Abstract

본 발명은 치약 내장형 브러시 헤드 리필을 갖는 치솔에 관한 것으로, 특히 치약 압출구조를 내장하면서도 몸체가 날렵한 기능적인 구조를 이룰수 있어 양치질하거나 외관 디자인 설계에 제약이 없고 동시에 구조가 간단하고 2-3회분 치약이 내장된 브러시 헤드 리필의 교체가 가능하여 몸체를 반영구적으로 사용 가능한 치약 내장형 2-3회용 브러시 헤드 리필을 갖는 치솔에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 선단부에 브러시가 형성되고 브러시의 저면으로 통하는 내부통로가 형성된 후단부 요홈에 소정량의 치약이 충전된 브러시 헤드 리필과, 선단부에 상기 브러시 헤드 리필이 분리 가능하게 결합되며 리필에 충전된 치약을 압출하기 위한 치약압출수단을 내장한 몸체로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

제1a도 및 제1b도는 종래의 치약을 내장한 치솔을 보여주는 사시도 및 A-A단면도.
제2도는 본 발명의 제1실시예에 따른 치약압출구조를 보여주는 치약 내장형 2-3회용 브러시 헤드 리필을 갖는 치솔을 보여주는 길이방향 단면도.
제3도는 제2도에 도시된 치솔에서 브러시 헤드 리필에 치약 리필을 갖지 않는 타입의 분해 단면도.

Claims (4)

  1. 선단부에 브러시가 형성되고 브러시의 저면으로 통하는 내부통로가 형성된 후단부 요홈에 소정량의 치약이 충전된 브러시 헤드 리필과, 선단부에 상기 브러시 헤드 리필이 분리 가능하게 결합되며 리필에 충전된 치약을 압출하기 위한 치약압출수단을 내장한 몸체로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 치약 내장형 브러시 헤드 리필을 갖는 치솔.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 브러시 헤드 리필은 선단부의 압출구가 상기 내부통로에 연결되고 내부에 소정량의 치약을 내장한 치약 리필이 상기 요홈에 분리 가능하게 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 치약 내장형 브러시 헤드 리필을 갖는 치솔.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 치약압출수단은 초기상태일때 선단부가 상기 몸체 내부를 관통하여 브러시 헤드 리필의 후단부와 접촉하는 푸셔팁과, 상기 몸체 밖으로 돌출된 푸셔팁의 타단과 연결되어 상기 푸셔를 탄성적으로 압출시키기 위한 푸셔와, 상기 푸셔를 설정된 행정거리 이내에서 전후진 가능하게 이동거리를 제한하기 위한 이동거리 제한수단으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내장형 브러시 헤드 리필을 갖는 치솔.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 브러시 헤드 리필의 치약을 내장한 후단부에 상기 푸셔팁의 가압에 의해 내장된 치약을 압착하기 위한 압착 피스톤과, 상기 몸체의 내주부에 상기 푸셔팁이 중심선을 따라 이동하도록 안내하는 안내수단을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 치약 내장형 브러시 헤드 리필을 갖는 치솔.
