Abstract

본 발명은 식기 세척기에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 정역회전이 가능한 하나의 구동모터를 이용하여 세척수를 펌핑하는 세척임펠러와 배수하는 배수임펠러를 구동함으로써, 전체적인 구조를 단순화하고 이에 따른 생산성의 향상과 재조원가를 절감하는 것이다.
본 발명에 따른 식기 세척기는 세척임펠러(310)와 배수임펠러(320)를 정 역회전이 가능한 하나의 구동모터(400)를 이용하여 구동하는데, 세척 및 헹굼 행정시에는 구동모터(400)를 정방향 회전시켜 세척임펠러(310)를 통해 식기를 세척하고 배수임펠러(320)를 통해 세척수 중에 포함된 음식물 찌꺼기를 걸르게 된다. 또한 배수 행정 중에는 구동모터(400)가 마이콤에 의해 역회전함으로써, 세척임펠러(310)와 배수임펠러(320)를 역방향 회전하여 배수임펠러(320)의 흡입 송출력에 의해 세척수는 본체(100) 외부로 배출된다.
따라서 정역 회전이 가능한 하나의 구동모터(400)를 이용하여 세척임펠러(310)와 배수임펠러(320)를 동시에 구동함으로써, 식기 세척기의 구조가 단순화되고 이의 생산성이 향상되어 제조원가가 절감되는 이점이 있다.

Claims (3)

  1. 세척조가 내장된 본체, 상기 세척조의 저부에 설치된 섬프케이스내에 마련되어, 세척조로 세척수를 펌핑 분사하는 세척임펠러와 세척수를 외부로 배출하는 상기 배수임펠러가 구동모터의 회전축상에 이격되어 설치된 식기세척기에 있어서, 상기 세척임펠러와 배수임펠러사이의 구동모터의 회전축에 일체로 결합설치되어 오물을 분쇄하도록 칼날을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 식기세척기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 칼날()은 배수임펠러()의 연장축상에 고정스프링()으로 결합설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 식기세척기.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 세척임펠러()를 둘러싸는 하우징()의 저부에 마련되어 상기 칼날()의 상측에 인접하여 설치된 필터()를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 식기세척기.
