Abstract

Išradimas pritaikytas lengvo izoliacinio ugniai atsparaus betono, kurio panaudojimo temperatūra ≤1000˚C, gamybai. Išradimo tikslas – sukurti lengvą izoliacinį ugniai atsparų betoną, skirtą šiluminių įrenginių termoizoliaciniam sluoksniui įrengti, panaudojant antrines žaliavas. Tikslas buvo pasiektas parinkus tokius lengvo izoliacinio ugniai atsparaus betono komponentus: aliuminatinį cementą (Al2O3 ≥ 70 %), antrines žaliavas: aliumosilikatines mikrosferas, susidarančias šiluminėse elektrinėse deginant anglį ir naftos pramonėje naudotą katalizatorių; kompleksinį polipropileno ir anglies mikropluoštą, cheminius priedus ir vandenį. Naujo lengvo izoliacinio betono su aliuminatinėmis mikrosferomis išdegto 800˚C temperatūroje savybės: tankis 530 kg/m³, gniuždymo stipris 2,8 MPa, lenkimo stipris 0,6 MPa, deformacija 0,3 %, šilumos laidumo koeficientas 0,18 W/mK, tariamasis poringumas 60,4 %; išdegto 1000˚C temperatūroje savybės: tankis 540 kg/m³, gniuždymo stipris 3,2 MPa, lenkimo stipris 1,1 MPa, susitraukimas 0,9 %, šilumos laidumo koeficientas 0,19 W/mK, tariamasis poringumas 65,4 %.
