Abstract

본 발명은 증발기를 구성하는 냉매관의 외주면에 열교환부재가 스크류 형태로 형성되도록 함으로서, 증발기를 통과하는 냉기가 열교환부재에 의해 난류를 형성하여 확산되도록 함으로서, 열교환이 증발장치의 전체에 걸쳐 균일하게 일어나도록한 냉장고의 증발장치에 관한 것으로서, 특히 냉동실의 후방으로 형성되고 상기 냉동실과 냉장실 내부의 냉기가 순환되는 순환통로와; 상기 순환통로 상에 설치되고 저온저압의 액체상태 냉매가스가 통과하는 냉매관과; 그리고 상기 냉매관의 외주면에 스크류 형태로 권회된 열교환부재가 구비된다.

Claims (3)

  1. 냉동실(1)의 후방으로 형성되고 상기 냉동실(1)과 냉장실(2) 내부의 냉기가 순환되는 순환통로(7)와; 상기 순환통로(7) 상에 설치되고 저온저압의 액체상태 냉매가스가 통과하는 냉매관(10) 및 상기 냉매관(10)의 외주면에 스크류 형태로 권회된 열교환부재(20)를 구비하는 냉장고의 증발장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 냉매관(10)은 상기 순환통로(7)와 나란하게 지그재그 형태로 수회 절곡되고 상기 각 냉매관(10)의 상, 하부가 격자형태의 브래킷(11)에 의해 고정됨을 특징으로 하는 냉장고의 증발장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열교환부재(20)는 상기 냉매관(10)의 외주면에 대하여 수직으로 절곡되어 방사상으로 형성되는 다수개의 절곡핀(21)을 구비함을 특징으로 하는 냉장고의 증발장치.
