본 발명은 다단식 발파기를 이용하여 터널 또는 수직구 등의 전단면을 1회의 발파로 굴착할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 발파로 인해 야기되는 지반진동 및 소음을 대폭 감속시킬 수 있는 정밀기폭시차 조정이 가능한 진동제어 암반발파시스템에 관한 것으로, 특히 심발공·심발확대공 및 외곽공에 장전된 지발뇌관의 기폭시차를 다단계로 분산제어함으로써 정밀기폭시차 조정이 가능하기 때문에 초기 지반진동의 제어능률이 우수하고, 시공작업능률을 향상시킬 수 있는 것으로, 심발공·심발확대공 및 외곽공등을 일정한 형태의 소정깊이로 천공하는 천공단계와, 상기 천공된 공에 지발뇌관과 폭약을 채우는 폭약장전단계와, 상기 장전되는 지발뇌관들을 기폭시키는 기폭단계로 이루어진 발파방법에 있어서, 상기 심발공에는 20-25ms의 기폭시차 간격을 갖는 지발뇌관들을 폭약과 함게 장전하고 상기 심발확대공 및 외곽공등에는 100-500ms의 기폭시차 간격을 갖는 지발뇌관들을 폭약과 함께 장전시켜 다단식 발파기에서 회로구성을 통하여 회로별 일정한 지연시차를 설정하여 적정시차를 갖도록 조정하여 발파됨을 특징으로 한다.The present invention can not only excavate a shear surface such as a tunnel or a vertical sphere by one blasting using a multi-stage blasting machine, but also can precisely control the time difference of the ground, which can greatly reduce the ground vibration and noise caused by the blasting.
