Claims (3)
- 가) 폴리에틸렌에 발포제를 가하여 혼합물을 제조하고, 나) 가교제를 용매에 분산시킨 분산액을 제조하고, 다) 상기 분산액과 상기 폴리에틸렌 혼합물을 배합하고 가열 가압 발포시킴으로써 미세 발포 구조를 갖는 폴리에틸렌 발포체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌 1000중량부에 대해 발포제가 50~100중량부이고, 가교제가 65~80중량부인 미세 발포 구조를 갖는 폴리에틸렌 발포체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌의 분자량이 30,000~90,000인 미세 발포 구조를 갖는 폴리에틸렌 발포체의 제조 방법.※참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
