Abstract

자동 이륜차의 후부핸들커버(1)의 중앙에 배치한 미터유닛(3)의 부착부에 접속함(2)을 형성하여, 이 접속함(2)에 차체나 전부핸들커버에 이어지는 와이어하아네스(12,14)를 접속한다. 후부핸들커버(1)의 좌우에 지지한 스위치(Ss,Sd,Sw,Sh)등의 전기부품과 접속함(2)등을 전기적으로 접속하도록 접속판재나 금속봉재료로된 버스바아(31,32)가 합성수지제의 후부핸들커버(1)의 내부에 일체로 매설되어 있다. 이에 따라, 자동 이륜차의 핸들커버(1)에 지지한 전기부품에 대한 배선을 용이하며 또한 확실하게 할 수 있다.

Claims (4)

  1. 자동 이륜차의 바아핸들을 가리우는 핸들커버에 지지한 전기부품에 도전체를 개재하여 전기공급하는 자동 이륜차의 배선구조로서, 핸들커버에 매설한 금속판재 혹은 금속봉재료로된 버스바아로 도전체를 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 이륜차의 배선구조.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서, 핸들커버의 대략중앙에 미터유닛을 배치하여, 이 미터유닛의 부착부에 설치되어서 하이어 하아네스의 접속기가 접속되는 접속함에 상기 전기 부품으로 이어지는 버스바아를 접속한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 이륜차의 배선구조.
  3. 자동 이륜차의 바아핸들을 가리우는 핸들커버에지지 전기부품에 도전체를 개재하여, 전기공급하는 자동 이륜차의 배선구조로서, 핸들커버의 내부에 버스바아매설베이스를 장착하여, 이 버스바아매설베이스에 매설한 금속판재 혹은 금속봉재료로된 버스바아로 상기 도전체를 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 이륜차의 배선구조.
  4. 자동 이륜차의 바아핸들을 가리우는 핸들커버에 지지한 전기부품에 도전체를 개재하여 전기공급하는 자동 이륜차의 배선구조로서, 와이어하이네스의 접속기가 접속되는 미터유닛을 핸들커버의 대략 중앙에 부착하고, 합성수지베이스의 내부에 금속판재 혹은 금속봉재료로 된 버스바아를 매설하여서된 버스바아매설베이스의 일단을 미터유닛에 접속하여 타단을 핸들커버의 내면에 고정한 다음, 핸들커버에 형성한 개구내에 전기부품을 삽입함에 따라, 이 전기부품을 버스바아매설베이스에 고정함과 동시에 버스바아에 접속한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 이륜차의 배선구조.
