliacinei medžiagai eksploatuojant ją pastate suslūgti. The "Ekovata" layer can be freely applied between the insulated structures. At certain distances (every 5 - 6 bricks) a metal mesh (eg GOST - 80 "Braided Single Metal Mesh") can be placed in the wall spaces, which prevents the thermal insulation material from collapsing during use in the building.
Specialiu purškimo mechanizmu patentuojama medžiaga gali būti pritvirtinama prie išorinių sienų ją išpurškiant kartu su vandeniu. Po to sienos dengiamos plokštėmis ir tinkuojamos. Apšiltinant lubas “Ekovata” išpurškiama kartu su vandeniniu klijų tirpalu, į kurį gali būti įmaišyta dažų.With a special spray mechanism, the patented material can be attached to the exterior walls by spraying with water. The walls are then covered with panels and plastered. When insulating the ceiling, "Ekovata" is sprayed together with an aqueous solution of glue to which paint can be added.
Į termoizoliacinės medžiagos sudėtį įeinanti celiuliozė purškiant vandenį išbringsta ir įgauna klijuojančių savybių, todėl vandeniui išdžiūvus, ji pakankamai gerai prisitvirtina prie pastato sienų, o apšiltinant lubas tinka naudoti klijų priedus. The cellulose contained in the thermal insulation material, when sprayed with water, swells and acquires adhesive properties, so that when the water dries, it adheres sufficiently to the walls of the building, and it is suitable to use glue additives for ceiling insulation.
Buvo nustatytos pagrindinių mūrinių sienų konstrukcijų, apšiltintų įvairių storių termoizoliacinės medžiagos, turinčios 80 % celiuliozės (pagal 2 pavyzdį), sluoksniu, šiluminės charakteristikos. The thermal properties of the main masonry wall structures insulated with various layers of thermal insulation material containing 80% cellulose (according to Example 2) were determined.
The one-and-a-half brick thick walls with "Ekovata" layer of 100, 110 and 120 mm and a metal (rabico) mesh built in every 5-6 bricks had a thermal conductivity of 0.049 W / m K.
The wall of two semi-tears with a heat-insulating layer in which the "Ekovata" layer was 100.10 or 120 mm had a thermal conductivity of about 0.050 W / mK.
Šiluminis laidumas apie 0,048 W/m K.Porous concrete block wall with half-wall thickness of "Ekovata" 100,110 or 120 mm. Thermal conductivity about 0.048 W / m K.
Matome, kad normalaus drėgmės režimo (vidaus temperatūra 12 - 24° C, oro santykinė drėgmė ne didesnė kaip 60 %) pastatų patalpų sienų apšiltinimui užpilant tarpus “Ekovata” yra visiškai tinkama, nes eksploatacijos sąlygomis tokių sienų šiluminis laidumas neviršyja 0,052 W/m K. Tai patvirtina “Ekovatos” geras termoizoliacinės savybes. Bandymais nustatyta, kad tūrio masei (tankiui) kintant nuo 40 iki 70 kg/m3 “Ekovatos” šiluminis laidumas kinta nežymiai. It can be seen that in the normal humidity mode (indoor temperature 12 - 24 ° C, relative air humidity not more than 60%) "Ekovata" is completely suitable for the insulation of the walls of the premises, since the thermal conductivity of such walls does not exceed 0.052 W / m K This proves the good thermal insulation properties of Ekovata. Tests have shown that when the volume (density) varies from 40 to 70 kg / m 3 , the thermal conductivity of "Ekovata" is insignificant.
Celiuliozės pluoštelių porose esantis oras bei oro tarpai tarp stambesnių struktūrinių elementų nepraleidžia šilumos ir todėl šiluminis laidumas yra mažas (0,048 - 0,052 W/mK).The patented thermal insulation material "Ekovata" has good thermal insulation properties due to the dry mixing of components, thus preserving the heat-insulating properties of cellulose fibers. The air in the pores of the cellulose fibers and the air spaces between the larger structural elements are impervious to heat and therefore have low thermal conductivity (0.048 - 0.052 W / mK).
Be to, naudojami priedai dar papildomai yra antiseptikai bei nemėgstami graužikų, kurie neapsigyvena “Ekovatoje”.Borax and boric acid or its salts act as flame retardants, giving "Ecovata" the properties of a non-flammable material due to the fact that when the temperature rises, borax and boric acid decompose in water. The product of decomposition water evaporates and stops the spread of fire. On the other hand, the decomposition products of these materials are non-toxic and do not pollute the environment. In addition, the additives used are additionally antiseptics and do not like rodents that do not live in "Ekovata".
“Ekovatoje” esanti organinės kilmės medžiaga celiuliozė gali sugerti vandenį bei garus. Ją eksploatuojant statybinėse konstrukcijose medžiagos drėgmė gali laikinai padidėti iki 20 - 25 %, t. y. atlikti garo izoliacijos funkciją ir todėl nereikia papildomai naudoti garą izoliuojančių medžiagų.Cellulose, an organic material contained in "Ekovata", can absorb water and vapor. It can temporarily increase the moisture content of the material up to 20 - 25%, ie. y. to perform the function of vapor barrier and therefore no additional vapor barrier is required.
1994 m. balandžio mėnesio Lietuvos biržos biuletenyje buvo paskelbtos tokios 1 m3 termoizoliacinių statybinių medžiagų rinkos kainos: polistirolas 42,5 USD, mineralinė vata - 31 USD, keramzitas -18,5 USD, “Ekovata” -16,81994 In the April issue of the Lithuanian Stock Exchange, the following market prices of 1 m 3 of thermal insulation materials were announced: polystyrene $ 42.5, mineral wool $ 31, expanded clay $ 18.5, "Ekovata" -16.8
USD. Todėl palyginus su kitomis šiuo metu naudojamomis termoizoliacinėmis medžiagomis “Ekovata” yra žymiai pigesnė ir gali būti plačiai naudojama Lietuvos statybose.USD. Therefore, compared to other thermal insulation materials currently used, "Ekovata" is much cheaper and can be widely used in Lithuanian construction.
