Abstract

강판의 한쪽면 또는 양면에 전기아연계 도금층이 형성된 전기아연계 도금강판에 있어서, 이 아연계 도금층의 (00ㆍ2)면의 배향지수가 1.0 이상, (10·1)면의 배향지수가 1.0 이하이고, 동시에 (1) (10·3)면의 배향지수가 2.0 이상이든가, 또는 (2) [ (00·2)면과(10·3)면의 배향지수의 합 ]/[(10·1)면의 배향지수] 비가 4.5 이상인 극히 색조가 밝은 전기아연계 도금강판으로 되고, 이 강판의 편면 또는 양명상에 형성되는 전기아연도금층을 가진 전기아연계 도금강판은 아래의 식을 만족하는 도금강판에 관한 것이다.

B=[ICO(10·0) + ICO(10·1) + ICO(10·2) + ICO(11·0)]≤1.0
단, ICO(hk·1)은 (hk·1)면의 배향지수를 나타낸다.

제1도는 전기아연도금층의 (10·1)면과 (00·2)면의 결정배향성이 도금표면의 명도에 미치는 영향을 조사한 결과를 나타내는 그래프이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 강판의 한쪽면 또는 양면에 전기아연계 도금층이 형성된 전기아연계 도금강판에 있어서, 이 아연계 도금층의(00·2)면의 배향지수(配向指數)가, 1.0 이상, (10·1)면의 배향지수가 1.0 이하이고, 또한 (10·3)면의 배향지수가 2.0 이상인것을 특징으로 하는 색조가 밝은 전기아연계 도금강판
  2. 강판의 한쪽면 또는 양면에 전기아연계 도금층이 형성된 전기아연계 도금강판에 있어서, 이 아연계 도금층의(00·2)면의 배향지수가 1.0 이상, (10·1)면의 배향지수가 1.0 이하이고, 또한 [(00·2)면과 (10·3)면의배향지수의 합]/[(10·1)면의 배향지수]비가 4.5 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 색조가 밝은 전기아연계 도금강판.
  3. 강판의 한쪽면 또는 양면에 전기아연계 도금층이 형성된 전기아연계 도금강판에 있어서, 이 아연계 도금층에서 각 결정면의 배향지수(配向指數)가, 아래의 관계식을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 색조가 밝은 전기아연계 도금강판.
    A=[ICO(00·2) + ICO(00·4) + ICO(10·3)]≥8.0
    B=[ICO(10·0) + ICO(10·1) + ICO(10·2) + ICO(11·0)]≤1.0
    단, ICO(hk·1)은 (hk·1)면의 배향지수를 나타낸다.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 각 결정면의 배향지수가, 아래 식의 관계를 만족하는 전기아연계 도금강판.
    A/B≥13.0
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 아연계 도금층의 표면에, Cr환산으로 50㎎/㎡ 이하의 크로메이트피막이 형성되어 있는 전기아연계 도금강판.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 크로메이트피막의 위에, 건조중량으로 2g/㎡ 이하의 크리어피막이 형성되어 있는전기아연계 도금강판.
  7. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 명도는 JIS Z 8730에 의하여 측정하여 명도(L값)가 80이상인 전기아연계 도금강판.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 명도(L값)는 JIS Z 8730에 의하여 측정하여 75이상인 전기아연계 도금강판.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 명도 (L값)는 JIS Z 8730에 의하여 측정하여 70이상인 전기아연계 도금강판.
