Abstract
본 발명은 폴리에스테르 미연신사를 연신기에서 연신할 때 제2연신롤러와 권취보빈 사이에 가열롤러를 설치하여 연신사에 열을 가하고 가열롤러와 권취보빈 사이에서 과급율을 부여해 일반 폴리에스테르 원사나 고수축사와 혼합하여 직물로 제직후 후가공시 표면에 루프가 발현하는 이수축직물의 전개가 가능한 저수축 폴리에스테르 섬유의 제조방법임.

Claims (2)
- 폴리에스테르 미연신사를 연신함에 있어서, 제2연신롤러와 권취보빈 사이에 가열롤러를 설치하여 연신이 완료된 사를 열처리함과 동시에 가열롤러와 권취보빈 사이에서 과급율을 부여함을 특징으로 하는 저수축 폴리에스테르 섬유의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열처리온도는 190∼210℃이고 과급율은 0.93∼0.97임을 특징으로 하는 저수축 폴리에스테르 섬유의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
