Abstract

본 발명은 식기 세척기의 세척모터 구동 감지장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로서, 특히 세척모터 구동시 발생하는 수압을 마이크로 스위치에 전달해 세척모터 구동 여부를 감지할 수 있도록 한 식기 세척기의 세척모터 구동감지장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다.
식기 세척기의 세척모터 구동 감지장치는 터브와 펌프 케이싱을 구비한 식기세척기에 있어서, 상기 펌프 케이싱의 일측면에 히터 케이싱이 설치된 것을 포함하여 구성된다.

Claims (5)

  1. 터브와 펌프 케이싱을 구비한 식기세척기에 있어서, 상기 펌프 케이싱의 일측면에 히터 케이싱이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 식기 세척기의 세척모터 구동 감지장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 히터는 U 형태로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 식기 세척기의 세척모터 구동 감지 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 히터 케이싱은 히터와; 상기 히터에 연결된 마이크로 스위치와; 상기 마이크로 스위치를 온/오프시키는 실링용 패킹으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 식기 세척기의 세척모터 구동 감지장치.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 실링용 패킹은 히터 케이싱에 물이 공급될때 물이 새지 않도록 함과 동시에 수압의 변동을 감지 할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 식기 세척기의 세척모터 구동 감지 장치.
  5. 식기세척기 내의 급수밸브를 통해 물을 급수한 후 정상수위까지 물이 급수 되었는지 판단하여 급수가 완료되면 급수밸브를 오프시키는 제1단계와; 상기 제1단계 급수밸브 오프시 세척모터가 온 되는 제2단계와; 상기 제2단계 세척모터 온시 마이크로 스위치의 개폐 여부를 감지하여 마이크로 스위치가 온되면 세척모터가 정상적으로 구동되는 것이고, 마이크로 스위치가 오프되면 세척 모터가 구동되지 않는 것으로 판단하여 에러 메세지를 표시하는 제3단계를 포함하여 이루어진 식기 세척기의 세척모터 구동 감지 방법.
