Abstract

이중 보호 확인 기술은 유용한 아티클에 보호 확인 코드를 부착하기 위해 자기 특성의 여기저기로 구조적인 변화를 기초로 하여 어떤 데이터 저장 저장 매개체의 보호 특성을 이용한다. 안전은 코드, 추가 데이터와 함께 아티클에 서명된 정보를 부착하고 암호 쌍으로된 비밀 키를 사용한 서명 코드 및 추가 데이터를 혼합함으로서 개선될 수 있다. 확인은 암호 쌍으로된 공개 키를 사용하고 보호 매개체에 기록된 복구된 계정을 확인함으로서 해독되어 서명된 정보를 요구한다.

제5도는 본 발명의 측면에 따라서 호가인 방법의 블록도를 나타내는 도면이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 아티클 내의 제 1 및 제 2데이타 저장 수단을 포함하며, 각 데이터-저장 수단은 상기 아티클 및 상기 아티클과 관련된 트랜잭션을 확인하는 데이터를 저장하고, 상기 제 1데이타 저장 수단은 제 1 데이타 저장 수단 상에서 여기저기로 가변되는 비-임의 영구적으로 제조된 자기 특성으로서 제 1데이타를 저장하고, 상기 제 2데이타 저장 수단은 비밀 키/공개 키 암호 쌍으로된 비밀 키의 작동에 의해 얻어진 데이터를 제 1데이타 및 부가적인 데이터를 포함하는 데이터에 저장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유용한 아티클 확인 수단.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 저장 수단은 공동 자기 스트립 상에서 각 트랙을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 확인 수단.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제 2저장 수단은 상기 제 1저장 수단으로부터 분리된 자기 스트립을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 확인 수단.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제 2저장 수단은 상기 제 1저장 수단 내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 확인 수단.
  5. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제 2저장 수단은 2차원적인 바 코드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 확인 수단.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제 2저장 수단은 집적 회로를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 확인 수단.
  7. 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 집적 회로는 상대적인 오픈 및 유용한 아티클의 확인된 사용자 또는 프로세서와 관련된 개인용 확인 번호(PIN)를 저장하는 상대적으로 보호 데이터 저장 영역을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 확인 수단.
  8. 선행하는 어떤 항에 따라서 아티클 내에 확인 수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유용한 아티클.
  9. 유용한 아티클의 확인하는 방법에 있어서, (a) 저장 수단 상에서 여기저기로 가변되는 비-임의 영구적으로 제조된 자기 특성으로서 아티클 내에 제 1저장 수단에서 확인 데이터를 저장하는 단계: (b) 비밀 키/공개 키 암호쌍으로된 비밀 키를 사용하여 상기 확인 데이터 및 부가적인 데이터를 작동하고 그러므로서 암호화된 데이터를 발생하는 단계: (c) 상기 암호화된 데이터를 상기 아티클 내에 제 2저장 수단에 저장하는 단계: (d)상기 암호화된 데이터를 상기 제 2저장 수단으로부터 판독하는 단계: (e) 암호화된 데이터 및 암호화된 부가 데이터를 제공하기 위하여 상기 암호 쌍으로된 공개 키를 갖는 암호화된 데이터를 작동하는 단계: (f) 상기 암호화된 확인 데이타를 제1저장 수단에 저장된 확인 데이터와 비교하고 그러므로서 유용한 아티클 및 부가 데이터를 확인하는 단계를 특징으로 하는 방법.
