Abstract

CR모터 구동시와 LF 모터 구동시의 제어 라인(control line)을 별도로 사용하여 구동할 모터의 일측에만 모터 구동용 전원을 공급함으로써, 인쇄 장치의 모터 구동부에서 하나의 공용 모터 구동부를 이용하여 두 개의 CR 모터와 LF 모터를 구동할 수 있고, 두 개의 모터 구동부를 이용하는 종래의 인쇄 장치와 동일한 성능을유지하면서 구동부의 고가의 구성 부품들의 수를 줄일 수 있으므로 원가 절감 및 구동 트랜지스터의 파손으로 인한 제품의 신뢰성을 올려 주는 효과가 있다.

제 2a 도는 본 발명에 따른 인쇄 장치의 모터 구동부 공용화 장치.
제 2b 도는 본 발명에서 구현한 모터선택 신호 CR|EN 및 LF|EN와, 모터에 공급되는 모터 구동용 전원(Vpp)과의 상관 관계를 나타낸 파형도.
제 3 도는 본 발명에 따른 인쇄 장치의 모터 구동부 장치의 동작을 나타낸 흐름도이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 다수 개의 모터중 선택된 하나의 모터 일측에 구동용 전원을 공급하는 모터 선택부(200)와, 상기 다수 개의 모터를 구동하기 위한 구동부로 사용되는 하나의 공용 모터 구동부(300)와, 상기 모터 선택부(200)로 모터 선택을 하기 위한 제어 신호를 발생하고 상기 공용 모터 구동부(300)로 위상 제어 펄스 신호를 발생하는 제어부(100)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄 장치의 모터 구동부 공용화 장치.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 다수 개의 모터는 인쇄 장치에 있어서 각각 원점 복귀를 위한 캐리지 리턴 모터와 줄 넘김을 위한 라인 피드 모터임을 특징으로 하는 인쇄 장치의 모터 구동부 공용화 회로.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 모터 선택부(200)는 라인 피드 모터를 선택하는 라인 피드 선택부(201)와, 캐리지 리턴 모터를 선택하는 캐리지 리턴 모터 선택부(202)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄 장치의 모터 구동부 공용화 회로.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 공용 모터 구동부(300)와 캐리지 리턴 모터부(400) 및 라인 피드 모터(500)는 모터로의 역전압을 방지하기 위한 모터 보호용 다이오드가 역방향으로 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄 장치의 모터 구동부 공용화 회로.
