슬라브소재를 압연라인을 통하여 일정두께와 폭을 갖는 철강재로 압연성형할 수 있도록 하는 압연라인부, 입축사이드가이드부, 에저 및 수평압연기, 출측사이드가이드부가 연속수평배설되어 있는 압연성형장치에 있어서, 광센서(7)를 압연라인부(6), 입측사이드가이드부(3), 출측사이드가이드부(4)에 배치하여 놓고, 상기한 압연라인부에는 횡으로 폭계측기(11)가 설치되어 있어 진행하는 슬라브 소재의 폭측정데이타가 신호선(7a)을 통하여 마이크로프로세서(50)의 연산자(12)에 신호입력되도록 연결하며, 상기한 광센서로부터 입력된 데이터신호를 기초로 실측된 슬라브소재(5)의 측정값과 기준값에 의하여 결정된 연산결과치를 제어기(13)에서 서보앰프(15)와 서보밸브(16)에 송신하여 유압실린더(1)의 변위치를 설정토록하며, 상기한 입측사이드가이드부(3)와 출측사이드가이드부(4)에는 렉크바(2)를 중간에 배치하여 유압실린더(1)의 로드선단이 핀결합되며, 렉크바의 사이에는 클러치(19)에 의하여 감속기부착된 전동기(17)가 동력전달가능토록 구성되어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열간압연공정의 사이드가이드제어장치.In a rolling forming apparatus in which a rolling line part, a granular side guide part, an edger, a horizontal rolling mill, and an exit side guide part are horizontally disposed so that the slab material can be rolled into a steel material having a predetermined thickness and width through a rolling line.
