Abstract
본 발명은 플리오바이러스의 전체 cDNA 유전자 중에서 VP2 및 VP3 코딩부위가 제거된 위치에 2A 올리고펩타이드 코딩 유전자 및 HBV의 표면항원 단백질 유전자를 가지며, HBV의 표면항원 단백질을 발현하는 키메라 폴리오-HBV 백신벡터 및 그를 이용한 포유동물의 면역화 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 백신벡터는 폴리오바이러스 백신의 많은 장점을 보존하고 있는 폴리오-HBV 키메라 바이러스를 생산하며, 이 때 HBV의 표면항원 단백질이 지속적으로 발현됨을 확인하였다. 또한, 전기 폴리오-HBV 키메라 바이러스를 포유동물에 투여하면, HBV 표면항원 단백질에 특이적인 체액성 또는 세포성 면역이 유도되어, HBV의 감염으로부터 동물을 면역화시킬 수 있다.The present invention provides a chimeric folio-HBV vaccine vector having a 2A oligopeptide coding gene and a HBV surface antigen protein gene at a position where VP2 and VP3 coding regions are removed from all cDNA genes of plioviruses.
