Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a lightweight kaolin panel and a method of manufacturing a lightweight kaolin panel, and more particularly, to a lightweight kaolin panel using waste paper and a method of manufacturing the same.
Conventional building materials using ceramic materials include gypsum board, ocher panel, porcelain panel. Gypsum board is a board formed by filling gypsum that is cured by hydration reaction between the front and rear plates. It is widely used as a finishing material for building due to its incombustibility, processability, and relatively high mechanical strength (compression, tensile, bending, and shear stress). After that, there are disadvantages of poor hygroscopicity and breathability, and when removed after construction, there is a problem of generating industrial waste. In order to solve the problem of gypsum board, research on the manufacture of ocher panels using ocher, which is an environmentally friendly material, has been actively conducted. However, ocher has severe dry shrinkage, cracks during shrinkage, and viscous in hydration state. After this evaporation, the viscosity, the fragility, and the fragility are extremely weak in tension, compressive force, shear force, viscosity, and so on. The situation is being produced by the manufacturing process and equipment.
On the other hand, the ceramic panel is a product with sculptures or paintings that can give an aesthetic appearance to the surface, which is manufactured through the firing and glazing process of the first or second conglomerates, which is very complicated and economical. There was an issue that was not appropriate.
The present invention has been made to solve the conventional problems as described above, it is an object of the present invention to provide a lightweight kaolin panel, which is friendly to the human body and the environment, and the manufacturing process is simple.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a lightweight kaolin panel which is very light compared to the conventional ocher panel.

The present invention is kaolin, which is 40-50% by volume of kaolin in powder form, 40-50% by volume of waste paper in finely pulverized waste paper, 10-20% by volume of starch grass, preferably 50% by volume of kaolin, waste paper Prepare 40% by volume and 10% by weight of starch grass, and add enough water to mix them. This mixture is placed in an oven and boiled to an appropriate fluidity to give a sol mixture. The sol mixture is poured into a mold of a predetermined size in order to make a flat panel and then dried in a natural state or charged in a steam dryer and completely dried.
The lightweight kaolin panel manufactured by this process is completed by attaching a finishing paper such as Hanji on the surface in consideration of the finishing.

According to the lightweight kaolin panel of the present invention having the above-described configuration, since it is made by mixing kaolin and paper, not only the tensile stress is greatly improved by the fiber component of the paper, but also by the fiber reinforced effect by the paper. Various mechanical properties are greatly improved, and it is beneficial to the human body and the environment compared to the conventional gypsum board, and when removed after construction, industrial waste is not easily generated since it is easily reduced to natural soil. In addition, since the weight is much lighter than the conventional ocher board, construction can be easily carried out with a small number of workers, thereby reducing labor costs.
