Abstract

본 발명은 외부상황 모니터링 및 녹화 기능한 자동차에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 자동차 외부의 적정위치에 카메라를 설치하여 외부의 상황을 위치 및 방향에 상관없이 촬영하고, 자동차 내부의 적정위치에 모니터를 설치하여 운전자가 촬영된 화면을 모니터링하도록 구성된다. 그리고, 운전자의 조작 또는 외부층격에 의해 촬영된 화면을 메모리에 저장하였다가 필요에 따라 읽어내어 모니터링할 수 있도록 구성된다. 따라서, 본 발명은 운전자의 시야을 넓혀주어 사고를 미연에 방지하며, 사고발생후의 처리에 활용하여 분쟁의 소지를 제거하는 효과를 제공한다.

Claims (5)

  1. 자동차에 있어서, 상기 자동차 외부의 적정위치에 설치되어 외부의 상황을 촬영하는 카메라; 상기 카메라의 촬영신호를 영상신호처리하는 영상처리부; 상기 영상처리부에서 처리된 영상신호를 저장하는 메모리; 상기 자동차 내부의 적정위치에 설치되어 상기 영상처리부에서 처리되거나 상기 메모리에 저장된 영상신호를 운전자가 모니터링하도록 디스플레이하는 모니터; 상기 카메라를 원하는 위치 및 방향으로 조정하거나 상기 카메라에서 촬영한 외부의 상황을 녹화하기 위한 조작신호를 발생하는 조작부; 및 상기 조작부의 조작신호에 따라 상기 카메라의 위치 및 방향을 조정하거나 상기 메모리가 일정시간동안 저장가능하도록 제어하는 제어부를 포함하는 외부상황 모니터링 및 녹화 가능한 자동차.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 외부충격을 감지하는 감지부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 외부상황 모니터링 및 녹화 가능한 자동차.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 제어부는 상기 감지부를 통해 사고발생을 인식하며, 사고발생 인식시 상기 메모리가 일정시간동안 저장가능하도록 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 외부상황 모니터링 및 녹화 가능한 자동차.
  4. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항 있어서, 상기 모니터는 운전자의 운전에 방해되지 않는 위치에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 외부상황 모니터링 및 녹화 가능한 자동차.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 모니터는 액정표시기(LCD)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 외부상황 모니터링 및 녹화 가능한 자동차.
