본 발명은 원통형 버너 및 원통형응축열교환기를 이용한 가스보일러에 관한 것으로, 버너와 열교환기를 구비한 통상의 가스보일러에 있어서, 가스보일러 본체의 내부에 버너 및 열교환기가 원통형으로 형성되면서 상기 열교환기의 내부 상측에 버너가 위치되어 있고, 버너의 표면을 이루는 다공판의 내부 둘레에는 스테인레스재의 메쉬부재가 설치되어 있는 한편, 상기 열교환기는 내통 및 외통을 이루면서 그 사이로 온수관이 권취되어 있고, 이 온수관의 사이에는 난방수로가 형성되어 있으며, 상기 내통의 내부에는 길이방향을 따라 소정 간격을 두고 배플이 삽입되어 있고, 이 배플간에는 다수개의 격판이 형성되어 있는 연소가스를 응축열교환하여 고발열량을 기준으로 고효율을 나타낼 수 있고, 단염화염면 직후에 열교환기가 설치되어 있어 산화계질소의 생성율을 억제시키며, 버너 전체면적을 화염면으로 이용하여 보일러의 소형화를 도모할 수 있고, 제조공정이 간단하여 제조단가를 낮출 수 있는 등의 효과가 있도록 한 것이다.The present invention relates to a gas boiler using a cylindrical burner and a cylindrical condensation heat exchanger.
