Abstract

본 발명은 통기성이면서 액체 누출을 방지하는 배면 시이트를 갖는, 유아용 기저귀 또는 생리대와 같은 일회용 흡수제품에 관한 것이다. 특히 배면 시이트는 필수적으로 서로 비부착된 내층 및 외층을 포함한다. 두 층 모두 동일하거나 상이한 통기성 물질로 형성될 수 있고 바람직하게는 동등한 물질 소비량으로 단일 통기성 물질을 대신할 수 있다.

Claims (9)

  1. 흡수 코어와 같은 길이로 연장되는 코어 영역 및 상기 코어 영역을 제외한 제품과 같은 길이로 연장되는 둘레 영역을 가지고; 통기성 배면 시이트가 상기 코어 영역의 50% 이상에 걸쳐 비부착된 2개 이상의 별개의 통기성 층을 포함한, 상면 시이트, 통기성 배면 시이트 및 상기 상면 시이트와 상기 배면 시이트 사이의 흡수 코어를 포함하는 통기성 흡수제품.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 통기성 층이 상기 코어 영역의 90% 이상에 걸쳐 비부착된 통기성 흡수제품.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 통기성 층이 상기 코어 영역 전반에 걸쳐 비부착된 통기성 흡수제품.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 통기성 배면 시이트가, 증류수 100mL, 우레아 2g, NaCl 0.9g, MgSO40.11g×7H2O 및 CaCl20.06g으로 이루어지고, 계면활성제에 의해 29+-1mN/m로 조정된 염 수용액에 대한 45g/cm2의 압력하에 상기 흡수 코어로부터 멀리 떨어진 방향으로의 액체 수송이 전혀 없는 통기성 흡수제품.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 통기성 배면 시이트가 두 개의 층으로 이루어진 통기성 흡수제품.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 통기성 배면 시이트가 소수성이고 기체 투과성이며 천공된 중합체계 필름을 포함하는 통기성 흡수제품.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 필름이 제1액체 수송 방향 및 상기 제1액체 수송 방향과 반대의 제2액체 수송방향을 갖고, 상기 제1방향이 배면 시이트로부터 흡수 코어를 향할 수 있도록 배향되고; 천공된 필름은 천공된 필름을 가로질러 동일한 감압하에 제2액체 수송방향으로의 액체 수송량보다 큰 제1액체 수송 방향으로의 액체 수송을 가능하게 하고, 바람직하게는 깔때기 모양의 구멍을 포함하고, 이때 더 큰 깔때기 개구부로부터 더 작은 깔때기 개구부를 향하는 방향이 상기 제1액체 수송 방향과 평행한 통기성 흡수제품.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 통기성 배면 시이트가 중합체계 섬유로 이루어진 소수성 기체-투과성 섬유상 직물층을 포함하는 통기성 흡수제품.
  9. 제1항 내진 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 통기성 층이 모두 동일한 통기성 흡수제품.
