Abstract
본 발명은, 필름이나 도선의 파손 내지는 손상없이 또한, 주름 등의 성형 불량없이 평면화된 다수의 필름을 적층하여 그 편향부에서 소정의 형상으로 포밍에 의해 성형시킴으로써 편향부재를 제조할 수 있는 음극선관의 편향부재 제조용 필름 및 이들을 적층, 성형한 편향부재를 제공한다. 이러한 필름은, 그 필름을 구성하는 베이스층, 절연성 접착제 및 상부보호층사이의 적어도 하나에 열경화성수지층이 형성된 것을 특징으로 한다. 또, 보강부재가 적층필름의 상하에 배치되어 포밍되는 경우, 그 사이에도 열경화성수지층이 형성될 수 있으며, 열경화성수지층은 열경화성수지용액의 도포 내지는 열경화성수지시트의 적층에 의해 형성된다. 이에 따라, 소정의 형상으로 각각의 필름만 또는 보강부재를 포함하여 성형함으로써 안정적으로 소정의 형상으로 고형화시킬 수 있으며, 나아가 음극선관의 작동 중에도 그 온도 상승에 따른 변형이 일어나지 아니하게 되어 그 소정의 편향 자계 패턴이 시간 경과에 따라서도 변함이 없이 일정하게 되는 등의 효과가 있다.The present invention provides a cathode ray tube capable of producing a deflection member by laminating a plurality of flattened films without forming or damaging films or wires, and without forming defects such as wrinkles, and molding the films in a predetermined shape at the deflection portions thereof. Provided are a film for producing a deflection member, and a deflection member obtained by laminating and molding the deflection member. The film is characterized in that a thermosetting resin layer is formed on at least one of the base layer, the insulating adhesive, and the upper protective layer constituting the film. In addition, when the reinforcing member is disposed above and below the laminated film, the thermosetting resin layer may be formed therebetween, and the thermosetting resin layer is formed by applying a thermosetting resin solution or laminating a thermosetting resin sheet. Accordingly, by molding each film or the reinforcing member in a predetermined shape, it is possible to stably solidify it into a predetermined shape, and furthermore, the deformation due to the temperature rise does not occur even during operation of the cathode ray tube. There is an effect such that the deflection magnetic field pattern becomes constant without change over time.
