Abstract

본 발명은 냉각장치의 팽창밸브에 관한 것으로, 종래와 같이 팽창기로 유입되는 냉매의 양을 조절하기 위하여 수동식 니들 밸브 또는 스탑 밸브를 팽창밸브로 사용하는 경우에는 그 조작에 불편함이 있었고, 감온센서가 구비된 자동조절 팽창밸브의 경우에는 상기 감온센서가 액관온도 검출시 외부요인의 온도변화에 대해서도 민감하게 작동하여 정확한 냉매의 유입량을 산출할 수 없다는 문제점이 있었던 바, 본 발명에서는 응축기와 팽창기를 연통시키는 냉매관 내의 압력을 측정하는 압력센서와, 그 압력센서에 의해 유통될 냉매량을 조절하도록 제어하는 유량조절 밸브로 구성함으로써, 상기 냉매의 유량조절을 수동으로 하는 불편함을 제거하고, 외부의 조건변화에도 정확한 유량조절을 가능하게 하는 효과가 있다.

Claims (3)

  1. 냉매를 응축하는 응축기와, 그 응축기에 의해 응축된 냉매를 팽창시키는 팽창기와, 그 팽창기에 의해팽창된 냉매를 증발시키는 증발기와, 상기 팽창기의 냉매관내 압력을 측정하는 압력센서와, 상기 압력센서와응축기 사이에 냉매의 유동을 제한하는 온/오프 밸브와, 상기 압력센서에 의해 유동되는 냉매의 양을 제어하는콘트롤 밸브로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각장치의 팽창밸브.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 온/오프 밸브와 응축기 사이에 입구가 형성되고, 상기 압력센서와 온/오프 밸브 사이에 출구가 형성되며, 상기 출구측 단부에 냉매의 역류를 방지하도록 체크밸브가 구비되는 바이패스관이설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각장치의 팽창밸브.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 온/오프 밸브와 압력센서의 사이에 냉매량 조절용 오리피스관을 부가, 설치하는것을 특징으로 하는 냉각장치의 팽창밸브.
