배지조성물은 곤충가루 단독 또는 여기에 곡류분말이 수분함량 75∼85%로 혼합되며 재배방법의 최적조건으로는 재배실의 온도와 습도가 각각 20∼25℃ 및 90∼95%로 조절된다.In medium composition, insect powder alone or grain powder is mixed with 75 ~ 85% of water content.
